  According to my understanding, if extract us all lines of a sys_refcursor in a collection in the pl/sql block, then it returns no rows to the calling program. Instead an extraction out of sequence error is encountered. It worked well. However, when I use a single fetch statement (in which case the sys_refcursor contains a single line), I encounter no error "Fetch sequence. It would really help if someone could explain this behavior.

  When you browse a cursor Oracle doesn't know how many lines it will be in the cursor until he extracted all and it cannot know it has extracted all the until he makes a last checkout after obtaining the last row to find that it gets nothing in return. In the code of pseudo-device the fetch command works something like:

     cursor%notfound := true;
  end if;

  go onto next command in the pl/sql block
  

  So in your first procedure you go get the last line of the cursor, then back to the top of the loop. Because Oracle knows not at this point that the last line has already been read so out_cursor % notfound is always false, so he sent for another how he now "knows" that the last line is read so notfound becomes true and your loop exits, returns control to the caller. At this point, no doubt, the appellant tries to retrieve the cursor. As the handle of the cursor already points past the last line, you get the extraction out of sequence.

  In your second procedure, check out you a single line of the cursor. You know that the cursor is oriented to the 'last' line since you query based on the PK, but Oracle is not yet known who. Now return you this slider to the caller who makes extraction more that moves the pointer beyond the end of the cursor. Calling it "sees" no lines, but it is because your procedure already recovered lines, but has not "checked" to the last line.

  This happens when I try to log on my remote on the icon access log, I put on my computer at home so that I can get to work if I need to.  He worked for a few months after I bought my new laptop and software, but now suddenly it doesn't.  I talked to my guy TI in the work and they seem to think it's a common problem with "Vista Home Premium", I can do to change it so that I can use the remote access icon?

  To resolve this problem, restart the computer and try connecting to the remote computer. If you continue to receive this error message, contact the server administrator.
   
  This also occurs if one of the registry entries is corrupt. Try the following steps to resolve this problem.
  1. Click Start, type regedit and press to enter.
  2. on the window of the registry editor, navigate to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\MSLicensing
  3. right click MSLicensing, click on export and provide a file name for example RemoteKeyBackup and click on save to the desktop.
  4. right click on the HardwareID key and store under MSLicensing folder and click on delete.
  5 restart the computer for changes to take effect. Restarting the computer will create new keys.
   
  NOTE: If the problem persists, then you can take backup of the MSLicensing registry key and to load it on the computer of the problem, this will fix the problem.

• "Encode has no' while trying to transcode sequences

  I worked on a dvd for the company project, I work for and have gotten stuck.  I created all of my footage in Premiere CS4 and now I'm ADL footage in my file again.  I have 11 seqences, 1 is a menu background video, 1 is an intro video that plays at the beginning and the other 9 are chapter playlists. I have menus, 1 Basic menu with play all the button chapter button and introduction to view intro again. My project settings are the default settings of the dvd.  My videos are a mix of new images HD and SD images.  7 of 11 sequences will be transcod but the custom of the last 4.  I tried to clear the cache of media and reboot, but it does not work.  I got conversion before but then my boss wanted some sequences has changed, so I have deleted the old file trancoded in still and ADL once again, but 'Encoding failed' when Trancoder.   Any advice?

  Not a good sign that the fine that transcoded files before are not now.  And the creation of a new project has the same mistakes.

  All sequences are missing now?  If this is not the case, do you think that any model who fail and which are not?  (For example, are all sequences of mix HD and SD?)

  I would close this project and clear the cache of media.

  I would create a new project yet, no menu import as scenario a well-known simple file (for me it would be a captured avi SD previously) and see if it works.  If so, I want to DL then a sequence of the problem and see if that transcode.

• Sequence error correction

  Hi all, I have an annoying problem that I am trying to solve.

  I produce a video that was filmed in 1440 x 1080 for HD Anamorpohic 1.333 Aspect Ratio, when I created the first sequence start editing I accidentally set the wrong parameters and he had to export to realize, this should normally be a simple matter of copy edit it into a new sequence, however in this case , which is not possible, let me explain a little how to change worked:

  No idea what you're trying to do really, especially with no detail about what "exec_process1" is.

  Be aware though that COMMIT / ROLLBACK within SELECT... UPDATE IS not the only cause of ORA-01002, unqualified rollback or rollback to the point of backup before opening a cursor also causes this error.

  First try the solution at this link: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=9cfb2d51-5ff4-4491-b0e5-b386f32c0992&displaylang=en&lc=1033.

  If this does not work, remove Microsoft .net Framework 4.0 using the .NET Framework Cleanup tool http://blogs.msdn.com/b/astebner/archive/2008/08/28/8904493.aspx.  And then reinstall the Microsoft .net Framework 4.0 http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=0a391abd-25c1-4fc0-919f-b21f31ab88b7&displaylang=en and then install the update, you are having problems with.

  If this does not work, try resetting update (including a fixit) components: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/971058

  If this does not work, try a manual download by putting the KB numbers who fail looking here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/default.aspx and download them directly and see if it works.

  If this does not work, go to C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution and remove content (but not the folder itself) and then restart.  See if that helps.

  Remove updates failed won't find you any lost speed - although if it could be done, it might be useful save you some space (assuming that all who uploaded was saved even if it has failed).  It also will not help install new updates.  It's a totally different question that hopefully will solve the above.  If a solution works for some but not for all of them, then try the other options to see if they can help as well in terms of everything attaches.

  I have a HP Officejet 6500 all-in-one a and am running Win 7 on a desktop computer.
  I get a paper mismatch (type and paper size is incorrect) error message.
  The printer is not connected to the internet, but it is connected by a USB cable to the computer.
  I look at the instructions to make an internet connection and they were just too complicated. So I download the update of the firmware and ran to the computer. He would not go beyond the area of printer selection where no printers were found. Clicking Refresh has not helped.
  This update of the firmware seems to have solved the problem for some users, but I need to know how you install it.

  I think I solved the problem. I went to the website to download drivers, etc., and, rather than to specify the printer, I clicked the button to let HP identify it. It came with the correct name (see post) preceding. Then, I downloaded and installed the full feature software and driver. The first attempt to print from Excel led to the mistake of page size, but, on a whim, I tried twice and had two successful prints without error. Until further notice, I mark this as solved problem.

  Make sure that you can access your e-mail via webmail, if you have this option to ensure that it is not a problem on the server.  Then locate the antivirus interference and ensure that the analysis of the electronic mail is disabled (see www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3).  Try to remove your e-mail account and then close OE and then add it back again and then see if it works.

  Hi, I am trying to install the Steam (http://store.steampowered.com/about/) software, and I can't seem to. The steam program is an .msi file, and unlike the programs .exe, when I click right there is no option to 'run as administrator '.

  According to the instructions I connected as the 'administrator' on my computer (it's one PC at home to the unique user ID is the ID of the admin), but every time I try to install it it stops with this message: "the system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation. I am running Vista.

  I tried Googling this issue, there seems to be a common problem for some, however, it doesn't seem to be a single solution (which does not require a degree in rocket science). I'm quite honestly only a basic computer user (I say this so you don't expect me to know how to get into the registry or anything exotic like that), so if you could help with instructions on how to fix this it would be much appreciated.

  Ah, I did it - did not work. The error message is actually a bit of a herring - turns out he can appear for a variety of reasons.

  Turns out that my gut wasn't about it being a registry problem... the MS Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable entries had broken somehow, preventing the installation of all instances of the same Windows install. Of course, most installers begin with MSVC Redist installation, that's why they were all fail. Fortunately, I didn't have to change the registry manually.

  I found a program on the Microsoft Download Center for help. Don't remember that actually was called but it is mainly to fix broken installations of MS Office (when they go to halfway, so there are entries in the registry, but the installation has not actually finished... so that windows will not let you install or uninstall). There just uninstall things correctly and released their registry keys. I zapped the entrance MSVC 2005 that has been there all my installers started working again!

  So yes, by sorry, that's probably all really confusing... was actually broken registry ultimately. Fixed by Googling for a few days. :)

  Unless it is your own domain name, you don't have the account set correctly.
