Firewall does not illuminate

Assistant of HP give me the! caveat.  When I open assistant HP it tells me that the firewall is disabled.  When I click on Windows Firewall and firewall options, then, nothing happens.

    I just had this problem recently. When I start my computer, there is a pop up that says that the Windows Firewall is disabled. I click on the button to turn it on and then appears a screen that says "Security Center may depend on Windows Firewall." I then click "Activate Windows Firewall manually."     You can try this:

    Right click on command prompt (start Menu\Programs\Accessories) and choose Run as administrator. Type (or copy and paste) the following command:

    WinMgmt /verifyrepository

    If the system returns "referential WMI is not consistent", type this command:

    WinMgmt /salvagerepository

    The first time you run this operation fails. (It will be matter of commands to stop services causing his failure, saying: "a shutdown command was sent to a service that depend on other services running on"). It may take a few minutes for the services to stop. Rerun the last command. You may in fact need to run 3 times before finally runs and ends on its own.

    Method 1:

    Based on the network location you choose, Windows affects a State of network for network discovery and opens the Windows Firewall ports suitable for this State.

    You can always update your firmware with iTunes. But it seems you might have a larger, likely hardware problem with your phone.

    Try to restore the firmware with iTunes. If this does not help, make an appointment with a genius at the Apple Store.

    My 2009 iMac monitor is black and does not illuminate.  It has been connected to different computers, macbook pro and a mac mini with the same result. Is there something that can be done or is it just toast?

    Try to zap the PRAM or reset the SMC.

    I just encountered the same problem. While watching the TV, it shuts down suddenly. Even model & 18 months and now dead. If I leave it plugged in now, we get the same thing - the power switch flashes between green and Red intermittently seconds or - but no picture at all.

    What's wrong?
