We have two newspapers, here it is the location of the log Informatica session for each stream of work/session would be a log file independently run status. D:\Informatica\PowerCenter8.6.1\server\infa_shared\SessLogs To view these log files, you must connect to Informatica Workflow Monitor.
This is the location of the DAC journal, apart from informatica questions (ex: create/delete the Index) we see here. D:\orahome\10gR3_1\bifoundation\dac\log
DAC-> Execute-> current Run-> task (lower pane) Select the task that has failed-> click on "Details". Then find the child task failure find Description of the State see the exact reason for the failure.
After considering information is not unclear on the exact reason for the failure, follow above said info and search for log message.
I found the log file for the task that has failed two above to the location (D > orahome > 10gR3_1 > bifoundation > dac > Journal)
For, SDE_ORA_Stage_Reverse_GLRevenueFact_DiffManDerive I found the newspaper below

But the error, I couldn't analyze the exact ORA error of the foregoing two session that does not. Can you friends, help me with the cause of this error so that I can recitfy this inorder to errors for my task failed to run correctly.

means that 'If this task fails that be parent' if the session fails, you're in the failure of the workflow state. DAC knows only the workflow state. If you run the workflow in WFM, mark the task as completed in DAC.
Tasks of children (Drop, Create, Informatica) DAC-> current Run-> in the lower pane, select all tasks, and then click the Details button a pop window shows the list of tasks if exists elsewhere only a task will show you that is task Informatica.
Right-click on the task-> update records-> (the State of the list Select)
We have an obligation as we need to get the status of a particular task (say Create User in OID - Completed\Rejected status resource) for the particular user. We are able to get the status of the provisioed of resources to the user but not the status of the special mission which is trigerred for the user.can someone put some light on it. We must have the SQL query to do this.

Hi all - I would appreciate help on a related clone operation that is a failure.
I use Quest vWorkspace to create linked clone VM in my environment. It integrates with virtual Center and creates from a VM snapshot parent according to normal related clones. It has just stopped working and I am trying to track down the cause. The task fails with the error message in the console of VMware vCenter: the operation is not supported on the object.
The vCentre is 5.5 and esxi. vWorkspace is v8.0 MR1. The parent VM is located on an iSCSI datastore. I tried to put the clones of destination on premises and warehouses of NFS data with the same result. Unfortunately I can't (don't want really to) move the VM parent from the data store that I have of many VM related to this virtual machine.
The failure message is a bit generic, so I looked on through the vmkernel.log and vpxa.log and it is an excerpt from the vpxa.log whereby it shows failed task 153. Can someone please indicate something in the newspaper that had to be examined or another newspaper to look at?

For those of you already on 5.5, I did a few tests these days. I did find a magic bullet yet as a single parameter that is sure to break but I came up with a workaround.
I found that if my ESXi server was still on the 5.1, vWorkspace could deploy clones linked via vCenter 5.5 - it's only when the ESXi is also on 5.5 that you have a problem.
If any of you have ESXi hosts still on 5.1, you can deploy there for now.
In ESXi 5.x, it is easy to have an ESXi virtual machine. You might want to consider creating some virtual boxes ESXi to deploy on while the vworkspace dev team look at why it does not work.
I know that this is not the best solution in the world, but it's better than no work around

It's a connection problem... has nothing to do with any specific task. UNIT TESTING works in DAC on the system of the source (ORA_R1213)? Also have you logged onto the server of the DAC and tried a DB TNSPING? If the DB is in place and the DAC is able to connect to DB, you shouldn't get a TNS error.
We are implementing instance OBIA7.9.5 Oracle 11.5.10 Vision.
Components installation succeeded. We followed the respective Configuration steps for the Analytics module and set up the latter.
When we start full charge for financial analytics, 321 tasks, 215 was properly executed, 2 tasks failed and remaining were stopped

If you right click on the task (or taskgroup) who is a failure in the dac and select 'Détails', you can see a list of the indexes that are supposed to have created and to check on those who fail.
In addition, if you just want to finish the execution plan to look at where you are now find the clues failed and set them to the full status and re-queue implementation plan.
New in 11 versions is a copy request utility that takes the input from the command line. This utility allows scheduling copy operations using third party, planning of utilities such as the built in Windows Scheduler. The HFM copy App Command Line Utility in releases of the + 11.1.2 lies in EPM_ORACLE_HOME\Products\ FinancialManagement \Utilities and for all the previous versions of + 11.1.1, the location is % Hyperion_Home%\FinancialManagement\Server. The utility is named HfmCopyAppCmd.exe or HfmCopyAppCmd_x64.exe.
The command line utility has the same options that the utility based GUI with the exception being that there is no progress window to watch tasks participated and no option to retry a failed task. In order to run the command line utility, the computer that runs the utility must have installed the Package redistributable Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1. This package is installed by the installer of version 11 EMP, so it doesn't have to be installed manually when executing an HFM application server, but it may be necessary to install the copy utility is run on a server database directly.
I just want to know if I get a "Converter" standalone error while restoring or by p2v then what file I read / appoint so that I can fix the reported problem. Once I export I records m get n number of files there, but do not know which file I read the problem, hence need expert disproportionate on the same.

It is almost always better to export logs from the failed task.
In case you want to collect the manually or you breakdown before the task started, then it depends on the situation. The worker newspaper is always useful, server and user interface logs is useful only occasionally. in the case of V2V there is no extra newspaper.
In the case of Windows P2V agent log is useful; it resides on the source computer.
In the case of Linux P2V, Journal of assistance is useful; It is located on the destination virtual machine but for manual collection the virtual machine should not be reseeded (he starts the ISO and has memory mapped drive during the conversion)

The interface is unable to recognize the physical schema of the database server. Even if only it is set correctly.
The database server created the TEST is the same as that of DEV.

In the physical Architecture select technology where the BOSS of BAR of staging is set the and check if at least one of the physical schema is marked as the default value for the root.
The helper VM seems to work very well time (for any one IP address) but when I try and convert a second machine (once the first machine is finished) It get taped to 1%. I use a static IP address for the VM assistance program and tried it a few times.

Recently had managed to load the next SA in my DAC
*) Human resources. *) Finance. *) Supply Chain Mgmt. *) Purchases and spending. *) Projects.
Since all the SA above are the ORA_R1213 adapter. After successful loading im in the point to run load complete CRM which is in the universal adapter.
What I did is that I added the complete CRM area to my existing ORA_R1213 topic Area(nearly i had 23 subject areas for CRM). And generated the parameters for the disciplines of the following container (universal and ORA_R1213) in my field as follows.
As I relational connection in informatica Workflow manager for text source and target as

After generating the parameters I built it and made an EP, in which my yen area load will be previous peform and my new CRM area will peform full load inside. Accordingly, I have total number of tasks such as 1302, in this task only 200 is task successful and remaining 1000 task fails.
When I saw the reason for the failed task, I can see the task that has failed is in the following folder universal
I'm not sure what exactly is the problem that I could not find any ORA error behind this task universal container CRM failed.
Is I am absent anywhere else.

I think that you understand what is the purpose of "Universal adapter" before doing anything. AU aims to integrate external systems NON-ORACLE of the DW OBIA. Currently, OLIVIER supports several Modules of Oracle and Siebel CRM (finance, HR, etc.) ... but I don't think CRM is one of them (at least not for 7963). CRM On-Demand' sounds like a cloud based Oracle solution... which means... There is no physical DB on the site. Whatever it is, to do an analysis to see if its possible to use UA to get Oracle CRM data to the data model existing. Once this is done, you can then configure the CSV files to be used for a load of the AU. You can not just "turn it on" AU which is what it seems you are trying to do. It will be useful.
Even after you apply this fix my mistake of the failed task is not to solve, as the error still persists. As the CADpatch 13551596that I applied doesn't work.
That's why I followed the readme.txt file while applying the patch below
How to apply?

Terminate or stop all DAC clients and server(s).
Rename DAWSystem.jar file in the current DAC environment.
Copy the DAWSystem.jar file from the patch into the DAC home directory on all client and server machines.
You should NOT connect to the repository using different versions of DAC client/servers.
Restart the client.
If you have 7.9.x DAC platform you will be prompted to upgrade the repository. Choose 'Yes' if prompted.
There is no repository upgrade necessary for DAC 10.1.3.4.1.
Repeat the process for all environemtns, e.g. development, test, production.
Note 1:
Informatica's pmcmd can be invoked in -lpf mode (supporting DAC Server and Informatica Server on different machines) and -paramfile mode (which requires DAC Server and Informatica server to have a shared location for parameter files). As of 7.9.6.1 BI Applications release -paramfile mode became default. Correct infa_command.xml comes with this patch. If -paramfile satisfies your deployment requirements, please copy it over to conf directory and bounce DAC Server.
Note 2: (applies only to customers with Data Warehouse on DB2):
siebproc.sql - has obsoleted siebdbx stored procedure removed. See bug #9486873 for details and refer to http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E12127_01/doc/bia.795/e12083/windows_ic.htm#i1042646 for details on applying the stored procedure.
Note 3: automationUtils.bat gets updated syntax to support metadata import without truncate (see bug #12382199). The change is just in the comment section for the documentation purposes. If you have not done any customizations on automationUtils.bat, copy the file over to DAC root directory replacing an existing one. If you have done customizations - you may either replicate them to the new file or update the comment section of the customized file.
In the first point, they said to replace the DACsystem.jar file in the CAD environment. But I see only DACSystem.rar not the jar file. I replaced only the rar file to the current location of the DAC.
So all the mistakes I made in applying the patch DAC. If so, can you friends propose measures good for him.

In this case the workflow validation should work. Check out the workflow add the same session, set all the parameters, delete the old (oob) one. Save the chages
I checked the logs, the adwork001.log, the adwork002.lo worker and can see that they are evidence of an error:

I copied the last lines of the log file adwork and also adpatch file of newspaper at the bottom of this thread.
I tried to use adctrl to restart failed workers and also the hidden option 8 to ignore this process and these two steps failed.
I don't see anything about this error on Metalink or Oracle Forums.

I have a Windows Server 2012 who was executed on this WSUS. One day, it just stopped to receive updates. Several attempts to make it work again failed, so I uninstalled WSUS and re-installed. WSUS installs correctly, but the post installation tasks continue to fail. I tried to install via powershell without success. I went to group policy (Computer Configuration\Windows Settings\Security Settings\Local Policies\User Rights\Log on as a service) and added IIS_WPG, NETWORK, NETWORK, SERVICE, NT SERVICE\ALL SERVICE SERVICE. Then did a gpupdate/force. I specifically gave full control in the folder C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.3019\Temporary ASP.NET to the SERVICE NETWORK. The error I get now is:

The name of specific file App_global.asax.3ioozbcx.dll does not exist at this place, I guess because the NETWORK SERVICE does not have access. However, just for fun. I made sure that NETWORK SERVICE has full control for this folder, and - trial - I gave everyone full control this folder. I still get the error.
