  Have you followed the steps in washing I provided?

  Follow the steps below to check the WIA Service:
  1. type services.msc in run or search and files program
  2. scroll the page up to the WIA Windows Image Acquisition
  3. make sure that the service is running. Click on stop and then restart to ensure
  4 restart the computer
  
  Restart the services of dependencies:
  1. Click Start, in the search box type "services" without the quotes.
  2. scroll down until you see Windows Image Acquisition (WIA).
  3. double click on it and go to the Dependencies tab.
  4-2 services must be listed.
  5. close this window and look for the remote procedure call (RPC).
  6. make sure it's on manual or if it is enabled automatically, just leave it. Make sure the service is started.
  7. go to hardware detection kernel and Double click.
  8. set the Startup Type to manual and click on apply.
  9. you should be able to start the service by pressing Start.
  10 now, you are done and the Twain Manager must work and gives you is not a mistake. This should solve your problem

• HP Officejet 8620: 8620 HP does not print Office 365 in Win 8. Office pointed out a mistake on 8620 when he tries.

  HP tests work perfectly. A ran the printer HP convenience store and windows tool. No problem. Just do not Office files print (Excel and Word).  Excel returns an error message saying 8620 has an error. Word does not print anything.

  Text files, PDF files print correctly. Only been able to print Word documents by using Office to produce a PDF file and then using the 8620 to print the PDF file.

  I must say that, by far, we have had more problems with the HP software with Lexmark, Canon, Brother. If it isn't getting fixed we do have more than one option. We had several HP printers as well as other manufacturers, but HP has been by far the less reliable with the software which is a shame because the quality of printing is superior.

  Thank you greeturtle. It turns out that download drivers actually the cause of the problem. The driver for the 8620 will not work. However, the deskjet 9800 printer driver works. Go figure!

  From one day to the other, one of our Office Jet Pro x 476 begins to print EXTREMELY slow. There are no recent changes on the computers involved, I just noticed that all 4 cartridges are close to being empty (black to 25%, rest about 20%).   I'd do a power reset to see if that will solve the problem.

  When the printer is still lit, disconnect the power cable to the back of the printer, if the printer has external power supply with a detachable power cord unplug for 15 seconds and reconnect it.
  Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to drain the power.

  Then, disconnect the power cable from the wall outlet.

  Wait 10 seconds and reconnect the power cable to the wall outlet first, then the back of the printer and turn on again.

  Make sure that the printer is connected directly to a wall outlet. (do not use a hub or a surge protector)

  Print a network page to see if it is a hardware or software problem.

  Check the IP address to check if the printer is still on the network.

  Cycle power to the router and the computer.

  Try and print again if you have a valid IP address.
