    Have you checked by accessing the site blocked in the child's account to see if it's blocked or not?

    Safe family activity reports will include sites that are visited but blocked. Also, sites that was redirected from other sites, or use a feature of this site (such as the Facebook Like function and share) will add also upward to the activity report.

    I suggest you to check by accessing the Web site of the child's account. Also, make sure that the child's account does not use proxy connections.

    You can also update the family safety filter and check the results.

    I'm getting reports of parental control in Hindi and I don't have defined Hindi language in none of my preferences. I checked for all possible areas where a language option is there and everywhere I have only English.

    I checked my daughters computer that Facebook is blocked, I check the Family Safety website to my Facebook account that is on the list locked for my daughter. WHY SO FACEBOOK MOST VISITED WEBSITE?
    Parental control still works?  I am extremely frustrated with this weekly report when the sit is blocked.

    Can you please confirm the version of the parental controls installed in your daughter's computer? To check the current version, login your account in Windows parental controls, click on the blue circular button with question mark in the top right of the window and then click parental controls.

    Please also check if Web filtering for your children is set to Allow list only in Windows parental home page? If no, please address to safe list only, this option only allows Web site that you have added to the green list.

This scenario does not indicate that the child accesses the site, but an indication that she is trying to access a site blocked from using the other Web site.

I'm a roadrunner fall, so I created a gmail account but microsift does not allow me to change my email address so I had to close the roadrunner connection and make a gmail account to sign. I couldn't add family safety to the gmail sign in so I closed it also. I am now locked out of my security settings for the family and unable to make changes or see web filtering. I tried to create a hotmail account, but that does not work either. My gmail.com is the address I want to set up with microsoft and security for the windows family.

    The settings can be made by removing the family settings on your computer. You will need to uninstall the previous settings will be erased and then reinstall it so you can configure it with your new account.     I have installed parental control about a week there on the computer that uses my son.  I created a separate account for my son to set up. I received reports of activity very well, until today when there is no report showing and I know that the internet has been used.  According to taskbar icon of security tools for the family in the lower right of the desktop everythings works fine and also on the family safety website.  Can someone tell me what the problem could be please.  The only change I see is that Skype has been downloaded.

    I set up parental controls for a child almost a year back

    and it has worked perfectly until about a month.

    Now he sends to empty activity reports

    claiming that it was not any web browsing activity.

    I already checked that:

    -Name of the PC comes to /familysafety.microsoft.com

    -On the website: date/time of last activity reported for this PC

    -On the PC: WPCMon is NOT running (in Task Manager)

    If I log in as a child, or like me

    -On the PC: Family Safety icon appears in the taskbar.

    When I connect as a child popup icon says:

    "Family safety monitors your account."
