False accusation

I have made a few purchases lately and I think that I was charged for two times.

I'm in a family share, and I think we bought Facetune. It has always been free after your first purchase of Facetune. But a few days when I used my iPad which opened a session my iCloud account that is in the sharing of the family, I was charged $4,99 for the app. I wonder why because is that the family sharing program policy is to download any application paid by the other Member of the family for free?

In addition, as shown in the photo, my bank account has been removed twice. Separatedly and then all purchases were sum - up and they withdrew from me once more? Because why?

I hope an answer and, as a matter of course, a refund. Thank you

Sincerely,

Sophie

  • Pavilion x 360-13-a110dx: HP technical support will not fix a broken warranty screen

    Computer tech support rant:

So I treat my electronics with care. For some strange reason, recently developed a crack on the touch screen of my combo of tablet or a laptop HP Pavilion 360. The thing is usable, and the slot is under the top layer there so no finger injury if I touch the screen. But he fixed it needs, so I filled in the online form to explain my problem to a solution of warranty. I was then told I can call to track and match an option repair or by e-mail. Very well, very well. No problem. I'll call. I can do things with the phone on speaker.

An hour and 20 minutes later and three of call center foreign representatives who were not clear of the USA (meets one, one was a tech rep, and then he couldn't do the actual sending in and fix the situation so I went to a representative cost and repair to figure out how to fix it), and I'm mad on fire. First of all, all three repeat what I wrote and asked questions as if I'm lying to them, or did not know what I did wrong. We had the audacity to ask how do I close my laptop. Yes Ma'am, I slam it down as hard as I can and throw it against the wall to see what happens and make sure that it shuts down for the night. (I did say that, but may as well have.) I'm on my products.

She said that it would cost $270 to fix. Wait, $270? She said because it was a screen problem, it costs money. I said that it is under warranty. Equipment is under warranty, no software apparently. But this isn't the software, it's a HARD to the device component. I can't just install and uninstall a touchscreen. I'm paying $270 plus delivery charges when I bought in May last for $350. If I pay that much for setting a screen, I may as well buy a new unit that is faster and more up-to-date.

She said that it would increase it to a supervisor. They were not available after 18 pm, et. I said I work next week, leaving the House at 6:30 et and will not be home until after 18 pm, et. I said that I should call after 6 p.m., HE. I can't take the time during the day to discuss my PC because if this call took 1h20m, I don't have this time to a new job.

Then, suddenly, they can call me after 18 pm, et. When they do it on Monday, if he is a foreigner, I'll ask an English person precise and clear language. I'm not trying to be racist, then falsely accuse me if you want, but when it comes to communication, and there is a problematic thick accent because English is not their native language in India or wherever they are, this is a serious matter. If I do not understand the words coming out of their mouth without having to constantly ask for something repeatedly or super attentive because if I'm not I can miss a word that misinterprets the whole sentence, which is good enough for me. I've been at both ends of the customer service, so talk to someone English * IS * critical, especially when the situation is bad. I want an American on this one.

Either they fix it for free AND fix it on a quick as soon as POSSIBLE process (because frankly, I was insulted with how they treated me and the hold time every time to ask the same questions and made to be a perpetrator of my machine), or I am done with HP/Compaq products after 15 years of loyalty to them. Really, I don't expect even a call Monday from HP. I doubt that someone calls me.

And for what it's worth, what computer HP from my ex-wife was a breach of the hinge, which was material. I might took pliers and broke on purpose. But they don't set any question. But a screen which has not been clearly cracked by me (trust me, I could take a hammer to it and make a spider web crack) are not treated and is not material? What is it? TouchWare a new term? If it is not material, I want to know what it is. And I don't like what the said guarantee, if you send a defective product that lasts not even eight months (if), you need to fix. I did take a hammer to my screen, I do not slam my PC or throw it against something, and it's in a protective case when I travel, and it is placed in a safe place when not in use. In fact, I barely use the touchscreen. But still I'm done feeling it is my fault and I have to pay $270?

I would like to fix it myself with pieces on Amazon, but must completely disassemble the screen of the keyboard part part and it's a mess and not worth. I'm going to buy a new something and be done with it. But for a crack I did not cause - and if they were seen, they would know because the crack is below and not something that I can do on top - and say $270? Kiss my rear. Repair at our expense, or lose my business. And I shall not distribute for free, but when I'm insulted, and when I type my problem and give me the Spanish Inquisition, whenever I talk to someone, as if what I typed was a generic fraud, I'm deeply offended. I have another thing to do with 1h20m of my time on a Saturday than waste it with HP trying to solve their problem of product.

Fifteen years of my first Compaq Presario several models of HP Pavilion of desktop computers and laptops. Six in total, I bought Windows me to XP to Vista to Windows 8 (and the free update 10).  Guess that's done now because HP has dropped the ball, unless they are equipped through a miracle.

Well, long story short, the PC was fixed under warranty with a new screen and he was only gone for a week or two. Looks like new. They documented my case several times that fall overseas really left call center the ball bad. They did NOT follow the Protocol. Even if the American side did not guarantee that he would be a guarantee, they handled so much better than what it was initially.

Basically, if you don't like the answer, and you know what people overseas, manipulation, find a way to talk to an American. They're going to get this done, and if the answer is not a good one, well, you know that it is legitimate at least since he saw rather than phone diagnosed.

  • Impossible to surf, even if the connection is good

I am about to sell a Dell Latitude X 1.  The previous owner had an installation of Ubuntu, but the guy interested in buying it wants XP, so I reimagee it at night last (XP Professional SP 3 K).  I got all the drivers from the Dell support site, and all devices now work correctly.  The available network connections include LAN, Bluetooth, Wi - Fi and 1394.  I plugged it on my network (AD domain) now to test connectivity.

That is the problem.  I can browse my own network and ping the router, so that the other machines, but flat navigation is not working.  I completely disabled Windows Firewall now while I'm troubleshooting, and once I got through the work, I'll turn it back on all by keeping the affected ports open.  I'm sure that the firewall is not the issue.  But the version of Internet Explorer can not hit all the sites, and the machine will not hit the Activation site.  (That is still a place for XP until support finally expires next month, right?)  I thumb-driven the latest version of Firefox on the laptop and installed successfully, but it is impossible to travel either.

So if the problem is not the firewall, what might I be missing?  I tried using the Network Wizard, the "set up the home network or small business' and tasks 'Fix this connection', some of them several times, without success.  I tried DHCP and explicitly setting TCP / IP; same result.  Everything looks via NetBIOS and command prompt, but nothing is displayed in the browser.  Any advice?

    Open the command prompt

    Type ipconfig/all

    Press enter

If you exceed the information he spat and he said: you have an ip address and is not 0.0.0.0

then your computer has been awarded with success an ip address. Then,.

    Try to ping www.cbc.ca

If this does not work, try

    www.Google.com

See if you get all the answers. If you mean that your computer is able to connect.

If you do not receive a reply, but you are assigned a valid IP address in step 1, you need to manage your network settings AD to verify that they are all correct and that your computer was not accidentally on a blacklist to access internet.

Let me know what game join you, if you think that the third party is a false accusation, I will try to circumvent the problem even more.

  • BlackBerry Q5 Apparent failed on Q5 4 WK old battery

I have a beautiful new Q5 (red) which seems to meet most of my needs, but in less than four weeks, I'm already reduced ranging from a charger to the next just to keep the combined work.  A full charge will now be to zero in less than 3 hours - even with no use of data or calls at all!  This is not normal.

I tried to go back to my provider Carphone Warehouse, both online in two separate stores, but the service was surprisingly low.  I completely gave up on telephone support CPW, and staff at the store told me that red Q5 is now obsolete, (b) I'm going to lose for up to a months, while "the repairs" and (c) it s CPW can't do anything and I should «try to contact Blackberry»  So here I am.

As the handset so effectively unusable for its intended purpose, where should I go from here?

Yes, sorry, I have to remember that I have a Z30 with the same non-removable battery!

What is happening is that your gauge from the battery of the device is turned off-sync with the actual load of the battery. Connect to your OEM wall charger and all reboot always connected and powered, battery in this way:

    • Keys on the volume of the edge side, hold down both the top and down the volume for about 20 seconds keys, ignoring the original message of screenshot... screen go black, reboot.

After rebooting to load 100% leave.
Thus the reading resets false accusation. You may need to perform this procedure, 2 or 3 times.

  • BlackBerry Z30 Z30 only load up to 64 or 67%

My Z30 has been behaving strangely in the last week. When I let it charge all night, it is only 64 or 67% and then stops. When I wake up in the morning, I find that the phone is hot. When I remove the charger, then plug it immediately, it continues until it reaches 100% charge. Could this was caused by the use of a charger Z10 to not only load once? What is the solution to this problem? Help, please.

On the charger you use, what is the mAh rating?

    A charger using Z10 shouldn't matter.

What is happening is that your gauge from the battery of the device is turned off-sync with the actual load of the battery.
Connect to your OEM battery wall charger and still connected and powered on, reboot *. After rebooting to load 100% leave.
This will reset the reading false accusation. You may need to perform this procedure, 2 or 3 times.

    * Restart: With the BlackBerry powereddevice, press and hold the power button on top about 20-30 seconds, ignore the 3-2-1 timer and hold the button until the screen goes black and you see the red LED.
    or
    * Reboot: With the phone smart BlackBerry turned on, using the side volume keys side, press on and hold the keys of volume for about 20 seconds and both of the Up, ignoring the initial message of screenshot... the screen go black, reboot.

  • Out of sync Q5 Q5 blackBerry battery meter

    Hello
After the recent update of the operating system to 10.3.2.2474, I ve found that I am not able to delete some SMS (text messages) when I try to put an end to the same, it does not remove. When I remove it, it goes but reappears after the reboot.
Is another problem, the battery meter that shows 40-45%, but the phone behaves as if its almost dead and stops approximately 40%. When searched on the net about this, it seems that the battery meter is out of sync. solutions online suggests a battery pull (remove the battery). be Q5 can't do either.

Please do not suggest to open the unit to remove the battery.

  • BlackBerry Z10 Z10 died at 40%

    Hello

I recently bought a Z10 and great time to use it. I love the device and operating system.

But I am facing some problems with its battery. The device turns off automatically whenever the battery level reaches 40%, and I'm sure it's because of the new OS update, not because of the unit or its battery.

The phone has started to behave after the update. Before the update the indicator down to 10% or 15% and the unit has been warning me that it needs to be recharged.

But now he did not warn me. When the indicator reaches 40%, a "turn off" message, and then it stops. And after that I need to connect the phone to the wall and load it.

I think that indicator of BONE does not correctly display the battery level.

Have you guys met such a problem. What can you recommend me for this problem?

    The phone is Z10, STL100-1. OS 10.2.1.2102

The battery meter on the camera is off sync with one the actual load of the battery. Connect to your OEM wall battery charger and although still connected and powered, the battery a minute to restart. After rebooting to load 100% leave.

  • BlackBerry 10 fast draining Batt

    Hello!!!

After update latest version of the software, my very quick emtry battary and the unit is turned off @ 54% remaining... Help me...

After that any operating system set to level on a BB10 device, it will take 48-72 hours for the synchronization of data from device to e-mail, contacts, social applications, etc., fill and finish. Data transfer high after a CPU usage high cause upgrade, which in turn causes high battery usage. Similarly, high CPU usage will cause some lag and initial slow. Ignore and and be patient. It may take 48 hours for all contacts to synchronize to the device. And, the battery will recover after a few days. Just don't drain your battery to 10% or less each time, superior to the load. You will notice a difference after a few days.

    Try this-
What is happening is that your gauge from the battery of the device is turned off-sync with the actual load of the battery. Connect to your OEM wall battery charger and although still connected and powered, the battery a minute to restart. After rebooting to load 100% leave.

  • SONY does not honor warranty

I bought a SONY Home Theater and started having problems with it in less than 10 months.  I contacted Sony November 2013 and they suggested that I think I send the rear unit (ORDER 301552096).  They also suggested that I buy a 5 year warranty, if I had concerns about the relibility of the unit.  I buy the 5 year warranty and the Unit continued to work intermmittently.  He failed eventually completely and I contacted Sony - they said to return - I have (GOOD 301813327 WORK).  Now, they say that the device has been damaged and had liquid damage - this is absolutely NOT true.  The original problem was a protection fault occurring less than 10 months after purchase - it's the same problem that is happening now!

Sony is refusing to honor my warranty of 5 years and false accusations.

Dealing with Sony by telephone is a torture.  I repeatedly asked them to send me emails - so far without success.  I would like to know how to open an investigation of fraud on this claim.

    Hi DRGREW,

I am reviewing your case and contact you on this subject. Thanks AmyB

  • Employee share ownership plan is actually billed announced more than $10?

I started testing Adobe Stock Nov 27. It was announced in addition to a$ 34.99 per month in addition to applications and your site showed prices for the option "all Apps + Adobe Stock at a$ 75.98 '." Clear enough.

However, the actual invoice in my account is $85,98, just a $10 more than the advertised price.

I hope you understand how productive cons, it's when you run these free trials promotions, and then when your customers you give a chance and try your offer, you overload them and need to lose work time struggling against false accusations.

After Cat ridiculously slow and useless, I called the support of normal phone and got the problem fixed.

Considering that Adobe is one of the most important software as service providers, it is rather disappointing that Adobe refuses to offer the option of system support or normal ticket email.
