Firefox dekstop is missing, because the toolbar button

I don't know why, my Firefox can not be at the top, click under the toolbar... When I click, appear to ' Add/edit button, change toolbars, refresh the toolbar.
What should I do now?

This problem can be caused by an extension as the toolbar Yahoo! or Babylon that spans both down and covers the top of the browser window and thus links and buttons in this part of the screen not clickable.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance/themes).

I know there is an addon for windows Classic theme, but I need a fix for osx... its very frustrating when you update and things like this change and can be customized to the way we are used to using the browser. his counter intuitive to have the page button refresh so far from the back and home buttons.

never mind, I found the preferences in the addon manager... Thanks again!

Please make sure that your Acrobat X 1 is upgraded to the latest version. Support for Office 2016 has been added in 11.0.16 and is not available for older versions of Acrobat X 1.

  • Firefox cannot display the text instead of icons on the toolbar buttons now?

Hello. Before the update today, I used the option to display text instead of icons on my toolbar buttons. This option is now removed? I can't find.

Before there was a possibility of using icons, text or icons with text. I don't speak of 'Return', 'Home', charging ","Downloads"and other buttons. Can someone tell me if it still exists or it has been deleted completely? If so, perhaps there is an add-on or something that does the same thing?

    Thank you guigs2.

You're the first to give me this bugzilla link, cheers.
    I'll send them a message.

If I don't actually consider it a bug.
We had the button, they took for cosmetics (mobile user interface, because who has computers, laptops or desktops, right...) and we did not give the possibility to reactivate.
    Seems more like a new feature request (;

I know about the option to click right, but with multiple downloads that quickly becomes an orgy of mouse click (or in my golden Shower of pen wacom case, knotting my fingers while doing).

This isn't the announced personalization and simplified user friendly interface user Australis was supposed to be...
.. .this which an epic facepalm.

  • Reload button missing in the toolbar and not available to add

There is no refresh button in the navigation toolbar in Firefox 4. When I go to add a customization, I am not offered a refresh icon. There are only 17 icons of your choice. The 'help' on personalization shows many more options.

In Firefox 4 default stop, Go and Reload (Refresh) the buttons are combined and attached on the right edge of the address bar.

When you type in the address bar, it will show the Go button. When loading a site is it shows the Stop button. Sometimes it shows the button reload.

If you want separate buttons, right-click on a toolbar and select Customize, you can then drag the stop or reload buttons and place them elsewhere. If you place them in the order 'Reload-Stop' on the right side of the address bar they will be together again. For more information about customizing the toolbar, see https://support.mozilla.com/kb/How+to+customize+the+toolbar

  • My 'home' icon is missing from the toolbar. How can I get that back?

The little black House (the House icon) is missing from my toolbar. I always used to use to quickly go back
to start a new search. Why he disappeared, and how do I get it back? Thanks for your help.

You can open the Customize and set the toolbar to display items.

    • Firefox '3-bar' menu button > customize
    • If the missing elements are in the palette to customize then drag them back into the window to customize the toolbar
    • If you don't see an article on a toolbar and in the palette to customize, then click on the reset default button to restore the default toolbar configuration

If you right click on an item to toolbar in normal mode (non-personnaliser) mode, then you can remove this item from the toolbar.

    • "Remove from toolbar" will remove this element of the Navigation toolbar and moves it to the palette to customize (Firefox '3-bar' menu button > customize)
    • "Go to the Menu" will move this point '3' dropdown menu Firefox button bar
    • "Move to the toolbar" in the "3-bar" Firefox dropdown menu button will move that point to the toolbar

Note that you see only the menu button Firefox orange when the menu bar is hidden.

  • Outlook Express lost the icon on the toolbar buttons

It seems that whenever I play a game on my computer, which I then go back to Outlook Express, and some of the icon buttons are missing.  The only way I know to fix is to close and restart.  Y at - it a simple way to prevent this.
Delete, send/receive, address and find are the last four that will be missed.

They disappear, or if the buttons have become larger and are therefore the missing off the screen? You see him > on the right side? Who let you see them? If this is the case, you see a bug which exists as long that OE and it will be ever fixed.

Close and open OE or grasp the bottom of the toolbar with the cursor. Push-up and then again into the bottom and buttons should be back. Bruce Hagen MS - MVP [Mail]

  • Why, when I type in the address bar and select from the drop-down list, I seem to "click on" on one of the toolbar buttons?

I noticed recently that, sometimes, when I chose an entry in the drop-down list after I started typing in the address bar, I would get a different page than I wanted to. It turned out that I was actually clicking the bookmarks toolbar button that has been hidden under the list entry, I thought I was clicking.

Hi, thanks, but disabling hardware acceleration does not fix it. However, I just swapped my mouse, and seems not to happen anymore!

  • I can't download Firefox. When I hit the download button the pop-up box asking me if I want to open or save the file disappears without me click an option.

I tried to download Firefox without success.
I hit the download button and, normally, a pop-up window appears asking me to open or save the file. An empty box appears briefly and then disappears.
The problem may be with Internet Explorer 6.
However, I tried to update to IE 8 and the same problem above occurs on the Microsoft Web site.
I think that there is a little lack of IE 6.
    Any ideas?
    Thank you
    Sandra

    Thank you.
In the end I had someone send me the file installation and it worked.
    Thanks for your time.

Cor - el will no doubt come with suggestions. I will list the accident report Details incase they help someone. The accident occurred when a component associated Windows is in use. Have you ensured you have no background task running, and no unnecessary plugins Firefox are running.

No reason to expect to be directly related, but a previous incident with the same signature took place when bookmarks were used, and the solution in this instance was:

I found out that an option in Microsoft File Explorer caused the crash.
    To solve this:
    - Go to "Organize"
    - Choose "Folder and search options"
    - uncheck "Automatically expand to current folder"

     Now Firefox won't crash again!

Your reports for s CrashID all have the same signature
