I have a genunie product key but it does not work. How to solve the problem?
I bought a PC refurbished which came with license Windows XP Pro renovated the Micro Center near my house. My son got the infected PC and so I decided to reinstall the operating system. I used the product key on the label of license on the PC, but it did not work. I went to Micro Center for help, but they have had the same problem and then I recommend to contact Microsoft Support. To my surprise, it is so hard to get help from Microsoft even if I have a license and use a product of Microsoft Genunie. Is this an easy problem to solve, or should I complain (or continue) Microsoft to have this problem resolved? Thanks adavance.
My suspicion is that it's a SP3 - the description of the disc key you give seems to be right (from what little I can find that the part number on the web) for a disk of SP2.
You may be able to confirm this by calling an Activation Center and asking them to confirm the validity of the key - use your local number in this list.

I think you are talking after upgrade to CC 2015 you're not able to launch I. Also, I believe you speak for read only matter of preference.
After following the instructions please do not launch Illustrator and check your file preference if the permissions have been set correctly. A good way would be to get inside the preferences folder and then try to create a file manually. If it succeeds, please write to [email protected]

Do not have access to Safe Mode if you ignore the system restore and click on the button on the Start Menu? Your initial problems are repeated in this case?
If you can access Safe Mode things, see if it will help you create another user, and it will allow to test this new user in Normal Mode of loading.
Also, if you can in Mode safe, download and run this program in mode safe mode and let it scan your computer for malware.

the same problem occurs on laptop and main computer. I use windows care 1 for safety. I completely uninstalled and installed REE fulltilt. Try a few steps to check.
Step 1: Uninstall the program by using The Windows Installer Cleanup utility.
Try:
1. Save the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility package on your computer
2. right click on the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility and run as administrator
3. follow you prompt in the installation wizard
4. Once completed the installation, click on the Start Orb. Click on all programs
5. click on Windows Installer Clean Up Ultility. Select Full Tilt Poker (if the list)
6. click on remove, click on OK. Click exit
Step 2: Now, reinstall the program and check.
Step 3: If this does not work, then try to run the System File Checker tool and check.
