  Welcome to the forums.

  HA comes from the agents installed on the ESXs, so they can check that all members of a cluster are available permanently. The initial configuration is performed by the vCenter server. But once the cluster is in place, it continues to operate even if the vCenter crashes. Ditto for the VMs. Read vSphere availability Guide for more details.

  DRS is based on statistical calculations made by the vCenter to check the balance of clusters. In case the load is not evenly distributed on the servers, it will move VMs to balance the load.   Thanks for posting. The first thing I would recommend you do is go to the website of the manufacturer and the redownload and install driver wireless. I would also contact the manufacturer to see if they have diagnoses of material that they work to test and make sure that the material is healthy and working properly.
