  Hello, I'm TV video recording with 608 and 708 on a blackmagic hyperdeck captions.  I import these files into the timeline of Adobe Premier.  On the timeline, I can easily view the legends of the 608 and 708.  If I export a Quicktime movie ' captions embedded "the final result will have only 608 captions inside.  The last attempt, I did export a .mxf had the same problem.  I try again, but this time I deleted all the other legend titles outside the 708 caption track, but that seems just silly, and something I wouldn't need to do.  If I recorded media with tracks separated from 608 and 708 legend already, how reliable export with embedded captions 708 media?  It is very important for broadcasting and exporting media for broadcasting.   Hello there - although the BODY may import streams of legend 608 and 708 in MOV, specification of Apple QuickTime MOV we cannot write 708 captions to the MOV format. That's why you will write only steam 608 out of body to MOV. You can embed captions 608 and 708 in format MXF with body - but I know that maybe it's not a solution for your needs. Take care!

  You can't keep slideshows as captioned photos.  Slide shows get migrated in the form of albums for the Group of photos is maintained.  But Photos don't have the ability to add descriptions to the slide show so that they would have to be manually added to each slide automatically.

  However, a possible solution would be to export every slide show in iPhoto as a Quicktime movie file. Which will keep the titles and descriptions on each slide.  The resulting QT files can be imported into the iPhoto library before migration or photo library after.

  I found the cause of the problem thinking and so I would like to post it here in case anyone has the same problem.

  Whoever created the project had placed an empty text caption on the slide and used the legend of empty text as an image of background/highlighter on which they're adding other items.

  What they have not noticed, it was the legend of empty text wasn't actually completely empty... He had a dot/full stop (.) with a size of 1 point and in the same color as the text of the legend. I only spotted this when we look at the text in the time line caption (see below)

  

  After removing this (.), export captions ran as it should.

  Please rename the Preferences folder for captivate, Captivate preferences folder location:

  [Windows 7: C:\Users\[user name] folder of Captivate 6 \Local\Adobe\Adobe \AppData (hidden folder)

  Windows XP: Settings\Application Data\Adobe\Adobe Captivate 6 record - [user name] C:\Documents and Settings\

  Mac: /Users/ [user name] / Library/Preferences/Adobe Captivate 6 folder

  Rename Captivate 6-OLDCaptivate 6

  Now run Captivate as an administrator. (Right click on Captivate and run as admin) and then export, edit and import the legends.

  I am facing problems when exporting all stories in a document as an incopy files. I use Edition-> Incopy-> export-> order stories & graphics all. The document contains a lot of out of the page text boxes and a huge related story that flows through a number of textframs linked, this real content related story. The story also contains tables and images of the arrival. When running above the export command, I get files incopy for all charts and out of text boxes box but not to the related main content.

  It is a document provided by one of my clients. I'm actually a plugin developer and have no knowledge of very deep design. I'm trying to understand what could be the possible reasons for this problem.

  I tried the same command with that two executives linked text box. It creates the incopy file. What I could have done wrong in my document. All suggestions will be welcome.

  Again, I have encountered the same problem a few days back and understand what is happening.

  Related tagged frames of related texts that are closely linked with the xml structure could not be exported to InCopy when the xml structure has lack of start and end tags.

  This case occurs when the xml content is paid within the frameworks of related related texts, part of the content (para or image caption) is moved to different textframe unrelated. This action leaves a placeholder to the linked frame tag (used to move content back in place if ever, newly created frame has been removed) causing an inconsistency in the xml structure.

  Hat is not a feature of Photos.

  If you want to make sure your new export is sorted after previous export, change the field "sequential prefix" in the Panel of the export to a string, which will be sorted after the original prefix you have chosen.

  iPhotos used to export a photo in a chosen directory, and then type a file name then export it. Apparently the 'upgrade' to Photos (ver. 1.2) means that I can give is no longer the photo file name specific when I export.

  The closest I can get, it's choosing prefix sequential and then I am able to type a file name that will show in front of the sequential number.

  Do you have MS Outlook installed on your computer?

  Windows mail import and export opportunities are limited to an Outlook .pst file or an Exchange Server mailbox. They are available only if MS Outlook is installed.

  Nevermind, I figured it - go to the Admin report | Agents and using the drop-down arrow next to my name, select 'new on-demand report export.  Wow, it was hard to find! I hope this helps.

  When you export unless rename you them, they use to existing file name and are at the mercy of the way in which the operating system displays! The surefire way is only rename them with the same file name and followed by a sequence number in the order you have them in LR!

  However as stated above, exported once, I think, in the end always depends on the sort by / view options of the operating system!
