  This could happen because of the temporary files on your computer are occupy much space and not allowing no downloads more. You can go ahead and delete them. Locations for these files are listed below.

  Step 1

  (a) click Start.

I also CC installed on a Mac in my office, but it runs only InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator CS6 (license), so it should not count in the limit of two computers, right? As far as I know, is the second computer, so it's OK. So is this a stupid bug (like the constant sign requiring Acrobat DC in) or am I missing something?

  No quick fix? I can't use the nuclear option 'Sign on all of the computers', one is in use. And I need to use InDesign now!

  As you mentioned that you have enabled apps from creative cloud at your school on a pc and you use CS6 to your desktop. If you sign up using the same identification code Adobe for CS6 you have for creative cloud subscription it consider a number of activations even if you have a separate license for it. And this is the reason why you get it fast using Indesign to your home. Solution to this problem is you can use your Adobe ID for activation of your school and home for the creative cloud activation and use another ID Adobe cs6 license at your office. For now, you can choose the option disable previous machines because you will be able to activate the PC at your school by signing with your Adobe ID again.
