  Does anyone know why first 14 elements does not install actually after I downloaded it and after running the install of adobe. I'm not on my desktop and it doesn't have prompted me to put in my serial number. I still have version 11 on my desk. Does it matter?

  I am trying to install adobe trial version first pro cs6, when I say through the implementation, it is Adobe CS6 Encore and Adobe Premier pro CS6 do not meet the requirments, 64-bit operating system os recommended.

  I don't really have any idea what that means or if there is a way around this etc y at - it another version of the trial that does not require 64-bit? My computer is running a 32-bit system.

  Premiere Pro CS6 and Encore CS6 are 64-bit only. They will not work on your machine.

  You have disk problems as the CD/DVD is actually 4 discs in 1 case (CD & DVD burning and)
  Playback of CD and DVD). So it is not unusual for parts from 1 or 2 to not work so that others do
  correctly.

  Burning at low speed, or by using the master could help. A CD/DVD cleaner might help.

  Brand of the CD or DVD drive can also be the problem. Low quality (cheap brands) are always problematic.

  CD/DVDs have a tolerance + - and your can read/write on the edge outside these discs
  tolerances. They may be delivered, but it is generally more economical to replace the disk.

  This troubleshooting could not help if there is alignment and/or wear issues however it

  Another possibility is that the cables are loose. Remove ALL power, then make sure that the cables in both
  ends. Remove and replace, do not just tight. For laptops, you can often clean power and

  manufacturer of device to see if there is a firmware or drivers for your drive if necessary.

  the entries in registry that the troubleshooter does not solve and those who "might" be the cause.

  as there will be other subkeys in these keys. Do not forget to ask specific keys involved as well as
  the parameters.

The PC more than meets all hardware reqs. I tried 4 or 5 times to upgrade the operating system on this PC & it runs fine until the process to halfway in step 5 in the upgrade and stops. I forgot the exact message, but it's like 'cannot be upgraded pc, abandoned process, will now restore the Vista installation. After this x 4-5 in the last seven days, I'm sick of what's going on. I've been building & PC repair & installation, configuration, and upgrade Windows since Windows 3.1 and Dos operating system. The Win 7 installation routine is so demanding that if all the program requirements are not met (for the latter)-it just stops and is abandoned. I've never had this kind of trouble before. NEVER Yes, I use the on-line support docs & Software Advisor compatibility. I've never seen an OS that just works! Absolutely amazing!  I also tried this on my computer Lenovo laptop lastnight - same thing!

  Thanks for the information. You said you ran Upgrade Advisor several times on both machines. This show no error every time? Also, I would recommend unisntalling any antivirus that you have currently and to help clean up the provided utilities if any, of the antivirus manufacturer. In addition, unplug all unnecessary devices such as printer, network cable or any other devices you have.

  Antivirus software: Symantec Endpoint Protection 11.0.4010.19

  Problem:
  KB962871 (updated for Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 Junk Email Filter - March 10, 2009) still fails to install on my laptop Windows Vista Ultimate SP1 x 64.

  When the installation of the update fails, Microsoft Update indicates that the installation failed with error code 80070641.

  I retried the installation with my software antivirus disabled with the same result.

  I also retried the installation after you delete the contents of the C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download folder (in the case where the download was corrupted) with the same result.

  I also downloaded and tried to install the stand-alone version of the update (office2007-kb962871-fullfile - x 86 - glb.exe).  When you try to install the stand-alone version of the update, an application exception occurs and is recorded in "Problem reports and Solutions" in the Panel.  I reported these problems but no response yet from Microsoft.

  I also run the stand-alone installer in detailed logging mode.  However, there seems to be a way for me to join this post.

  The following lines appear to the last few lines of the wordy 6.6 MB outlfltr_MSPLOG resulting. LOG file:

  If you read my original post, you'd know that the installation of the manual update was NOT the solution.

  Finally, I opened a case with the support of Microsoft and after going through several teams of different products, the question was eventually identified by a member of the team of Microsoft Outlook as a bug in Windows Installer 4.5.  He said that the Microsoft Office team noted several problems with the installation of the hotfix under Windows Installer 4.5 and suggested that I downgrade to Windows Installer 4.0 to work around these bugs.

  I went down to Windows Installer 4.5 back to Windows Installer 4.0 and the problem has been resolved.
