  I use IE version 9.0.8112.16421 update version 9.0.12 by the information on the tab tools on Internet Explorer, all of a sudden I cannot print web pages for the last few days.   HP and Firefox do not own/have any which PDF product that is why we cannot blame them. Normally in Firefox you 'Print {certain kinds of PDF wrirer}' not 'Save as PDF '. Please try in Firefox:

  -Click on print.

  -Select the PDF file on the list of printers,

  If you don't find a PDF in the list, please download the following file and install on your machine:

  I would recommend that you try running Internet Explorer (No Add-ons) mode.

  1. click on START
  2. click on "programs".
  3. click on "Accessories".
  4. click on "system tools."
  5. click on ' Internet Explore (no Addons).

  If this does not work, try resetting Internet Explorer back to the default values.

  1. open Internet Explorer
  2. at the top right, click on tools > Internet Options
  3. click on the "Advanced" tab
  4. click on "reset...". "all the way down and let it reset all default settings
  5 restart your computer

  When you install Firefox, it uses a built-in default PDF Viewer. This viewer uses the dialog box print of Firefox instead of print to Adobe dialog.

• I can't print a PDF file in a web page to my network printer
