  You can try the following.

  Shut down the laptop.  Tap away at f8 that you start the laptop to enter the Windows Recovery Console.  Use the arrow keys to select Safe mode and press ENTER.  If windows will load in this mode, on the Start Menu, click principally made programs, click Accessories, click System Tools and run the system restore.  Choose a restore point at least 24 hours prior to the issue of logon and then proceed to the restoration.  When you are finished, Windows will restart as normal in order to check if you can now connect correctly.

  Another option if the above does not help is as follows.

  Shut down the laptop.  Tap away at f8 that you start the laptop to enter the Windows Recovery Console.  Use the arrow keys to select "Start using last good known Configuration" and press ENTER.

  Hello

  Try Firefox Safe mode to see if the problem goes away. Firefox Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode that temporarily disables hardware acceleration, restores some settings and disables add-ons (extensions and themes).

  If Firefox is open, you can restart Firefox Safe mode in the Help menu:

  • Click the menu button

    

    click Help

    

    then select restart with disabled modules.

  If Firefox does not work, you can start Firefox in Mode safe as follows:

  • On Windows: Hold down the SHIFT key when you open the desktop Firefox or shortcut in the start menu.
  • On Mac: Hold the option key during the startup of Firefox.
  • On Linux: Exit Firefox, go to your Terminal and run firefox-safe-mode
    (you may need to specify the installation path of Firefox for example/usr/lib/firefox)

  When the Firefox Safe Mode window appears, select "start mode safe."

  

  If the problem is not present in Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, theme or hardware acceleration. Please follow the steps described in the section Troubleshooting extensions, themes and problems of hardware acceleration to resolve common Firefox problems to find the cause.

  To exit safe mode of Firefox, simply close Firefox and wait a few seconds before you open Firefox for normal use again.

  You have also two versions of Shockwave Flash - groin should be deleted.

  This can be useful - disable or remove modules.

  You are in the right place, this is the support forum.

  You should not make the profile read-only, which will cause problems, for example, you will not be able to change the settings or add bookmarks.

  Before you make any more try to make a copy of the current profile including subfolders and files and all previous profile available. (For example you use a disk image on the hard drive until it is cleared, did have the old profile on this) this suggestion because some of this information is likely to be useful, but is at risk of being removed or replaced.

  A potential problem is that you tried to restore from a backup Windows, they don't always work, and can need an another clean reinstall, but note do NOT delete the profile it's program files that may require deletion.

  Try the following in this order, testing after each step

  1. Returns the parameters of the profile of their standard privileges
  2. using firefox in Firefox to solve the issues in Safe Mode
     no need to make any changes in the options dialog window, just click on continue
  3. Try a new profile

  "Clear the Cache":
