Signed up for the plan of creative photography cloud and I was able to properly installed on my win7 desktop. When I try to install on my computer laptop win 8.1, I get the question "you are logged out. Looked on other forums and I think I can have it running on two machines at a time. Any suggestions?

Migrated from CPD in March, the plan was cancelled and now my images are gone.
I left more credits with Dollar and them Photo Club transferred to Adobe stock with the link I was sent. I signed up for promoting $9.99 even if I subscribe to the Creative Suite Adobe stock each month. He said now the plan has expired and when I try to update nothing happens. I also lost all my credits. I was about 13 when I was transferred and it showed that I had 29 credits on Adobe Stock, there are not included and he said: subscribe.
When I try to upload a picture, it takes me to the screen to subscribe.
Don't know what to do, I really need them for a project and I'm disappointed that I lost all these unused credits.

Terms of promo Stock DPC has been cancelled. When an action plan is cancelled, you will lose access to any unused portion of the credit. However, this also affects any other Stock credit on your account.
9 credits have been transferred to the DPC
With your CC + Stock plan that you still had 23 credits
So, I'll add 32 credits on your account.
Do you intend to cancel the plan of actions of DPC and continue with the CC + Stock plan?
