Error trying to install drivers for scanner Motorola MC9190

Okay, maybe my age plays tricks with my mind, but:

A device when it is PLUGGED in, causes the NEW DEVICE DETECTED process start.  While trying to install the new device drivers - he gets an error message indicating that the unit is "UNPLUGGED"?  This means that a device can be PLUGGED IN and UNPLUGGED, at the same time?

Hello

Welcome to the Microsoft community. I will certainly help you with the problem you are experiencing.

This problem can occur is when there is a connectivity problem or a driver problem. Try the following methods and check.

It checks the common issues of interest and ensures that a new device or hardware connected to your computer has been installed correctly.

Open the hardware and devices Troubleshooter

Method 2: Compatibility Mode

  • Error message: this operation requires an interactive window station while trying to install drivers for Microsoft Life Chat LX-3000 and Microsoft Wireless Mobile Mouse 6000

Okay, so I bought recently when a helmet (Microsoft LifeChat LX-3000) and a mouse (Microsoft Wireless Mobile Mouse 6000) wireless, but my laptop Windows Vista Home Premium is having problems with the installation and execution of the drivers for these two devices.

Original title: driver for headset and a wireless mouse will not install correctly

I already had the Wireless Mobile Mouse 3000 and had no problems whatsoever doing this job, but I got it for at least a year I guess. I also installed the software that came with the CD (called Microsoft Mouse, even though it says on the CD Intellipoint 7.1) for the mouse and driver online for headphones (called helmet Microsoft) have also downloaded. However, when I plug in the devices, he's trying to find the drivers. Initially, it comes up with a window saying "New hardware found" and has the ability to "locate and install driver software", despite the fact that I already supposed to be installed the drivers through download programs or to use the CD.

In any case, I select the "locate and install driver software" and it says "search Windows Update... «for 30 seconds or so, then said «Installing the driver software...» ».

I then get a message saying "Windows has encountered a problem... etc... This operation requires an interactive window station. If you know the manufacturer of your device, you can visit their website and check the support section for driver software. »

If I disconnect and reconnect the device, I get the same situation with "new hardware found" and the options for search again...

I tried both devices on another computer (Windows XP) and they manage to set up automatically even without the software provided on the CD or on the website and work perfectly well, however I need them working on my laptop ;)

So I guess the main problem is that I get this message "interactive window station" preventing the drivers to install correctly. I have no idea what this means and have spent a lot of time trying to find them online.

Well, I've resorted to re - install Windows Vista and installed very well both automatically when it is plugged.

Now to reinstall all my programs... fun fun fun...

    Thanks for your help anyway!

  • 800705AA error trying to install patches for Microsoft Vista

Hi I have a Vista computer that won't let me install the Microsoft updates

    XP1 SP1
    WUpdate
    etc.

Whenever I get just the 800705aa error message

Some internet research suggest it is perhaps a matter of resources, but the machine is moderate with lots of disk space. 750 MB of Ram and a set at 2 GB swap file.

    Any thoughts would be appreciated.

    Hi drivenbysteam,

Thank you for using answers Forum.

In your post, I see that you have identified your Vista operating system.
Your do not need XP service pack.

    Is this a new computer?
Have you recently updated any material?
How much hard disk space you have available?
What version of Vista you have?
How much video memory do you have?

A little more information should help us narrow down where to look.

  • Error "Windows has encountered a problem installing the software driver for your device." Windows found driver software for your device but encountered an error trying to install it.

So I got a wireless mouse for my first time and it won't even install on my computer. It isn't the mouse because I tried other wireless mice and none of them work. In my device under other devices Manager there are only 2 USB receivers listed with question marks next to them. It is said that they can not find the drivers for the device. Then under my HIDDEN I tried to update the HID-compliant device and the USB input device, nor able to update. This is the message I get.  Windows encountered a problem installing the software driver for your device. Windows found driver software for your device but encountered an error trying to install it. Peripheral HID-compliant, the system cannot find the specified file. I already contacted EVGA about the issue, because there is where I got my motherboard, but they said to contact Microsoft and I didn't really want to pay 50 dollars to send them an email. That's all just ridiculous.

Well, I found the solution, just in case anyone has the same problem.  Apparently some day caused Wireless does not work on several computers. So you go into Manager for all of these research and device drivers manually. Then, you look for in C/windows/winsxs. Then the wireless mouse/keyboard should work.

    Hi Syed,

Thanks for the reply with the status of the issue.

I suggest you try to install the drivers for Windows 7 in compatibility mode and check if it works for you. I saw this troubleshooting procedure described working for other members of the community.

Step 1: Download the driver for the Webcam from this link of Lenovo.

    http://support.Lenovo.com/en_US/downloads/detail.page?docid=DS015018

Step 2: Installing the driver in compatibility mode.

  • Computer Toshiba laptop does not start after trying to install SP2 for vista 32 bit

Tried to install SP2 for vista updates, it stagnates at 12%, message saying a problem has been detected and windows has been closed to protect the computer. At the bottom of the error message screen, it reads, technical info-stop OXOOOOC1F5. Windows doesn't start at all now, has tried running safe mode, pilots seem to load, then it returns to the screen error message with the same problem said. Nothing seems to work, tried same recovery disk came with the computer, it says it is loading files, then it returns also to error message screen. Computer came with vista pre-installed, so I don't have this drive to try. Someone at - it solutions? Very frustrating, how do I search problem when the computer will not start at all? Help!

Follow the info below to try a Startup Repair:

As is the case with most computers/laptops these days, they do not come with good Vista disc to repair only the recovery disks.

If yours falls into the category above, download the ISO on the link provided and make a bootdisk of it.

Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.

When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.

You can make a tool to restart system, System Restore, etc. with it.

Read all the info on the website on how to create and use it.

    http://NeoSmart.net/blog/2008/Windows-Vista-recovery-disc-download/

    ISO Burner: http://www.snapfiles.com/get/active-isoburner.html

It's a very good Vista repair disc.
You can do a system restart tool, system, etc it restore.
There is not a disk of resettlement.

And the 32-bit is what normally comes on a computer, unless 64-bit.

  • How do I install drivers for printers supplΘmentaires

I would like to know how to install drivers for printers supplΘmentaires 32 bit for my HP Deskjet F380 all-in-one connected to my windows 7 pro 64-bit desktop computer so that I can print from a laptop which is a 32-bit Ubuntu system. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Curt

I got the answer to my own question. You don't have to install additional drivers for your windows 7 computer pro to be able to print to it from an Ubuntu machine. All you have to do is on the windows computer to which the printer is connected, is to go into devices and printers. Then right clock on the printer you want to print from the machine Ubuntu and left click on Preferences of printer in the pop-. Can find the ports the printer tab and left click, then search for bidirectional printing and clear the check box next to it and keep. Then, you should be able to print from e machine Ubuntu to the printer. At least I am able to. I hope it works for you.

  • installing drivers for lexmark prevail pro705

I just got a laptop HP with Windows 8.  I am trying to install software for the Lexmark Prevail Pro705 printer.  When I went to the Lexmark support site, they only had software for Windows 7 and earlier versions.  I tried the version of Windows 7 and it did not work.  This corrected soon?  To be honest, I'm not really satisfied of the interface already on Windows 8 vs 7.  It's just aggravate me more far.

What to do and don't do are two different things.  I'm having the same problem with no luck.  Contacted Lexmark and they wanted to charge me to fix this problem. contacted Windows and they wanted to charge me so... I had no problems with my plug-and-play option of windows 7 but windows 8 is horrible to say the least!

  • How to install drivers for Mac under vmware?

Hello the VMWare community! I would like to ask, if there is a way I can use my mac on Vmware drivers? My CPU is good in Vmware, but I would use my AMD Radeon rather than Vmware SVGA graphics. Is anyway to do this? I heard that you can use your Mac OS x disk to install the drivers in Vmware.

You can not install the drivers for the host GPU in the guest operating system as the guest operating system does not directly see it.  So if the operating system does not see the device then install drivers for a device in the operating system can't see would be a waste of time and in some cases the drivers wouldn't install when even if it can detect the device!  So, we're stuck with the supplied VMware graphics adapter.  Now other things like the iSight camera that a different story and you can use the iSight Boot Camp driver in a Virtual Machine.
