Firefox Site identity button

Hello
I have a problem with the function of the identity button as it is also described here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-tell-if-my-connection-is-secure?as=u & utm_source = inproduct

What led to this article is a situation in which I was redirected to paypal from another site, in order to make a purchase.
(see attached photo)

As seen in the photo URL is marked with the gray Triangle, and I wonder what that means exactly the message means "the site does not provide identity information.
1. is it possible that this is not 'paypal.com' location, although it is written in the URL?
2. If paypal, it isn't safe complete the transaction?
3. is it possible that Paypal has no certificate?

I checked the last question, simply went straight to paypal.com . I got the Green padlock.

My feeling is that, in many cases, somehow it saying "can't see the forest for the trees' described the situation with that a regular user is addressed.
The differences between
"The site does not provide identity information" (grey Triangle)
"The address of the site has been verified" (gray lock)
"The connection between Firefox and the site is encrypted partially and do not prevent listening" (Orange Triangle)
Are not really clear and it is not clear if IMPORTANT data is secure or not.
What to do or why me if the image is not encrypted, if credit card details are?
Please notify

If the image that is not well served from a URL, you believe that you can have confidence and that is related to the transaction, then I personally don't worry too much.

You can temporarily block the image if you wish and then it unlock when you return to the site. To block images from a site, right-click on an empty area of the page, choose View Page Info, then the media above icon. Find the problem image in the dialog box and then check the box above the preview area in the lower part of the dialog box to block images from this site.

Close the dialog box and reload the page and it should no longer be mixed.

To cancel this, when you return to the main site, you can find a picture stuck on the media group and uncheck this box.
