  Have you checked by accessing the site blocked in the child's account to see if it's blocked or not?

  Safe family activity reports will include sites that are visited but blocked. Also, sites that was redirected from other sites, or use a feature of this site (such as the Facebook Like function and share) will add also upward to the activity report.

  I suggest you to check by accessing the Web site of the child's account. Also, make sure that the child's account does not use proxy connections.

  You can also update the family safety filter and check the results.

  We need to check the version and compilation of parental control that you are currently using on the computer where the user account from the child.   Have you checked if the activity report is turned on?

  If it is already enabled, please disable and then enable the activity tracking settings. This process will update the configuration and we will know if it has no effect on the issue in the next report of activity that you will receive.
  Here are the detailed steps:

  a. the account login parent in http://fss.live.com.

  b. under the child's name, click change settings.

  c. Select Activity reporting.

  d. place a check next to disable the activity tracking.

  e. click Save.

  f. now, return to the same settings and tick turn on activity monitoring.

  g. click Save.

  If this does not help, you can refresh the parental control settings and check if it helps. Refresh the family safety filter to ensure that it uses the most up-to-date information.

  FDM report, I would like the part detail is visible only if the value in field 26 is 5320.

  I put the following piece of code in the script editor in the detail section.

  -your syntax is not valid VB síntax. For example you use {}

  -East area 26 in you the detail Section.

  Here you have an example script in the detail Section.

  I'm working on one of my customer specifications where we go look for the description of the account referred to the mapped account, I tried to edit the sql statement in the workbench, but met with no success. Any body met with such similar requirement and have succeeded in establishing this?., if yes then please let me know how to do with that.

  The Tables HFM script fill SUN under Custom > General in the workbench feeds the tdimaccount table in the database application with descriptions of HFM FDM account and will allow for them to be registered in the TB reports. That should solve the problem.

• Family safety reports coming in Hindi (not my language)

  I'm getting reports of parental control in Hindi and I don't have defined Hindi language in none of my preferences. I checked for all possible areas where a language option is there and everywhere I have only English.
  My email (the id of the parent) is * address email is removed from the privacy * and I get the weekly notifications in Hindi.

• FDM Workbench - reports

  Hi all

  I use a standard workbench report - TB current location, by the target account. In this, I would like to indicate the total amount as a negative of the actual amount.

  For example, I have 3 accounts A1, A2, A3 and 5 records that contain the values listed

  A1 10

  A2 - 15

  A1 20

  A3 30

  A2 - 10

  So in my report, I want that it contains something like

  A1 10

  A1 20

  A1_total - 30

  A2 - 15

  A2 - 10

  A2_total + 25

  A3 30

  A3_total - 30

  By default, I get the totals as of right. Is there anyway that I can change it to highlight the opposite sign as indicated above?

  Can you please confirm the version of the parental controls installed in your daughter's computer? To check the current version, login your account in Windows parental controls, click on the blue circular button with question mark in the top right of the window and then click parental controls.

  Please also check if Web filtering for your children is set to Allow list only in Windows parental home page? If no, please address to safe list only, this option only allows Web site that you have added to the green list.

  1. connection of the parent in http://fss.live.comaccount.

  2. under the child's name, click change settings.

  3. Select the Web filtering.

  4. adjust the slider for web filters in list only .

  5. click on Save.

  6. go to the list of Web filtering.

  7. Enter the website in the box, and then click block.

  8. ensure that the blocked site applies to everyone by clicking on the drop-down list button.

  9. click on Save.

  We also wish to inform you that if your daughter has visited websites with Facebook Add-ins, e.g. for application sharing, and she tried to share something from this site via the component snap, Facebook is recorded in the reports. This scenario does not indicate that the child accesses the site, but an indication that she is trying to access a site blocked from using the other Web site.

  You can also try to use the child's account to check if it can access the blocked site successfully, then we can isolate if the problem is with the client or the weekly reports.

  A lot of banks try to encourage users to install report of Trusteer, without insisting actually install you it. There are many reports on here noting the problems it causes.

  The activity in Windows Live Family Safety report records the site that was visited by your son. It also saves links that was acquired, including the links goes to Facebook. If you don't want your son to get to Facebook, you can adjust the parental control settings to block this site by following the steps below:

  1. connect to https://fss.live.com using your Parent account.
  2. click on change settings under the user name of your child.
  3. Select Web filtering on the Panel of the menu on the left "make sure you activate web content filtering is enabled.
  4 level of web filtering and then select Custom allow and block Web site categories manually.
  5. Add the url of facebook and then click on Save.

  -Safety report diagnostic test failed. Does not recognize connections subsequent usb so not able to repeat the installation. Have you tried regular re-boot etc.

  Win XP must be Service Pack 2 (SP2) or higher to get the printer to work.

  If you do not do then please go to this page and this package first day open in a new window. This may help GO HERE

  Have you try to install the printer with all the application security disable including Firewall Win of course in the case that you use SP2 or greater.
