  I can install other programs, but the 64 - bit, aka AE, pre and PS 64, which is the only of the suite that I need...

  -Right click on the downloaded file, contain properties and check all the ' unprotected

  -Run as Admin

  -Install a wire .bat next to the set - up.exe to allow all the regedit files.

  -Create another user on my pc to install it

  Haven't tried:

  -Disable the anti-virus

  -Reinstall W7

  ...

  You have any other suggestions I'll be open for them.

  It is strange that there are no errors. If the Java code does not work, I would expect an exception. Without an exception in the code handler, I expect to be propagated all the way to the top of the call stack and be displayed by the client. But there is no exception.
