I re-encoded a problematic files with a constant framerate and it works, so the problem was the variable framerate

I think I solved this problem.

I have a number of external USB connected, for example, hard drives, webcams, mouse, keyboard etc., devices so I unplugged individual devices until I found that the Error 1014 is more appeared when adding media.  I plugged the other USB devices back in but kept the last disconnected device and can now add media from my miniDV via firewire.

I don't think we can let off the hook here PE11, since I had no problems with USB so far and each capture freeware program that I tried did not have a video capture problem I had plugged in any USB device.

  • Almost every time that I do a right-click to display a menu to do something such as delete or copy, the following error message appears: program internal error:.\Src\IntegrationToolsHolder.cpp,21

    Original title: internal program Errror

    I use XP Professional 32-bit.

Almost every time that I do a right-click to display a menu of something for example delete or copy, you receive the following error message.

    Program internal error:.\Src\IntegrationToolsHolder.cpp,21
If I click OK on the error message, it goes & I can then right click New & the appropriate menu appears and works correctly.
Any ideas, please, as to what is the cause?
    Kind regards

I told you I want to talk to you soon as you try these things.

How to boot in Safe Mode and Clean worked for you?  Not at all useful?

You said about this 2 weeks ago?

Yet once, I fell in this place and the time and effort wasted because MS Answers forums invite to no system information when a new question is asked - but I digress.

Update of security 908513 is included in Service Pack 3 update.

Since forums MS Answers asks you any information from system when a new question is asked, we don't even know what Service Pack you have.  If you have SP3, you already have the update.  Two weeks and we don't know what is your Service Pack, what is your antivirus/antimalware environment...  We know that you have XP Pro 32-bit however.

What you're likely to have is an extension of the Explorer Shell with a malfunction, and you can usually understand as follows:

When the Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer) is wrong (especially when right click), begin to suspect third-party add-ons explore extension.

Those who would be the Explorer extensions that do not belong to Microsoft.  This means that extensions that you have added.  Solution Explorer extensions are generally well and installation of certain applications will install extensions from Explorer solutions for you, give you a choice and sometimes they can be added without your knowledge when you install the new software.

Solution Explorer extensions are sometimes added as a new right-click option, you see on folders and files (like the scan of this file, open that file, play this song).

If there is something in particular that you do during exploration that you know will be the cause of the problem, which will help focus on the problem and the help that you suddenly know, when you have found and corrected.  If you can get there when you want it, make an adjustment and then there is no message the next time you don't do anything, you do, you have found and corrected.

If you can really achieve almost everytime you do a right-click and choose something like delete or copy, you're well on your way to understand.

First of all you need a way to see what modules explore you have installed now and a way to turn them off (not uninstall them) so you can understand that we are at the origin of the problem.  You can have a lot of extensions not installed Microsoft don't even know you about.

Download ShellExView here to see what Explorer extensions you have loaded:

    http://www.NirSoft.NET/utils/shexview.html

ShellExView does not install anything on your computer, simply of runs and displays.

After launching ShellExView, under Options, choose "Mark non-Microsoft Extensions" and extensions not Microsoft will be pink, clear, but on some systems which is a difficult color to see, so click on display, choose the columns and move the column Microsoft closer to the top, so you can see on your screen without having to scroll left and right.

Click on the column header for Microsoft sort display (by clicking on the column of Microsoft) then all the non Microsoft extensions are on top and easy to see.

Non-Microsoft extensions would be things you have added (non-Microsoft) and are what you should be suspect.

You can also Google the name of a suspect add-on and see if there is any success about the errors with the extension and to what other people have done on it... Maybe just to get an update of the program that adds the suspicious extension.

    You can Google something like:

    Explorer XP crashing

(you must complete your suspect on behalf of add on)

See what kind of search results hits you get and are looking for solutions or situations that sound like yours.

I'm not a defender of trial and error, but I can't think of another way to do...

Right click and disable the extensions one at a time non-Microsoft keep a list so you can enable them again later if you wish. The result of the change is immediate and no reboot is necessary.  Test your failure condition.

If you recognize all the extensions that have been added or recently downloaded, start with these first.

Disabling the extension does not uninstall the extension - it is just disabled.

Disable them one at a time until your right click on do not generate an error, then restart and test again.  You have disabled the last extension would be suspicious.

You can also just disable all non-Microsoft extensions, restart and allow them one at a time until you find the one that generates the condition.

The hope is that you will find an extension that caused the error, and then you can figure out what on this subject - either uninstall it or see if you can get an update of the author of the extension of their web page.

I have not your problem, but I can when you toggle extensions, the extension is immediately turned off, to disable an extension does not require a restart, but if you find the problem, I reboot and retest in all cases to be sure that the problem has disappeared.

If you post your non-Microsoft extensions list, maybe someone will recognize it as a potential problem.

If you find the offending extension that's the problem, please let us know what it is that I can add to my list.

    Hi all

I used the CS5 (CS Production Premium) for four years and it worked fine. Especially to edit high-definition video file based (SDHC). After the installation, I use the dynamic link in yet to create my project and burn on Blu - Ray.  Please accept, for two weeks, all of a sudden, I can't open or create new projects in first Pro CS5.

The dynamic link takes me again and then it comes up with the following message if poster and then closes:

Adobe still has encountered an error.  [..-.. \src\AMEPrestProber.cpp-265]

I tried just the reminder of opening and then import my first project timeline, but nothing helped.

I also deleted and reloaded again drive and updated, but still does not. I am confused and can't seem to get help from Adobe as it lead me here.

While I managed to encode sequences of the chronology of Prem Pro CS5 Adobe Media exporter and then imported file encoded in still, it seemed to take 12 hours to encode, considering that the way to dynamic linking, I'm able to create a project, much, much faster.

Would appreciate help from knowledgeable people.

    Thanks in advance.

  • Premiere Pro CS4 (Vista) error [..-.. \SRC\ImporterProcessClient.cpp-127]

    Hello

There was an original thread on this error [..-.. \SRC\ImporterProcessClient.cpp-127], but the "fix" (to disable user accounts in the control panel) that worked for a couple has not worked for me.

I'm under Premiere Pro CS4 on Windows Vista.  It was working fine a week and then Vista had some automatic updates and I can't start from any shortcut or the original location. I was thinking of doing a clean install, but you forgot that you have to actually open the program and to cancel the registration of the product, that I can't do since the program does not open.

The "fix" suggested was to disable user accounts that I disabled, restarted my computer and it still didn't work. I have sent numerous reports of incidents and call Adobe this week if I can't find a solution. I'm puzzled!

    Any other suggestions, please?

    Thank you

So these are some of the other components which I spoke of are registered by the installer first.  They are somehow missing on your system.

This gives a shot - if you still have problems after that, my only recourse for you is to reinstall CS4.

Yet once, in a command prompt, 'cd' in this folder:

    C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\dynamiclink\

    Run the following three commands:

    dynamiclinkmanager.exe/regserver
    processcoordinationserver.exe/regserver
    regsvr32 dynamiclinkmarshal.dll

    Good luck!

  • Windows 8.1, CS4, [..-.. \Src\ImporterProcessClient.cpp-127]

Of course, a previous issue for CS4 on earlier versions of Windows has re-emerged after a recent Windows security update. Here is a previous case obviously resolved: Premiere Pro CS4 (Vista) error [..-.. \SRC\ImporterProcessClient.cpp-127]

Does anyone else know this problem?

My own system specifications are as follows:

    Windows 8.1

Processor: Intel Core i7 CPU 930 2.80 GHz 2.80 GHz

Installed memory (RAM live): 8.00 GB

System type: 64-bit, x 64 processor operating system

    I'm under Premiere CS4 version 4.0.0

There were no problem loading and use of first since I installed it on this computer, which was made shortly after a complete formatting of the hard disk several months ago.

This morning, Windows asked I have install a security update and restart. After the restart, first refused to open citing the following error:

    First Pro Debug event

Premiere Pro has encountered an error.

    [..-.. \Src\ImporterProcessClient.cpp-127]

Solutions of by-pass of the city for an earlier version of windows, these reducing creation running as an administrator and UAC settings are not the problem. Based on the mentioned thread previously, I tried the solution of following command line:

    'cd' c:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\dynamiclink\

    dynamiclinkmanager.exe/regserver
    processcoordinationserver.exe/regserver
    regsvr32 dynamiclinkmarshal.dll

I received the error code 0x80070005, and followed several guidelines from Microsoft to solve. At present, I still failed to open the first.

I disabled and I am in the process of uninstalling, run own Script CS4 and re-install. I will also check the updates, but recent attempts to do so have indicated none was available. Do updates take down over time?

UPDATE: the following information should fix the original problem reported, a new problem has come and stopped production once again.  First is invites me to install additional codecs, but the guest still fails and asks me to contact Support. My pictures is rendered wrong now as well.

Note that my images has been editing and made very well before the start of this mess.

    ----

FIXED. I think this is the crucial step, but I'm going to review what I did afterwards:

Given that CS4 (via Photoshop, as the first currently doesn't) seems unable to detect updates (in spite of being a fresh install) and manual updates all seem to be a failure, I found this article on a similar problem for CS3:

    https://helpx.Adobe.com/creative-suit/KB/CS3-Updater-detect-any-updates.html

Adobe recommends setting the clock of your computer to October 1, 2011 and checking for updates again. It seems to have done the trick, and my CS4 installs 12 updates.

    ALL THE MEASURES TAKEN:

I can't not reliable point any kind of like the 'final solution' to do this, so here's an overview of what I did in the order I did:

    (1) disable, uninstall, reinstall and restart.

    (2) lower your user account control settings. In point 8.1, you can simply run a search in the splash screen for "UAC".

    (3) enable the hidden to 8.1 Windows administrator account. Open cmd.exe as an administrator. Press the window + X and select the appropriate option, and then run the command (with no quotes) "net user administrator / Active: Yes.  Once everything has been resolved, you can repeat this step and replace the 'yes', 'no' to hide the admin again.

    (4) connect to the Admin account.

    (5) to reset the date from your computer to "October 1, 2011. Don't forget to get back to the actual date, once everything is done.

    (6) open any CS4 program that opens again (like, no Premiere Pro).

    (7) check the updates. A reboot will be required.

    (8) as mentioned, you'll want to put things that you changed on your computer. The value of UAC to what it was before the issue, hide your Admin account and fix your clock. After that and reset my Premiere Pro CS4 continues to operate normally on my personal user account.
