  Sorry as you face this problem. It is in fact partly fixed (doesn't happen for new accounts). A few old scores could still fall on this issue for which we currently manually update account data.

  The I have Adobe ID of yours seems absolutely fine for our purpose. You can follow the article: connect, disconnect you and | Creative Office Cloud app and disconnect and again log in to the account.

  If it shows always try, then you can follow the article: sign activation, or connection errors. CS5.5 and later, Acrobat DC for the fixed number.

  Try to accept the invitation using another browser.

  He first used the trial version a month and that it has expired, our leader bought an Illustrator license on account of the company and linked to the identification. the student he received inviting email, click on it to accept... but when he wanted to launch Illustrator from the creative cloud application, he didn't tell trial version ended, and he had no license at all, no invitation, nothing! When he opened the invitation again message and cliked, he said that the invitation was already accepted.

  We tried several times, even with a second Adobe created student ID, but it's the same thing. Our Chief revoked the license and bound again, completely removed student illustrator before accepting it and then downloaded... On his account page, it says that there is one but active, creative cloud subscription, nothing! Just "the month of the trial is over.

  I must also point out, we did exactly the same way for me (but with a subscription complete creative cloud), using the first trial versions and everything, and we had no problem at all.

  Adobe does not meet our calls, we don't know what to do more. Someone already had this problem?

  Thanks for your reply, I forgot to mention that he already did this and was always getting a message saying that there is no active subscriptions.

  He actually says that he managed to chat with someone from the Adobe support and find the solution, yay! He had to find files in the software directory and manually clear a few lines (sorry I can no longer accurate). What a relief :-)

  I tried to 'join your team on Adobe Creative cloud' with email sent as an invitation - but once I clicked on "Accept Invitaion" on my laptop, I got this message above. The iMac - my desk is swithced off - that's why Adobe Creative Cloud (ACC) is disabled.

  For my business I just bought the team for the six seats - and as the Aministrator - I'm just dealing with how all this works. I / we intend to work from home / occasionally (off-site) at the client's offices so it's important that we all get our secondary machines facing up and running. I appreciate every user/seat cannot run VAC simultaneously on primary/secondary Macs.

• Often just by filling out a form on a website, Firefox hangs and stops accepting the text. Can be thawed by starting another application unrelated.

  It just happened during the filling in the details area. Firefox has agreed a text then froze. I just erased it by opening the program to the trash on the desktop (it seems to work with any program, I've tried). I had this problem for a few months and is not fixed by updates. It happened twice during the minting of these details. Although I can fix it, it's very annoying. I have no other problems with Firefox.

  This could be potentially because of Add ons or extensions that handle auto completing forms. I recommend that you first make sure that each of your add ons and extensions are up-to-date:

  In order to eliminate add ons or hardware acceleration, try Firefox Safe Mode:

  If Firefox is open, you can restart Firefox Safe mode in the Help menu:

  If Firefox does not work, you can start Firefox in Mode safe as follows:

  • On Windows: Hold down the SHIFT key when you open the desktop Firefox or shortcut in the start menu.

  If the problem is not present in Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, theme or hardware acceleration. Please follow the steps described in the section Troubleshooting extensions, themes and problems of hardware acceleration to resolve common Firefox problems to find the cause.

  To exit safe mode of Firefox, simply close Firefox and wait a few seconds before you open Firefox for normal use again.

  When find you what is causing your problems, please let us know. This might help others with the same problem.
