  Have you checked by accessing the site blocked in the child's account to see if it's blocked or not?

  Safe family activity reports will include sites that are visited but blocked. Also, sites that was redirected from other sites, or use a feature of this site (such as the Facebook Like function and share) will add also upward to the activity report.

  I suggest you to check by accessing the Web site of the child's account. Also, make sure that the child's account does not use proxy connections.

  You can also update the family safety filter and check the results.

  Can you please confirm the version of the parental controls installed in your daughter's computer? To check the current version, login your account in Windows parental controls, click on the blue circular button with question mark in the top right of the window and then click parental controls.

  Please also check if Web filtering for your children is set to Allow list only in Windows parental home page? If no, please address to safe list only, this option only allows Web site that you have added to the green list.

  First, update the Family Safety to the latest version, after you have installed the latest version, please follow these steps to ensure that parental control is configured.

  4. open the client of parental controls on your computer.

I tried to create a hotmail account, but that does not work either. My gmail.com is the address I want to set up with microsoft and security for the windows family.

  We are happy to help you in this regard. I understand that you want to change the settings for parental controls on your computer, but you have already deposited the parent account that hold the settings.

  The settings can be made by removing the family settings on your computer. You will need to uninstall the previous settings will be erased and then reinstall it so you can configure it with your new account.   I set up parental controls for a child almost a year back

  and it has worked perfectly until about a month.

  Now he sends to empty activity reports
