  Looks like your current profile does not work correctly.

  Create a new profile as a test to see if your profile is the source of the problems.

  When I start my laptop (HP Pavilion dv6000) happens inot a windo who said: "We apologize for the ivconvenience, but windows did not start successfully. A recent hardware or software change might have caused this.... "After I select Safe mode, safe mode with network, safe mode with prompt command, last known good coonfiguration (your most recent settings that worked), and start windows normally it starts up to a blue screen that says"a problem has been detected and windows has shut down to prevent damage to your computer. "

  If this is the first time you've seen this erroe to stop screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:

  Disable or uninstall any anti-virus, backup utilities or disk defragmentation. Check the configuration of your hard drive and check the updated drivers. Run CHKDSK /F to check for hard drive corruption, and then restart your computer.

  Stop code 0 x 00000024 is caused by a problem reported by the pilot responsible for reading and writing to NTFS volumes (or partitions) on the hard drive of the pc - NTFS is the default file system used by XP.

  Is your PC still under warranty? -If so, return to the supplier to fix.

  If it is out of warranty, you have a Windows CD to boot from? If so, configure your BIOS and choose everything first from your CD player rather than your hard drive, put in the Windows CD & re - start. When the installation of Windows has loaded its drivers, press R to start the Windows Recovery Console. The WRC will identify your installations of Windows, and you ask you want to connect (and repair) - If you have only one installation, this is the one you choose.

  At the command prompt, type chkdsk and, hopefully, chkdsk /r will fix your HD (note that chkdsk /f does not run under the WRC)

  If the problem persists or chkdsk does not work, the problem might be with your HD controller - which is integrated into the motherboard of your laptop.

  I don't really know what you'd call the Micro Soft Surface Pro 2, because it works like a laptop but it is also like a tablet.  My problem is when I want to print on my HP Officejet 7500 large-format printer, I can't choose a large format paper, because it does not appear in the options.  It was on my old laptop.  There was even a choice of paper size custom, but that does not appear.  What is the windows 8 or the surface pro itself.  I tried the solution everywhere without any help.  I need to print 12 x 12 for project this weekend.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I understand that you are not able to select the page sizes large-format for your Officejet 7500 has large Format e-all-in-one printer on your tablet of Microsoft Surface. Looks like your printer has been installed with the built in Windows drivers and not the drivers of HP.

  Select the required operating system and download the software HP Officejet full feature and the driver. Once it is downloaded to install the software and follow the instructions to install it.

  When using the 2.8 LCD screens, when I try and create a multiple choice question.

  When I go down to choose the right answer, I see 5 options, but when I fly over this area, 4 and 5 choices disappear.

  So I'm limited to issues with only 3 options, does anyone know why options 4 and 5 simply disappear?

• Creating a multi choice option on a slide selection Committee

  I hope that one/some experts out there can give me a simple explanation (repetition) regarding the following:

  I need to create a project covering 10 topics.

  Each topic will have its own specific slide of the topic - however, I want to introduce, at the beginning of the project, a single slide with all 10 topics - for example in a Board of 5 x 2 and each section would be a button indicating the name of the specific topic.

  I want learners to be able to click on any button in the topic (free choice) - be taken to specific slide of the topic and then return to the Office of the topic.

  The topic chosen previously would now be grayed out (disabled).

  They must continue to take all the remaining sections - again in an order any they like.

  After clicking on the final topic and after finishing on the specific form of the subject, they advance to final slides to then leave the project.

  Is that too much like herding cats, and thus a non-starter for a novice like me, or is it a fairly simple way to achieve?

• Several boxes of choice option not able to be selected

  I created a quiz of multiple choice in Captivate 5 and the published swf file. I copied this file into multiple files in a network drive. When students take the test, some are not able to select radio buttons on a question. The question and the user varies with this problem. Seems to work if participants run the html file. Any suggestions?

  All participants MUST be using the files HTM and JS that returns the Captivate.  The reason for which that some users may not have success might have something to do with them having only not the LAN configured as a trusted file location in their security settings global folder of Flash Player.

  You would be well advised to move your content to a web server and provide each with a URL link to the HTM file.  Reduction of the risk of problems with playback.

• Point decimal answers into question every choice filter

  I ran into a question of answers with decimal points, appearing in the filter all the choices, even if the properties of column for the criteria indicate 0 decimal places. The results back to the criteria does not return a decimal that is the goal.   When you create a new application to your specification to Build, you must set the 'Pass all arguments for application command line' in the Advanced tab.
