Finesse 11 UCCX admin problem

Hello

I get the error attached on uccx 11.0.1.10000 - 75 Administration of Finesse.

All the stand-alone server and migrate to 11 8.5.

rmcmuser, jtapi user created login and sync.

Does anyone have an idea about this error?

By any chance can you disable authentication LDAP CUCM and then check. I ask you to do this is because the user that you will use to login in Finesse Administration is authenticated against FinesseRealm first (by AXL with CUCM) and then he will pronounce on PlatformRealm (which is the user created on the UCCX). So if there are problems connecting to LDAP and even if you use the local user FinesseRealm will be timeout which can cause this problem.

Also, have you tried to restart the Tomcat of Cisco cm with Tomcat of Cisco and Cisco Finesse Tomcat on UCCX

    It seems accidentally tag ssl has been added to the config.xml file. You can try:

    1 back changes

    OR

    2 restore backups of form of config.xml

    OR

    3. manually, locate the tag added ssl, remove it and restest if the problem disappeared.

    I had opened and account administration are hiding in my windows 7 by using this command "net user administrator /active:yes/no"...before hide this accout I conceded parential control to my user account... and then being admin account I hide my admin account using before mentioned... command. Now I'm at my user account. I can not install any thing.when I click on something like 'run as administrator', it don't ask, no matter what password or activate the button Yes in run as admin window.    Help, please.     If you could activate the administrator account your account has logon of the administrator privileges. You now need to do these things:

    • Create, test and document the admin account to spare.
    • Disable the administrator account.
    • Create CD bootable USB repair (required only if you use your own maintenance).

    Too, I came across this problem before, even on Windows XP!

    However, good news. Is there a way around this. You will need to create a CD and follow the on-screen instructions when you start in this CD.

    This CD will allow you:

    • Add/Remove accounts
    • change/remove passwords
    • View stats

    Here is the link that I have always used. The first time requires thought, but I use it in my business sometimes for machines which are on a workgroup and not in a domain.

    Missing probably something simple - but where I can download the Script UCCX Editor?  I can't find it on the CD of IP IVR comes with Contact Center, and impossible to find good research on cisco.com.

    It is installed by default on servers UCCX.  If you want to install on your local PC, connect to the web page UCCX admin then go to

    Tools | Plugins and you can download the .exe from there.

    The short answer is that, as a general rule, administrators BES prevents certain risky practices like injection key and browser filtering.

  • Admin password problem

    I have a REALLY weird problem all of a sudden. I have only one user (Admin) on my Macbook running El Capitan, and all of a sudden OS X does not recognize my password after login.

    In other words, I can connect fine, but after that whenever I need to use my credentials to allow OS x to perform certain actions (like the moving an application to the trash, or unlock the locking in the preferences system - even change my password), it says that the password is incorrect.

    I tried to change the password via the Recovery Mode, which worked - but once again, until I logged in. I thought it might be a permission problem, but El Capitan has this feature in disk utility, then I tried with a terminal sudo command - but even here it takes a password that does not work.

    Any help would be appreciated!

    You use another Source of input (keyboard language).

    I can see what happens if the login page uses an input Source and your user account uses another.
