  You are not required to save the files in the creative cloud.

  Storing files online is simple and an additional service, but there are several advantages:

  • Your file is saved online in which case the file is accidentally deleted locally or your hard drive fails.
  • Previews of InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop files in the web browser for someone who doesn't have these programs and would not be able to view the image file.
  • Share the file with another allowing them to comment on and download.

  It started when I upgraded to 2015. I tried, leave creative, remove the reboot of the OOBE Mac file and reopen the creative cloud and connect. Always the same question.

  If a file with the same name is saved again and then a version is created. You can see the versions of the files page to https://creative.adobe.com/files. Of the files page , click on the file to access his page. Pass on the Details tab in the activity tab if necessary. You will see the current Version and all previous versions.

  I'm currently trying create an Adobe Presenter 10 package using the packer of creative cloud. In our environment we run 8.1 (64-bit) Windows with Microsoft Office Professional 2013 (32 bit).

  Initially, when I created the package I chose the 64-bit version, who spat a package that I could install. The problem is that when I tried to open the program it prompted me to "Check if Adobe Presenter Add-In for Microsoft PowerPoint is enabled." Guides, that I found online said that the Add-In can be disabled, but I have found no trace of it. I thought then that maybe I need create the package by using the 32-bit option through Microsoft Office being 32-bit also, but I also came across the same issue where I couldn't find much less enable the add-in.

  Then I found this online guide:

  Launch of CCP.

  Click Create package and click Next.

  Give the name of the package, location to save, type of license as 'License serial number', select ' Package 32-bit if your OS is 32-bit or select Package 64-bit if you OS is 64-bit.

  Click next and enter the serial for Presenter 10 key. Click Next.

  Click on "media offline".

  Click Browse.

  Go to the presenter 10 install and select "PresenterWin32" and click Ok.

  Click on Extract.

  Select the 10 presenter and click done.

  I found out why I was getting the error message above. During extraction of offline media, you will need to extract using the downloaded .exe and .7z file. If you extract the .7z file using 7zip, you will encounter the above problem.

• Creative cloud Packager - Adobe found Muse after Installation

  I'm on OS X. I packed all other CC with creative cloud conditioner. They all work as expected. When I package Adobe Muse and install the .pkg to build, the Installer succeeded but then there is no Adobe Muse in / applications. There is however an uninstall in/Applications/Utilities/Adobe\ installers program / for Muse. I tried:

  • Install the .pkg to Muse on a machine with a new OS that never had any apps from Adobe installed before.
  • Installed the most recent CC Packager on a new machine.
    • Minimum of Muse
    • Packaged
    • Installed the .pkg again on a fresh OS machine that never had Adobe apps.
    • It is not always in the same way.

  Please do not suggest that I use http://www.adobe.com/go/muse_latest_mac because I have 500 macs to install this on. (although it works when I install it manually)

  Hi Lilly Ivie,

  Muse is packaged in the Exception file after creating a package using CCP and must be installed from there. Mentioned below is the command to install Muse of Exception:

  ExceptionDeployer.exe - workflow = install - mode = post.

  According to the request, I understand that when you export images from Lightroom it shows only the crops, is not editing.

  It is specific to a single image or all images in the catalog?

  Could you please let me know what file format you choose to export the images and also what version of Lightroom are you using?

  I want to upgrade to Adobe Photoshop elements with Adobe Creative Cloud Packager 13.

  For this, I have created a package with Adobe Creative packer of cloud, but can not choose when you create this package to upgrade rather than a new installation.

  Is this possible with Adobe Creative Cloud Packer? Or I have to buy another version of the PSE13 software (upgrade)?

  You will be able to use the same software you bought assuming you purchased volume licenses.

  You must create new installation package for PSE 13 as a result of process as below:
