  Please uncheck the 'Use approval hierarchy' flag and save the changes.
  Again, check the indicator of "Use trust hierarchy" and save the changes.

  Run the following query to check the value of the flag of the 'trust use hierarchy"for the problematic control unit.

  Select USE_POSITIONS_FLAG from financials_system_params_all where org_id = '& org_id;

  I have Windows XP home on my laptop.  By default, as a new email, etc sounds do not play.  I ran "How to solve audio problems in windows XP" and he says that he can not detect a problem.   The speakers and all other sounds work fine. I really want my opinion to express email outlook to the sound, I could doing others. When I go to control panel, sounds and devices, windows, notifications, browse and play the sounds that they work very well, but they do not play in normal operation.   Method 1:

  I suggest to run the SFC (System File Checker) analysis on the system and check if the problem is resolved.

  Method 2:

  I suggest to uninstall and reinstall Outlook express on the system and check if the problem is resolved. Follow the steps mentioned below.

  a. Click Start, and then click Run.

  b. type appwiz.cpl in the run box, and then press ENTER. This will open Add and remove programs on the system.

  c. click Add and remove Windows components and look for Outlook Express and then clear the check box that is next to it and click Ok. This allows to uninstall Outlook express on the system.

  d. again to open the Windows component box, place a check mark next to Outlook express and then click ok.

  Note: This will reset the settings for outlook express.

  Check whether the problem is resolved.

  a. right click on the Volume icon in the system tray.

  b. click sounds.

  c. on the sounds tab, choose Windows default thereunder.

  d. check if the problem persists.

  I have a field that, if the null value must contain the value of the overall field of a Contact name field.  Have tried several variations, in several events, such as the output of the overall field, but nothing happens.  It is set to JavaScript and it takes, is that if the Completed_By field is null, it must be completed with the Contact field before being transmitted.  I think I want simply default to the name of the contact, unless the person who completes the form is different in that they list for business contact, and then they can change this value Completed_By.  Thank you.

  If you use FormClac then it must be the correct syntax:

  if  (Completed_By.isNull or Completed_By eq "") then

  If you use JavaScript, I expect it works:

  if  (Completed_By.rawValue == null || Completed_By.rawValue == "") {
       this.rawValue = Contact.rawValue;
  }
  

  This version of JavaScript might be further simplified using the test of identity (=):

  if  (Completed_By.rawValue === null) {
       this.rawValue = Contact.rawValue;
  }

  I noticed that my windows default sounds are missing. They are nowhere in my file system. I went to the personalization and clicked on sounds. It shows all the sounds (like, asterisk, critical battery, start Windows, connection, newspaper) with no sounds. I can't test them because there is no files for sounds. Is there a way I can get back them. Can I download them?

  Looks like there is some system files corrupted on the computer, I would say that scan you SFC who will search the system files corrupted on the computer and replace them.

  Scan SFC enforcement procedure:

  1. click on the Start button
  2. on the Start Menu, click all programs Accessories followed
  3. in the Accessories menu , right click on the command line option
  4. in the menu that appears, click on the option "Run as Administrator"
  5 If you have the enabled User Account Control (UAC) you will be asked to consent to the opening of the command line. You simply press the button continue if you are the administrator or insert password etc.
  6. in the command prompt window, type: sfc/scannow then press enter
  7. a message is displayed to indicate that "the analysis of the system will start.
  8. be patient because the analysis may take some time
  9. If all the files need replace SFC will replace them. You may be asked to insert your Vista DVD for this process to continue
  10. If all goes although you should, after the analysis, see the following message "Windows resource protection not found any breach of integrity.
  11 after the scan finished, close the command prompt window reboot the computer and check.

  The analysis may take some time, so be patient. Windows allows to fix corrupt or missing files it finds. If the information of the installation CD is required to fix the problem, you may be asked to insert your Windows Vista installation CD.
