  That looks like you had CS4 ready to open in Rosetta emulation before you went to 10, 7 - and Apple no longer has the user interface to disable the rosetta emulation.

  Apple has been informed of the problem and is supposedly working on a fix for this.

  Most of the time it is pretty useless, however. These older versions do not run on current versions of Mac OS x, at least not without major technical problems, so they are mostly unnecessary.

  Languages are the specific serial number. You cannot change on the fly. If you have your serial number, you need to install it in English. anything beyond that is a hack as localization of the stripping app package files...
