  After days of post in the forums for discussion of WebLogic Portal with no response, I'm showing the same

  discussion here, hoping someone can help me in this task.

  I'm using JDeveloper 11.1.1.7 and I create a web portal application.

  I have adf applications deployed on a stand-alone weblogic server that works very well.

  In my portal, I add an external link, inside the model-navigation-by default (used for example oracle)

  to make my application within the context of the portal area. (I'm trying to use iFrames, but it did not work)

  If I add another web page, it works fine, it shows my menu of the portal on top when the banner is, menu,

  and the Web site below. But when I add an external link to show my application, it doesn't show anything, just

  white white background. I also noticed, it happens if I add google website also.

  There are bonds that I have to disable in weblogic, so it can be rendered on my web portal?

• Internal and external links do not work in this page

  It's so simple, but does not work.  I have my text for the internal link highlight and drag the Point to the icon of the file to my folder.  Everything seems good.  I save the file and upload it to my host server.  I loaded the page and refresh to make sure that I have the last page.  I click on the link and it does nothing else, the link is displayed by Chrome at the bottom left of the screen.  I tried many things including the construction of a new page from scratch with the same results.  Any clue?

  Ah, it looks like that the float: left you have on you're a: active class in your modelsection is out the link under the mouse by clicking on it.

  Remove that should do the trick.

• Anyone know how to change a submenu link to an internal page of the Muse at an external link?

  I contacted Adobe and they said, that it cannot really be done. You create a completely new menu manual to make it work. This seems silly to me.

  1. go in the plan view and create a page at the position you want the external link appears in your menu and name it correctly.

  2. right click on this page and choose "Menu Options/Include Page without hyperlink."

  3. place a widget menu and look for the entry of "not a hyperlink" page it contains.

• My links and external links do not work on my page. Using Dreamweaver CS4

  I followed all the instructions to add external links to my website using Dreamweaver CS 4.  I can't click on one of the links in the body of my pages, even on my plan page of the site that my internal links do not work.  Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated I looked online for a resolution to this problem and not finding any new information.

• Page before executing the external link.

  Hi people,

  May I ask what is the technique used to implement a 'notification' page, before reaching an external link?

  In other words, I want a page/popup that alert vistors when they clicked on an external link and give them the choice to continue to the destination or to cancel it.  Simple popup/page will tell them they're going outside our site and that we are not responsible for external content.

  You said that you wanted to learn javascript, so-

  Use the onclick function to capture the click link event and display your message, once the message if poster, (using some sort of timer inside the onclick function) close the window using the same on the click function, and the default value (access the link), then happen.

  That said, it is better to have just a policy that your visitors can read (possibly in a sidebar), indicating the no responsibility for the content of external sites, to have some sort of pop-up information. The reason behind this is that visitors do not like the pop up information that they did not expressly ask themselves. So keep your visitors happy and do not have this effect, unless consider you as an absolute necessity.

  If it is for use in a browser, you will find that what works for some will not work with others. When Acrobat/Reader is used as a plug-in, it can work to create a link to the page numbers and named destinations (that you're an anchor), but other browsers that use a built-in PDF reader may not support it. • How do I mask external links or open external links with my url, header and footer?

  Say there is www.exampleA.com, and I incorporate the site into an iframe on a sister site www.exampleB.com

  I want to either of the following the following:
  (1) external links to open www.exampleA.com in the iframe even on www.ExampleB.com (sister site).

  (2) external links to open with url masking.

  3) (open MOST IDEALLY) with header and footer and url of www.exampleB.com.

  Cannot find anything about the muse and the achievement of these objectives. There is a simple solution and hope I don't just see it.

  The ideas that I had, but only a beginner would be something like a blank page in www.exampleB.com with an iframe and rerouting somehow all links to open up in it.
  OR do a subomain with masking so that the links at open upward with the url of the www.exampleB.com subdomain.

  I don't see the problem. By default all links open in the same iFrame according to your number 1). So, unless I'm not understand what you're trying to do, you're worrying about a non-issue (apart from that being terribly bad style to your users).

  I joined my tumblr blog on a page on my website www.themummvlogger.tv/news and the problem is, whenever I click on any of the links within the iframe, they open upward... in the iframe. The problem is, if I am blogging about something on my site, I want to be able to post a link to it that if clicked through the iframe, opens in a new window.   Hi, we have a scorm course that has integrated Vimeo videos, using the web object and it works very well, also on the same page\slide we have links to external resources.

  Unfortunately, Captivate is unable to send commands to web objects, then you will not be able to implement a command which pauses for the video (frustrating, right?).

  My only suggestion would be to put your external resource on a transparent section,

  or

  Set it so the hyperlink executes a tip rather than just the link action and place so the advanced action opens the link and hides the web object / moves on a holding slide.

  I was wondering if it is possible to change the "Open link in a new window or tab" for individual links?

  I'm linking to some sites of clients, and for all this, I want the links to open in a new window/tab so that my site remains active behind.

  I then several links that are in the anchorages and pages within my site - for the latter, I want they will open in the same window, so the user can use the back buttons and not end up with a ton of windows/tabs open at the same time.

  If external link - internal - and open in a new window, same window.  Is this possible?

  You can change the option "Open link in a new window or tab" for individual links.

  You must select the links individually, and then make the changes.

  I need to create a tab that points to an external link (in fact a link to our old Forms application).
  
  For now, I simply added the tab "manually" in the model by writing the necessary HTML code after the substitution #TAB_CELLS string #.
  It works but it does not control permission scheme, etc.
  
  Is there a way I can create a tab without associating it with an existing page, but pointing to an external link?

  OK, you didn't say in the first post you need to open the url in a new window.

  But create tab that lead to the page zero.
  Create a dynamic action in the zero page that is triggered when loading the page and alter the tab a tag href and adds the target attribute.

  Now, here's my problem:

  I want to have a link to another site on my homepage.

  When I click on the button, I'll get to the other site Web, but the URL still displays "www.mywebsite.com".

  But in this case, I want to show him the actual URL of the other Web site 'www.theotherwebsite.com '.

  Can I change via Muse or Buiness catalyst?

  Or can I change at all, if I want to keep the settings with "my fake URL" www.mywebsite.com

  I'm trying to create an interactive report, and a column in it is an external link. The interactive communicate part which looks like this.

  So I have three headers #, name, link.
  
  I am able to make a link look like URL using Href. But when I click the link it either opens a new tab with the same page of the application, or it asks to connect you again in the application.
  Please advise me if there is a way to handle this.
