Exit Code 19 / silent deployment of CS5 / Skip process check

Dear people,

I do not even start talking about how frustrated I am, so here's my problem:

I want to deploy through SCCM CS5 in silent mode. Our company has licenses for Adobe Creative Suite 5 Standard, so I can't use the enterprise deployment tool. Be it, after that I have spend hours to get silent installation to work, I find myself with an exit code 19, which indicates that the Setup program is a process that disrupts the installation. The process Firefox.exe and I would like to than the installer to ignore the process runs. In CS4, I used the 'SkipProcessCheck = 1' option but CS5 seems to ignore my wish ;-)

Here my syntax:

\\server\SMSSoftware\Adobe\Adobe CS5\set - up.exe - DeploymentFiles = "\\server\SMSSoftware\Adobe\Adobe.xml" - overrideFile = "\\server\SMSSoftware\Adobe\Adobe CS5\payloads\AdobeDesignStandard5-mul\application.xml.override" - skipProcessCheck = 1

In addition, if you use install.xml instead of a full path, either c:/.../install.xml or / / server/.../install.xml, you will get an error message that Setup cannot find file deployment...

Anone an idea how I can convince Mr set up to ignore the process?

    I have a problem with a deployment CS6 Design and Web Premium,

    With the help of Adobe Application Manager Enterprise Edition 3.1 on a Windows 7 SP1 32 bit, I create a 32-bit deployment by selecting all products to install, the program creates the deployment successfully without error.  Then, I try to install the deployment by running the MSI silently.  She starts to install ok, watching the C:\Program Files\Adobe, new folders are created during the installation, for example Bridge CS6, Dreamweaver CS6.  It must then meet a mistake and start to recede and uninstalls the previous items.  Research in the journal PDApp.log, it shows the following

    27/11/2012-08:35:58 [FATAL] DeploymentManager - the code returned by the Adobe installation process is (37). Stop the installation process.

    I tried to change the deployment package by taking Photoshop, dreamweaver, and then to see what application is causing to fail, after that I tried to run again the same exit code (37) is displayed.

    After exchanging a secondary hard drive broken without a good uninstalling/deactivating my cs5 production premium, I have trouble now with the new installion on a new hard drive in Windows.

    First thing I tried was remove all entries related to CS5 in the registry, but that has not helped.

    My file system is journaled HFS +, (is this breaks?) with 30 GB free. I use a 32-bit with OS x 10.6.8 MacBook that I've been on with tech support where I bought the CS5 design premium. I have 1 GB of RAM, I was told by them that I need 2GB, the system requirements of the status box it needs 1 GB and this file says I need 500 MB.

    Is this something that would prevent my install and cause these install errors under the exit code 7?  The warning related to the failure of the operation dependent seems too generic with all.  I tried to get this program and running for a week and my work piling up, Please help or advise.  My head is spinning!

    Note: Please keep in mind that I'm new to Mac OS. I've always stuck with a Windows PC until recently. This is why some things are difficult for me to grasp at this point.

  • Exit Code 20 - installation Illustrator CS5.1 on WIndows 7 64 bit

    Hi all, I hope I'm in the right place to post this question.

    I'm looking to get a new PC running Windows 7 Professional 64 bit to replace my current Windows XP PC.

    I was running since the first installation of Illustrator CS2 and upgraded to CS5.1 in 2011. I need to check that Illustrator CS 5.1 will be ADO correctly on a Windows 7 computer, so I tried to install my copy as a free 30 trial, that the Installer offers me an option.

    Then begins to calculate the time to install and then get up and say that the installation has encountered any errors. Then, there is an Exit Code 20.

    Someone has an idea, what is the problem.

    BTW: the installation program always creates a new "Application"-folder with an Adobe file inside. ""

    You can run the Cleanup tool to remove the pre-release build if, who seems to be in conflict with the GM version, and then try to install the version CS5.5 GM.

    Now, I have restarted my computer several times but to no avail. Please help me I agree with computers, but not that great so if someone could tell me how to solve this problem I would appreciate it so so much.

    I found a kb article about the same, which suggests to use the cleaning tool in this case. Try to use the same, it will also list you the products already installed on the machine and allow you to selectively remove the CS5 products.

    I can install other programs, but the 64 - bit, aka AE, pre and PS 64, which is the only of the suite that I need...

    So what I tried:

    -Restart the pc

    -Right click on the downloaded file, contain properties and check all the ' unprotected

    -Run as Admin

    -Install a wire .bat next to the set - up.exe to allow all the regedit files.

    -Create another user on my pc to install it

    Haven't tried:

    -Disable the anti-virus

    -Reinstall W7

    ...

    You have any other suggestions I'll be open for them.

    So, it was a Windows 7 upgrade?

    If so, this could certainly explain some things. Time for a clean install.
