Error starting Windows
Receive an error at EACH start. Unfortunately impossible to get rid of this error. Does MSCONFIG and removed from the commissioning, but that doesn't seem to work. The error is: error loading C:/windows/adarijarafecufica.dll
Do, or do not. There is no test.

Satellite C660-1FS - error starting Windows 7
Hello to everyone. I have this laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium (no data by purchase of installation disc). Since this morning, I feel the following message/problem
Windows error recovery
Windows could not start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. If windows files have been damaged or misconfigured, Startup Repair can help diagnose and fix the problem. If the power was interrupted during startup, chose to start windows normally
Start the reboot system (recommended)
Start Windows normally
These two options do not work. In addition, Windows cannot enter Safe Mode. I live in Belgium and I don't know what to do. I will try with windows 7 installation disc a friend (from Dell laptops) or should I contact Toshiba?
Thanks in advance
When you start your notebook F8 press to display the advanced startup options.
You see here option called fix my computer? It must be in the first place on the top of the screen.

Hello
I have an Emachine, which is about three years old. We take good care of it, look at what we download and perform analyses of virus frequently a week. But for the last two or three weeks every time we start our computer, it takes a few times before he can actually get into Windows because it maintains power off. When he died, and we turn it back on, the computer goes to the screen if you want to put it in safe mode or start Windows normally, because there was an error starting. The computer offers the possibility to try and correct the error, but sometimes it is remedial and it still happens or it goes into repair mode and powers off the coast.
We downloaded and installed the System Mechanic (the latest version), hoping that it could detect errors in the disk hard because we heard good things about the program. Unforunately after installation and with us the program running, he finds errors in all of the computer, but after you power on your computer and leave it alone for a few hours and turn on again, the problem comes back right to the top. From a logical point of view, we think it could be either an error on the HDD causing constantly turning the computer off, there might be a virus in the Startup Repair which is not find and fix the problem or there might be something wrong with the power supply by to short circuit and power off.
Nine times out of ten once the computer is turned on, you can even say that there is a problem to be with, because everything works well. We have some important information about the computer is harmful that we can find and fix the problem.
Thanks a lot for your time!
Cory

No sound on Tecra S5, "THotkey" error starting Windows XP Home edition
I have a laptop Tecra S5, I deleted some old programs for card readers.
Now, sound does not work and starting the PC, windows starts and I get the message: "Error THotkey" this audio diviece is not supported. Is it just the audio driver what is missing and how can I reinstall it?
Who knows, what did you do with stuff pre-installed. THotkey has nothing to do with the old programs for card readers, but it is very important tool of Toshiba.
Did do us all first to know what is the status of the sound card in Device Manager. Sound card installed and registered correctly?

Error starting Windows XP: 0xf73fec00 lack ndis.sys
OXF73FEC00 ndis.sys missing does not start in windows
I thought that I asked all these questions!
If the MS Answers forum would encourage for these gender issues, we wouldn't have to lose so much time to collect information when a new question is asked. Which would of course make things run smoother around here, huh? You would be done now.
Windows File Protection does not run (so you can start the Recovery Console or Mode safe) and rename your ndis.sys is 'missing '. You can even remove it if you want to, because there are copies of backup in other places on your system.
If missing the ndis.sys file, XP starts very well, as I mentioned earlier. The connectivity of your network, however, will not work until you replace the file.
You don't need a Windows XP CD to replace the ndis.sys file (or even thousands of other files XP) and because a lot of people who post here have never seen one in their life, it is useful to learn about other ways to replace missing or damaged files from the XP without a true bootable XP installation CD, no CD/DVD drive etc...

Original title: How can I fix error (0x00000fd)?
I also have a problem starting Windows Defender, it just will not open. Can you help me with the question of error and defender?
Thank youHi Mildred DeeCiabatoni,.
Follow these steps:
Method 1: Check if the Windows defender service is running on the computer. Follow these steps:
(a) click Start, type services in the start search box, and then click Services in the list programs.
(b) If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type your password or click on continue.
(c) double-click on the Windows Defender service and then in the box type of start up, click Automatic. Click OK.
(d) make sure that the service is set to automatic and started.
Method 2: Disable the security software on the computer and try to turn on windows defender and check.
Note: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you should not disable the antivirus software. If you do not disable temporarily to install other software, you must reactivate as soon as you are finished. If you are connected to the Internet or a network during the time that your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.
Method 3: Follow the steps in the article mentioned below.

Starting Windows error loading RUNDLL C:\windows\kbjgcl.dll
Original tile: C:\windows\kbjgcl.dll
When starting XP Professional a pop-up is displayed during startup and States "Error loading RUNDLL C:\windows\kbjgcl.dll" and I don't know how to fix this problem. I have to press OK to remove the pop up or Cancel to continue. I also have a problem when you try to restore my system to an earlier date. The computer will go through the process, but no change it to the one of earlier date. He says that the restoration was unchanged and does not succeed. Not sure if the RUNDLL question causes me to not be able to use the restore application. I had an earlier program of malware attack my computer and I used the software to remove it, but now I have problems with this pop-up.
Help, please.
Hi JWH12,
- You receive an error message when you perform the system restore?
- When was the last time you be able to restore your computer using system restore?
- You have security software installed on the computer?
Method 1
There is a possibility that this computer still has some virus or malware infections.
I suggest that you scan the computer using check and scan Microsoft security if it helps.
http://www.Microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-us/default.aspx
You can also use Microsoft Security databases to scan your computer
http://www.Microsoft.com/security/PC-security/MSE.aspx
Method 2
Check if the problem persists in the safe mode and after return with the result.
A description of the options to start in Windows XP Mode
http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/315222
Method 3
If the problem persists in safe mode, then it is possible that some third-party programs installed on the computer is causing the problem.
I suggest that you put the computer in a clean boot state and check if it helps.
To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows XP by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.
See section to learn more about how to clean boot.

I think that the difficulty with myantispyware site is to know what type of malicious software that you have?
I have this same problem on a friends laptop - I started out in a PE environment and run a couple of different recovery CD of AV companies but the problem remains. I also tried to go back to using System Restore, but it did not work either.
On a work computer download SuperAntiSpyware Portable version from the link below save it on a USB key. Take the USB to the infected computer. Start the computer in safe mode with command prompt. Press Ctrl + SHIFT + ESC. The Task Manager opens. Click file > new task > type explorer.exe > press Ok. Navigate to the flash drive > right click > Explorer. Locate the SuperAntiSpyware file > right click and choose Run as administrator.
I met recently a few new malwares of thugs that are loaded in safe mode effectively preventing you to download or install anything. For reasons unknown to me from the computer in safe mode with command prompt and then run taskmgr explorer.exe prevents malware to load. This method has worked several times for me this week only. Worth.
