• ADF disabling cookies breaking external links in Application

  Greetings, community!

  I use jDev 12.1.3.

  There is a problem with the cookies and jSessionId in the ADF. As far as I understand when I disable cookies for project in the Web.XML file of ViewController ADF start jSessionId parameter in the URL and keep everything works fine, except for external links. ADF inserts jSessionId in the random location of the link.

  Well, after a few manipulations, I find a solution. It uses javascript in the 'Destination' of the Link element.

  Writing javascript:window.open ('url'); works very well.

• Problem of external links

  I upgraded the windows of Big Brother 1.18 to 4.40 client screen and now my external link does not work. The excutues very well on the client, but the server script shows purple.

  Make sure that the field 'Name of Alias BB' on the 4.40 customer Configuration Editor is, exactly (case, character for character), the name of the client defined in the bb-hosts on the BBServer file.

  Method 1:Delete CCG, prefetch files.

• Internal and external links do not work in this page

  It's so simple, but does not work.  I have my text for the internal link highlight and drag the Point to the icon of the file to my folder.  Everything seems good.  I save the file and upload it to my host server.  I loaded the page and refresh to make sure that I have the last page.  I click on the link and it does nothing else, the link is displayed by Chrome at the bottom left of the screen.  I tried many things including the construction of a new page from scratch with the same results.  Any clue?

  Ah, it looks like that the float: left you have on you're a: active class in your modelsection is out the link under the mouse by clicking on it.

  Remove that should do the trick.

  I contacted Adobe and they said, that it cannot really be done. You create a completely new menu manual to make it work. This seems silly to me.

  I don't see the problem. By default all links open in the same iFrame according to your number 1). So, unless I'm not understand what you're trying to do, you're worrying about a non-issue (apart from that being terribly bad style to your users).

  There is no need to make several posts on this.

  First you must understand how the web works. When you visit a website, your computer downloads the images, it's cache, it stores images, load the images and presents them. This is the basic concept.

  All Web sites can incorporate an image from another website, including BC.
  What you say does not concern if you can hotlink on BC or not... That is until you are actually doing. You mention a CSV file so that you have a web application with custom image and by the CSV field putting external URLS?

  What is an example of the url you put in? -C' maybe is incorect or in a bad way

  What is the configuration of the layout of the web application? -It can not do it in a way to manage the external URL...

  There are several things that could be wrong, then you really need to expand on things, please.

  OK, you didn't say in the first post you need to open the url in a new window.

  But create tab that lead to the page zero.
  Create a dynamic action in the zero page that is triggered when loading the page and alter the tab a tag href and adds the target attribute.

  I'm trying to create an interactive report, and a column in it is an external link. The interactive communicate part which looks like this.

  So I have three headers #, name, link.
  
  I am able to make a link look like URL using Href. But when I click the link it either opens a new tab with the same page of the application, or it asks to connect you again in the application.

  In Flash Catalyst, you can add an interaction to an item that will allow you to open a new web page, however, you cannot embed a SWF from another domain without some security issues.

  is it possible to automatically show the pane external TOC when binding an html file? On our intranet, many pages are not compiled with robohelp, they are word-> html pages, but we link these pages to the robohelp webhelp.

  By default, you only see the topic and have the link display at the top of the page. But this link to display is not visible unless you really link to the top of this page.

  I would like to activate the navigation pane by default whenever an external link refers to HR webhelp.

  I'm not following you, but the above should work.

  With this kind of things it should be to create a small test project and do refer a file for you on the server. Then you can test without affecting your project or online users.

• external linking does not

  (Files RH7 and .chm)
  
  Question: one of our sub-.chms contains two links to documents external .htm (release notes). Previously (RH5), these links worked, but we discovered when they broke at some point in the past. The Most obvious candidates for causes is only one) my XP machine has been replaced by a machine Vista, and b) we moved to RH7.
  
  Not anything we do seems to fix the error "can't find". Because the release notes are upgraded separately to show the new features, they must remain separate files, import or luggage may not be acceptable solutions.
  
  My real question: is there something with Vista or RH7, we should be aware of this would affect the external link to a CHM file? As it no longer works in XP machines either, I guess RH7 is the culprit, but I'm open to any possible cause and solution.
