  Recently, Firefox crashes * much * to exit. Sometimes I quickly leave Firefox when I switch to another application, and then a few seconds after the release, the crash reporter will appear.

  I've read elsewhere that it could be caused by the Norton Toolbar. I have the latest version of Firefox 38.0.5 and the Norton Toolbar 2014.7.12.14, and I think they are compatible, but I don't think.

  In addition, I make violations of integrity on my PC Windows 8.1. SFC is display of corrupted files. I was able to set this number, only to return the next day. I understand that a program ending abruptly can cause these corruptions, so I wonder if Firefox is the cause?

  In a world of perfect Mozilla and Norton would work out their differences. For now I have disabled the Norton toolbar, which is not a solution because I need to stay safe as I Browse. I'd rather not spend in IE or Chrome or the other. This isn't a solution.

  Everyone knows about this problem? Does anyone have a solution for my particular case crashing on the release of Firefox?

  Select a file, and then click "Open" in the file browser window.

  Then, firefox seems to hang or take a break for what it is between 5 to 12 seconds, after this time, the name of the file appears in the file input field - you cannot interact with the browser at all during this time.

  Can be reproduced every time i run firefox - does not happen in IE or another browser on that machine.

• vCenter connections - Idle sessions hang out

  Hello

  We use the VI SDK 2.5 to Windows XP SP3 to connect to vCenter to QueryPerf to get data from the perf.

  A specific user account to connect to the vCenter.

  In some cases, we note that there are a few sessions 'dormant' left hanging out.  I see them listed in the console of Administration/Management/Sessions of the vCenter.  I think that these "idle sessions" when the application is connected to vCenter using the API and attempts a "logout" and disconnection fails for some reason any.  It is also possible, I think that, when the application terminates abnormally.  I noticed a case when there is an end to the session "inactive" after 30 minutes of inactivity.

  Is there anyway to make the API using the same session or inform not to create a new session, if it already exists for the user?  Something similar to a SQL Server how "connection pooling"?

  I appreciate any input in this case.

• Production DB is Hanging Out

  Hi guys,.
  
  I'm having a strange problem with the my production server.
  
  All of a sudden my production database is hanging out. I glued the production below the database alert log file. Kindly help me in this regard.
  
  Whenever I am restarting the Production DB.

  If you just want to remove the server from the main server support, just reset the settings in the primary database server as remote destination of archiving to archive for sleep. This will simply stop the transport of the archives of the day before.

• Downloaded Firefox and it will work in mode dmg but will not be displayed in the application folder, even if I hang out there.

  It will run fine (but slow) until I got disabling my computer. When I turn it back on, I need to click on the disc image as if it had not been installed.

  Make sure that Firefox is installed correctly.

  Open the Firefox disk image file and drag the Firefox program into the Applications folder on your hard drive.
  Do not double-click the Firefox to run from the disk image, but instead, drag it out of the DMG file.

  Check and adjust the settings of the antivirus.  Also, check the settings of Windows Defender.  If too much 'security' audit tools are constantly scanning, Internet traffic will slow down, but also windows will slow down.

  I uninstalled the old version of Fire Fox and I tried the download 39.0 out of sight of firefox. Now download 50% cycles then goes back to 0% and start over again. I stopped this cycle to 4 times through. The computer is running windows 8.1 and internet Explorer seems to work very well. I have other computers running firefox with no updates of prlblems.

  You seem to be using Firefox 39 ad on a 8.1 Windows machine.

  I guess it's another machine, then use it to download the installer of Windows of Firefox 39, then transfer the file using a USB key or another method.

  It might be something on your system makes Ad Block edge issues.

Please don't send me the standard "start in safe mode", 'restart with disabled modules', 'reset Firefox' stuff (the last time that completely destroyed my browser).   .. .and installed 29 FF on my previous FF28 on my box. I unchecked the "clear history on exit" which was only to delete my history, not cookies or anything else, cor - el. My setting should not accept cookies unless I make an exception. Until the FF developers find a way to do this is functional, I'll just have to manually delete the history.

  Furthermore, John99, you want to maybe privacy.sanitize.sanitizeOnShutdown set to 'False', not 'true' If you want to stop the automatic deletion of the history at the exit (attempt).

  I've been running for about 6 hours. without experiencing the bug 'suspended '. So, I can live with that for now until this bug is fixed. It should be fixed... browsers are supposed to be able to do things like that.

  On the other hand, I could find things go wrong... but so far I'm not having a problem.

• WOT Firefox Homepage is grayed out, after I visited a Web site.

  Afer, visit this Web site (review), my (default) Firefox Home Page is the same, except that the WOT icon is grayed out and I can't it to work. When I click it, it says "no available sides. If I change the home page, the WOT is once more active. I've never had this problem before and have had WOT since it became available. I use now a homepage different until I can get this problem to be solved. ANY HELP WILL BE MOST APPRECIATED. I really depend on the WOT. Thank you.

  It should be gray as the homepage of Firefox is not a url, I have the same addon, its not designed to detect all: protocols, nor should it.

It begins to go through the motions and then cycles and signs me in ' mike@parente-ca.org. On the current version of Firefox, I was for a while. I've never had happen until today.
