evil? colors

Hello.

I have a HP Deskjet F4210 all in one year. It worked perfectly. Now I bought a new desktop computer (windows XP problem) with windows 8.1 connected the printer deownloaded Setup.

Everything is ok.

If I print Te this message there is no problem. But if I try to print a piece, then the draw comes out in a bluish color.

I have not inserted a very easy photo as example with almoswt, no colors

Something is wrong, but I don't know what. \

Thanks in advance for your help

Thanks a lot for your info and your attention to it.

As you said before I used the printer a bit.

I bought until new cartridges, and it works.

The sad thing, the whole is the fact that I now paid a fortune for cartridges while in my opinion the 'old'

either still good swince I used the printer so little.

Something was wrong with the 'old' that's for sure.

But how can I prove that?

I consider that this is the last time I bought new cartridges. The next time I buy a new printer, but not HP

Anyway thanks a lot for your help!

  • HP Photosmart Premium C310a: c310a print the color of evil

I bought new cartridges and when inserted, I tried to print and color of the image and printing are different. As an example, my picture in the computer is light green and it prints like a light blue and the Red turns purple. My computer is running Windows 7 64 bit. I cleaned the printhead twice. Black seems correct, but the colors are false. My cartridges are inserted correctly.

    Could someone help me?

    Thank you!

It looks like the yellow ink is out or do not print. The C310a separated print head and ink cartridges, so it is very likely that the print head is clogged, such that even a new cartridge still show the question.

Try to do a 'clean' in the Tools menu print head, see if that helps (should see a spot of yellow, as well as red, blue, printed etc.).

  • Evil on the selector and canvas, but ok in / color swatch library

    Hello

I hope you can help with this strange problem in Photoshop CC. When I entered a hex for a color in the selector box I do not get the color that I was expecting.

The odd bit is that when I add this to the library of the color is correct there! I suppose that this isn't a problem with the display or color space.

I tried to delete the preferences file and I also reinstalled Photoshop but the problem persists.

I does not appear for all colors either!

I've attached a screen grap for clairity

    Thank you

It's probably a broken monitor profile. Some user PS as the Color Picker UI elements are managed color and use the monitor profile, others not.

Recalibrate, or if you have a calibrator uses sRGB IEC61966 - 2.1:

And of course, as I have said several times: a hexadecimal value is not a color! Only when you set a color space do you have a specific color.

The hexadecimal value even will give very different colors in different color spaces.

  • When I save a file in pdf format, colors appear evil in my Mail

I have a client who requires me to send art in pdf format. No problem, but since I have upgraded to CS6, the pdf file is displayed wrong in email when I insert it and when it is received on the other side. Some colors change.

I use Illustrator and I tried flattening of art (sometimes only some layers appear?), check the transparency, verification of the parameters of output during the process of "save under". Nothing works. If I send it as a jpg it's OK, but it cannot display the jpgs on his device (don't know why) so I'm stuck sending pdf files that look bad.

Can someone help me understand why this is happening and how to avoid it?

I use Mail as my email application and I have OS 10.7.4

Apple Mail uses the Apple own PDF Viewer, and it's... Well, let's be nice and say not really up to paragraph do not use for anything else that to check there is * something * in your mail. Then use the free Adobe Reader to view PDFS.

  • Satellite M30-154 - no color on TV

A TV connected via s-video-to-scart cable. The image is perfect, but in black and white, not color.
Tried to find settings in the drivers display, but so far nothing brought the color in the image. (the tv is fine)

In the settings there is a possibility to choose a color profile, maybe the problem with the article, but I can't find any of them work.

    Any suggestions?

    Hello

I think that the picture on the TV is black and white due to the assignment of the evil of the cable pins SCART.
I had a similar problem and fixed by using another cable.
    I switched to cable s-video to s-video.
S-video cable supports only video signals, and that's why I used an extra audio cable I plugged to laptop headphone plug and TV too.

  • Office Jet 4635e: prints of 4635e Office Jet color only, worse after new HP cart.

Printing black regular in a few weeks disappeared from gray to not visible. Print page "Device information" old-fashioned, near basket empty black., it printed PERFECTLY. I replaced the trolley Black w / a brand new HP 61XL, and now I get NO black print on almost anything, even on the device information page. Cleaning/alignment pages have squares of color light gray and rectangles, but not black dark. Print a MS Word document gives absolutely nothing. The color cartridge works fine. Don't tell me that I just installed a new 61XL on a bad printer cartridge? That of 15 months, costs less than $100. There is no removable printhead. The indicator 'ink' does not show the black cart as necessity of replacement, but becomes weak, maybe 30% left. During the withdrawal, compared to the weight of the new truck, he had to be very close to empty. I guess tiny ports than black ink jet are probably backen closed with ink dry, but if that was the case, why it print first page 'System Information' perfectly? After renewal of the basket, things are considerably less. Cleaned several times, even a 'second level cleaning' was made. Still no black out dark, isn't possible to determine at what age the wagon of black replacement was? I bought it about 6 months ago. The printer receives a moderate amount of use @ home. What should do? THX, Mac

Here is your solution: never buy a cart. before that you need one and check the exp date. If it's within 12 months, return it and get another. The defective cart. (61XL - NOT CHEAP) had a 12-15 exp date. Thus, should it be good, right? Evil. Well, I just bought another new 6435 all-in-one for the same price of 2 new 61XL trolleys would cost. HP makes a very good 4 in 1 when you can pay $55.00 for it. Hard learned lesson re carts: do not buy em until you need 'em! RJM

  • Adjust the background color to match the specific shade

    Hello!

I was instructed to clean a few images from a studio session. Either the background seamless was the wrong color, or was invaded by evil and its color must be adjusted slightly. I have isolated the backdrop as its own layer and simply adjust its color to match a specific shade (RGB, CMYK # s provided). There is a certain gradient due to the installation of lighting, so it will not be uniform everywhere, but it's OK.

I do not see how to adjust hue, saturation, brightness in the options I tried (adaptation layer, replace color etc), which lead me to the eye there. I need to enter the RGB or CMYK #s and apply to adjust the color of the background (layer) together. Cannot know what I'm missing here.

    Appreciate any help! Thank you!

When you sample the color you want to match, write these numbers.

Now, on the background you want to adjust in order to match the colors that you noted, raising some adjustment tool to use, I use the hue and Saturation, for example.

The color eyedropper sampler allows you to place a sampler on the background area that you need to change the color that you want to match.

Now, you'll notice there are distributed the values in the range of information if you look at the values of the sampler. In this case #1 (see screenshot)
The value on the left is the original sample value, the number on the right represents the new value when you move the sliders in the parameters of adjustment layers. Keep these move around until you get the number to reach the numbers you noted at the beginning. Be warned, the numbers on the sliders are not relevant to a certain extent. You make adjustments while watching the Info palette.

See above, I've adjusted the main value and saturation, and you can see the RGB values on the #1 sampler is different. When those numbers coincide with everything what I'm trying to correspond with as a value of the sample, you should be good. Although my value is defined in RGB, I would recommend colors you sample and football game, as HSB values. It is easier, then by a channel with RGB match.

    Good luck!

  • Proboscis on Lightroom after updating Windows 10 colors

    Hallo,

I just updated my system from Windows 7 to Windows 10.

Unfortunately, all my images look now evil in Lighroom 4.4, see the following image:

    lightroom_color_problem.JPG

My graphics card is a Radeon HD 4600, there is no newer driver available.

I have changed no other option.

When you migrate to Windows 10, your profile screen will be replaced by the profile from an OEM (manufacturer). These profiles are bad, notorioulsly and cause, among other things, library and develop show different colors or as you can see, a yellow cast.

The solution is to calibrate your monitor with a standard material, which will create a new sound profile.

As a temporary solution, you can set the monitor profile to sRGB, which should fix the problem.

In Control Panel, choose color management and add the sRGB profile, and then set as default profile. See screenshot (from Windows 7) below.

So I'm editing this video of my sister on his bike, just to test the capabilities of my new camera (Nikon D5100, if it helps). • Cell TableView coloring on updates - realizing if sort happened

I'm doing has highlighted cells (in color) in a TableView whenever they are updated. My solution is based on the implementation of cell factories and use Animation (mounting) control cell background opacity - it works very well: whenever a cell value is updated, the background changes color, then fades away well.

The problem is, that if the table is sorted by clicking a column header, the underlying list is changed (of course), and the GUI level, it is also understood as a change and depending on the circumstances by cell (I flash a cell if its new value is different from the previous), several cells show an update unnecessarily (flashing).

I wonder how I could eliminate if a cell has been updated due to a 'real' update (an element has been updated) of the case when the list sort column and/or the order has been changed? I thought to catch the event of sorting (by adding an InvalidationListener to the sort order list) and ignore the updates, while it is underway, but I can't really know when it's over. I bet at the GUI level, there is no way to determine the reason, so I need a deeper understanding...

    Thanks for the tips.

Register a listener for change with the appropriate property to change the highlight color for the cell according to the case. You need to do a bit of work to make sure that the listener is registered and non-registered as appropriate that the cell is reused for the different table elements: the trick is to use

    Bindings.Select (tableRowProperty (), "point")

to get an observable of the current value of the line.

    Update:

Well, the previous example did not work. For reasons I can't understand, after sorting (or scroll, in fact), the evil cell became the property change notifications.

So here's another strategy: keep track of the last known value of the cell line, and don't make the highlight is still called same rank value after the update. I prefer kind of the strategy described above, but I couldn't make it work.

  • CS2 free version colors do not appear even as my store bought version cs2 - tried everything

I use a new version of windows on a new computer 8.1 - I was running win xp on an old comp when I went to install my old version of cs2 photoshop that I was forced to download a free cs2 version because mine is not supported more. I did a compatibility check as well on Windows 8 VS CS2 on several different websites and they all come in saying that it works very well. It appeared, but now I have a problem. Outside the registry screen will not go away (I registered successfully, it is always - I chose not register then, he always comes back), I have some color issues. First - know I'm not a techie by any means so I hope my terminology and description makes sense.

I have an old web project that I completed in CS2 on my win xp OS and software purchased in-store. It is perfect - I like. now, when I open files even on the new computer in victory with the cs2 version 8 free - blue colors are all purple. in cs2 right before opening jpg files - thumbnails appear ok until I click on the file once - which then shows the thumbnail in 'space' with the purple colors adobe - and Yes, the files of all them will open in photoshop with the evil purple colors as well. outside of photoshop, windows 8 and all the partners see the software these files correctly - even online, the site looks normal - the way I did originally it - asking some friends what they see, the feedback seems to be OK. If I draw something in bad purple hue and publish on the web, it appears on the web in the correct blue, I wanted in the first place.

in adobe, I don't see a lot of color settings and tried all - literally - different combinations (not really knowing what I'm doing). I even had some options set to maintain the embedded color profile with the image when opening which I thought was the solution: he opens all purple. so now I wonder whatever it is that I create, I have to ftp everything that I do on my site and view in a browser to make sure it's okay - it's obviously an ultimate waste of time and I can't go on like this.

I tried to get help on this through resources not adobe and had only answers to go into the color settings and other responses in a bad mood I should be upgrading to a newer version (I'm a starving artist and I'm already 'borrow' this new computer). I really want to run my store bought software as well - I don't want to run a free version, but it would not approve the serial number, saying: these servers are down.

so is this a problem of windows 8? It seems clear that the issue is in litigation of photoshop because the images are very well everywhere else, and photoshop has tons of color settings (I used the default values in my store bought cs2 and the free cs2 - originally, I have never changed a thing - never touched options at all.)

any help would be great - wish I could show a screenshot but no matter what, but when I capture in photoshop and then view outside of photoshop - color formats are very good...

It's a broken screen profile. Photoshop is one of the few applications that actually use the profile (color management).

Recalibrate, or if you do not have a stud, use sRGB IEC61966 - 2.1. Go to control panel > color management > devices:

Restart Photoshop so that he can pick up the new profile at startup.

  • Download color chart document in [tables]: loop for Peter kahrel & Jump_over previous thread.

    Hi forum,

This is reg, get samples available inside the document in [tables] palette, instead of typing the color chart of the document that I did.

    Thank you.

    shil...

of course, throug scriping, before using the table.

eliminating duplicates in a sorted table is one of the things to do in almost any language easyest. Google and stackoverflow are your friends for this, but for the sake of completion:

Let's say that your table is called myArray:

    First you sort:

    myArray.sort ();

    then iterate throug it:

    for (var i = 1; i)< myarray.length;="" i++)="">

    If (myArray [i] = myArray [i - 1]) {//check for duplicate value

myArray.splice (i-1); remove the duplicate of the said

    }

    }

PS. Please do not use my code "such what ', as I cannot verify it right now and I tend to evil spell, forget the closing hooks etc..

  • Colors of the missing fonts in the files linked (cs4)

So I an indesign document with a linked bouquet HAVE files that all have the same fonts in the same colors (white and yellow light) on the same color background.

earlier this week I printed without problem. Since then, I've added a few notes here and there and I printed again, and now most of the white text does not appear in print, some emissions upward barely, and some looks carved in relief in the background color. the purple printed yellow text. If I saw the text it prints very well.

the text which weent evil, I has not changed since before when she printed correctly. my colleague had also printed a copy of a pdf file that I've done in indesign with the same results.

    can anyone help?

It's about indesign cs4 with bound AI cs4 files in mac os x lion.

If the yellow text printed purple then maybe the yellow text has been set to overprint.

In the same way-, it seems that the text for the White has been set to overprint.

  • Color transparent graphic text and 'print' InDesign PDF files on-screen display

    Hello, all!

I'm new here and am with color in InDesign CS3. The two parts of the problem, explains the pasting attached screenshots: put a graph under type prevents me from having purple type I want – and when I make a PDF of the InDesign document, all the purple right (even the stuff with no graphics) below is converted into the evil purple. (Ignore the statement on zoom factors, is the reason for a friend.) It seems almost unbelievable that there is no way to avoid this problem, but my search for the solution were in vain so far. (I'm certainly novice in some aspects of InDesign).

Although I can eventually print the document on paper size, with just an inkjet printer, I am not quite so be concerned about color here. Just having good purple the on-screen display of a PDF document would be quite an improvement over the current dam.

Thanks to all those that can help you: you probably know I have these things here.

If the destination of your document isn't just an offset press defined your fusion of transparency in RGB space. The purple you are specing is not in the range of CMYK colors.
