• Export MXF with several audio channels for broadcasting

  Hello

  I work in a company of broadcasting as a Publisher. We have always used FCP with the free plugin sony xdcam to export. This plugin seems to be one of the few ways to export a MXF with 4 audio channels. I don't know exactly why we need to export it for broadcasting with 4 audio channels, but we do.

  Given that our workload has increased significantly in recent months and it will no longer are optimizing our workflow. We also work with many different endboards in After Effects, and we made a nice model to work with. And since AE and first can make a dynamic link we are considering changing from FCP to Premiere.

  Now the question arises! : the only obstacle that we could not find a response to export it with 4 audio channels as a MXF of first CS5. Will there be the development on this level for CS6?

  A solution to this should save us a lot of time!

  Any help will be very appreciated!

  My project has 4 audio tracks, but the export settings dialog box gives me only the following options

  single track

  2 mono tracks

  1 pair of stero

  What I'm missing here.

  It is a function which can made from Premiere Pro?

• (HELP) When you export sectors with no audio sound glitches

  I have a problem when I have a video and a song and there's a cut at the end of the audio where the video plays without audio. The problem is when the video export audio playback very well until he reaches the part with no audio, once he gets there he plays than spazzes out until the end of the video.   I've set up a channel Master 8. Channel 1 is a frazzled left stereo mix. Channel 2 is a frazzled right stereo mix. Channel 7 is a copy of channel 1. Channel 8 is a copy of channel 2.

  The broadcaster said that there is no sound on channels 7 and 8, although I see these channels in my mixer as with audio. Posted you a screenshot of my setup of editing and mixing.

  Bring your export in PP.  If you add to that a sequence and see audio 7 and 8, then the problem lies in the diffuser.  If you don't see not audio it, post back with a screenshot of your export settings.

• I get only one audio channel when I do a rough cut.

  When I do a rough cut with my subitems in Adobe prelude, it combines my two audio channels to a track. Even when I export my subclips in Premiere Pro, I also have an audio track with two audio channels in it. What I am doing wrong?

  I am working on Mac and Prelude CC 2014 and first Pro CC v8.1.

  Can someone help me?

  Hi Sven,

  You do anything wrong here. If you grow the prelude and first audio track, you can see that the audio channels are in place. It's just the difference in the way in which strings are being represented in the timeline Prelude and rough cut.

• myDAQ errors on audio channels

  I have LabView2012, a myDAQ and the 9.6.2 drivers.  I can't get the DAQ assistant to work with the audio channels.  I get the following error:

  Error-201087

  Task contains the physical channels on one or more devices requrie lets you specify the sample clock frequency.

  The sample clock calendar function/vi to specify a sample clock rate.

  channel name / device1/audioinputleft.

  This error is meaningless because in the acquisition of data Assistant I can run the task and it acquires the data very well, but when I click on OK, lets build the application and then try to run it will not work and gives this error.

  Also, I get the same error when I try to test the task in the mydaqtroubleshooting utility

  The fixed 9.7 driver package, DAQ assistant works now.  The defective disorder still audio watch shooter utility, but I ran the equalizer vi and it works.

  That's how I would implement mixer in CS6's using a sequence of 8 track with 8 mono channels (mono channels using maintains levels matching, stereo and standard tracks can cause differences in level of 3db). Note the Red output channel selection and the panpot position indicated in blue.

  To create a video with an alpha channel:

  On the model of slides: View > slide Maser Edit > Inspector > Format > master layout > in the background, select: no fill

  I am trying to export video files that have 4 separate mono (single) audio channels.

  I work with red RAW images, and I've synced sound that has four mono channels to separate. A boom, two lavaliers and zoom mic.

  Here is my solution up to now...

  When you create a new sequence I selects RED R3D 1080 p, then I click on TRACKS > Audio and select multichannel, number of channels - 4. Can I go ahead and synchronize the video and audio. When I go to export I'll AUDIO and select "Uncompressed" audio codec, and in configuring audio I select Mono - 4 channels.

  However, after export, I believe that the four channels are identical. I need channels to be separated, as the source (boom, LAV, zoom, etc.).

  Please advise on how to do it. I'm doing something wrong?

  A couple of things to watch, make sure that the timeline tracks are top selected outputs correct and are correctly pans.

  Simple question - do not answer in the help pdf manual.  I export a stereo audio track from a sequence of first with Media Encoder as a mono wav files separate.  However, the exported files are labeled '1' and '2 '.  But who is 'L' and 'R '?

  Unable to find the answer in any documentation or online.

  Media Encoder exports audio channels in the order used in Premiere Pro.

  Premiere Pro highlights in the first inning and R in the second inning.  Thus, a file titled '1' is L and '2' is R.

  In the case of 5.1 channels, the order that Premiere Pro uses is L, R, C, LFE, Ls, and Rs which are labeled as '1', '2', '3', '4', '5' and '6' respectively in mono wave files separate.
