family safety issues - have not received activity reports

I created an account for a child more than a week and had no activity reports. When I log into my account, click on the family, and then my son's name he says no accounts are active for him. I have everything turned on and implemented. Don't know what's the problem? I tried the option to turn on family safety on an existing Childs account. I drag the right side of the screen, select settings, change laptop settings, click accounts and I can't go any further. My watch account only and not my Childs (it doesn't have its own account on sound / this tablet). the instructions say select other accounts, but it is not an option. Those who are the cause of the problem, entered blocker of Adobe, blocks access to the Adobe activation server.
To delete these entries.
It is best to reset the default Hosts file.
Run Microsoft Fix tool, it will automatically recover host. then try to activate the CC apps.

I took the Sun Certified java programmer for edition 5 on January 28, 2011 its been 2 days already since then but I have not received an email account of Sun Microsystems Certification activation only what I have printed review report of the examination centre. But all my friends who took the test with me on the same day and the same time received the email to activate their accounts for CertManager. You have membership you must use your Adobe (email id registered with Adobe) ID and password and Acrobat must be activated.
