  I get an external drive HARD Toshiba of RLO24 I bought the 08.02.20113 and a few weeks after it didn't work. No time to communicate with you and I thought w I'll find a way to get all my data back, but I lost 3 T data? and no way for any computer to recognize my HARD drive?   His pity to hear that the HARD drive no longer works.
  The computer could not recognize the drive external HARD for two reasons:
  (1) the HARD disk in the case of HARD drive controller began to malfunction
  (2) the HARD drive is faulty.

  In the 1st case, you could try to remove the disc HARD 3.5 of the case and could try to connect the HARD drive to another SATA controller just to check if you have access to the data.

  In the 2nd case HARD drive could no longer be used :(

Sometimes works very well, sometimes States printer system as ready, but do not print. Reboot hardware and upon restarting, I got a page to print. Next attempt to print updates the document in cue, but is right there - no error message. Finally, after several reboots, I managed to do print (have no idea how), but now I had to print 20 pages one page at a time. It will print no more than one page, even if I have to print the 20. Next time I start the computer I don't know if the printer will print. Do you need to use the same USB port each time, or are USB to parallel unreliable maps?

  Unfortunately, in addition to the adapters USB can be unreliable. Only a new printer, I don't know what it will provide you with a fix for this problem. You can try a different card if you have one, but if it still does not work, I would look for in a printer capable of supporting your computer.

  I tried 4 different usb printers on my computer and none of them works. Windows detects the fine and installs all the drivers. But at the end it says that there is a problem cause the specified port is unknown. I finally contacted the printer company and they said it s only a problem with my computer cause it is no virtual usb port listed to select. How can I create a virtual USB port on the computer? I have all the drivers installed and functional usb including support of the usb printer. And they all say it works very well.

  Generally, these lines are caused by the print settings.  If you have not selected in the printer preferences option when printing correct paper type, the unit will not use the right time for the cycles of the printhead on the entire page.  If the drytime is not correct, then the movement of the print head generates lines seen in this image.

  You have the full features software installed on your computer for this printer?

  What is the operating system of the computer you're using?

  For a print quality problems that I would recommend following the steps described in the document link below which will discuss with print settings that are appropriate for the job at hand.  I would advise using parameters such as: HP Photo Plus or the correct selection of the photo, correct paper size paper for work of the image and the best print quality.

  Hello, I have a Hp F380 printer I've always used on my PC, in Windows 7, via the USB port.

  Given the need to print and scan from another PC on the same router modem, I tried to use the USB port master who is mounted on my modem router (Alice Gate VoIP 2 Plus Wi Fi), to which I have connected the F380 to share with the new PC.

  I followed the steps in the manual installation of the modem and everything was fine except for the use of the scanner.
  The scanner, you can not use because the HP Solution Center does not see the device if it is connected to a USB port on the local PC (I normally, I used this for my scans)

  Even try to use scanning directly from the "devices and printers", click the right button of the mouse over the device icon in the menu window F380 does not appear the scanning features that appear in the place when the F380 is connected to a USB port on the local pC.
  I also tried to analyse using paint, Windows live photo gallery and scanner and fax in Windows, but the problem is always the same: the scanner is not detected.

  Do you have a solution for this?

  The scanner cannot be access via a shared printer. The printer must be connected directly to the device, or you must connect using a standard network connection.

  I just bought this printer and succeeded in setting up wireless.  Can I now connect it using a USB cable?  If the answer is 'YES', just make the USB connection, i.e. will be 10 Windows automatically adds the printer, or do I have to re - run the setup software and select the USB option?

  I would like to have the possibility of having the two configurations available for me to pick, i.e. be able to select the wireless printer or USB printers.

  The answer is Yes, you can connect USB and wireless. 10 Windows can install a generic driver for you to print but envy 7640 has many features, so you must install drivers to allow you to print and scan locally using USB and printer software.

  You need to connect to wireless internet to be able to use its full functionality.

• When I print a table (multiple pages) the text box under the table seems to be moving under the table and prints with the table of this overlap. My only solution is to push the text box further down the page before printing... Any advice?

  I face the same problem as well. Would like to know if there is a better way to get the text box to move with the table instead of the effect that overlap. Have to manually adjust the layout, whenever I want to get a reasonable print of a document (or export it to PDF) seems counterintuitive, especially when it causes the document seem ill-disposed on screen.

  I am running version 3.6.2 of the numbers in the case where that matters.

  Update your netgear firmware.  How instructions are available on the website of netgear.

  If this does not help, at least you have eliminated a problem of portntial.

  I use a HP ENVY 4500 with a laptop Acer Aspire laptop and a desktop computer HP Pavilion 500, both with an Intel i7 and Windows 8.1. Initially, I configured the printer to work with both PCs wireless. The wireless network is provided by the modem of my provider (Telenet), so it is not very strong I increased it with Devolo powerline adapters. Print is fine, only when I want to print more pages then 3 print job is stopped in the middle of page 4. I get a message that the printer could not print the document, and the page comes out half print. I connected my printer with a USB cable and configured to work with USB, but also wireless. But that Don t always works, today, I tried to print a document from Mozilla Firefox and it would not start. The printer can be used on both sides without choosing the connection?  Also I get the message that the printer is offline and cannot print the document, even if it's actually printing.

  When I open the doctor print & scanning everything seems to be ok wth the printer, no defects are detected. Wrong me?

• C6380 - computer laptop xp prints with connection by usb cable but not wireless

  I have a c6380, which is about two weeks old. Setup worked fine when I put it on the wireless network and everything is ok.

  I installed the software on a vista pc which is connected by cable to my router from sky. This shows very well.

  I installed the software on a computer vista laptop that is wireless and prints well.

  I also have a computer laptop xp. It is also wireless. The software installed without problem. See the printer etc. However, when I try and print, the printer makes noise and pulls the paper, then the screen says it's printing and then nothing happens. The printer stays like that and eventually the laptop shows a failure to print the message. The document remains in the print queue before deletion, and I have to press Cancel on the printer. If I plug the printer with a usb cable for this laptopit prints without problem.

  I ping the printer wireless froom the laptop xp and access the admin screen. It also shows as a network drive in my computer.

  I uninstalled the software that came with the printer, downloaded the hp software to ensure that it is up-to-date and re installed.

  I put the printer with a static ip address.

  I restarted the router as well.

  The router uses a channel 11 broadcast key, wpa - psk and is set to g & b modes.

  Now, it's really really frustrating because the computer laptop xp my wife, is the main reason why we bought a wirelsss printer because she is a teacher and done loads of printing.

  I'm pretty good with pc / networks etc but have now run out of ideas.

  Can someone help me please?

  The answer has been upgraded from SP2 to SP3.

  Probably should have thought about that a little bit earlier!

  Welcome to the HP Support forums.  I think you are asking you if you connect your Officejet Pro 8600 to your wireless network if it will hire additional internet charges.

  The answer to this question depends on how you have your wireless network and internet access put in place. It also depends on who has the Officejet Pro 8600 that you configure.  For example, if you enable web services use ePrint, it requires internet access to work. If you are unsure about your internet use and installation, I would recommend that you set up the printer with a USB connection.  Who will ensure that you are in control of when the printer is connected to the internet.
