First crash on export

First Version 2015.2

64-bit Windows 8

AMD R9 290

I5 - 3570 k

The composition has literally no effect.  It's long, it contains 3 files .mov of my Canon 70 d I have used/edition/exported with first time 45 minutes.  Using the export method H.264 Source Match.

Trying to export, the program "crashes" in the windows style "this program has stopped responding" or something of that nature.

I googled on it and I think I can exclude:

Temp - GPU, I checked my temp while it was export and it's never been about 47 degrees, which would not cause this right?

-In addition, I am able to export older projects that use the exact same video files of the same camera and the same export settings I try.  It's not everything I try to export.

I'm about to go to the House of a friend with a similar setup and see if I'm able to export from there.  Perhaps, who could give me some information about whether if it's a matter of my hardware or not.  Will make it count later.

I don't really know anything to test / find.

If someone could give me some guidance on this I would appreciate it, would hate for this project to go to waste.

  • First Pro CC crashes when exporting h.264

I have shot some footage in AVCHD using a panasonic hmc80, edited two sequences in the same project, a short about 8 minutes, which I exported to the fine H.264 format and a second in 36 minutes that crashes when exporting h.264, exporting to approximately 8 to 10 Mbit / s.  I have tried mpeg2 and exported correctly.  I updated from the first and windows and checked drivers such as Nvidia, all of this to date.  I use a matrox mxo2 as an e/s has no MAXIMUM.  Same Setup worked well with first cs6 for about six months without any problem. It is a windows system 8 I7 with 4 disks in raid zero for media and a separate player previews and export.  I also tried the FLV and it also crashed.

The error message Windows "Adobe Premiere Pro CC has stopped working" collects more information about the problem.  I press cancel on the error of the box and first stop.  In fact the same thing happened once while I was sitting right on the timeline, take a break, he did the same thing and stopped, I was not made or export or do anything.  I have closed all the programs, including my anti virus software to make sure that wasn't the problem, but kept stopping.  I used to do some audio adjustments on a few clips I've done in the past with CS6 hearing...

I tried to open the project in CS6 but received a message that the project is damaged and cannot be opened. However, the project opens and plays fine CC where I created it originally. I have inspected the timeline and made the small part of locations that it stops the function of percentage completed without problem.  He stopped at 20 percent, 55 percent and 60 to 70 percent several times.Screen shot.jpg

Finally found the problem.  Hope this helps other casual users like me.  Originally when I started editing I dissociated video audio to audio specific modifications. It's a game of the game session only and talking heads were not in on it.  Once I finished editing I've linked audio video back together.  After I inspected carefully the timeline by zooming in to check every edit I was out of sync on one of my edits and he had a red - 4 video and a + 4 more on audio right on the clips.  After having to separate the tracks again that the red numbers went away and of course had an export successful h.264 after at least a dozen crashes.     What is funny about this is I had an export successful with mpeg2 after continuous h.264 and flv hangs until this fix.

  • ARRIRAW converter exported file makes first crash.

    Hi all

I am faced with one very annoying problem .we started a new project using camera Arri Alexa XT a couple of days. After some research we opted to convert the material to any Proxy format (Quicktime ProRess 422HQ or 444) using ARRIRAW converter which can make the workflow much .but easier whenever I tried to import the Quicktime file for the first it ends with making first crash with this error message.Screen Shot 2016-07-25 at 10.17.18 PM.png

    one suffered such a problem?

as we turn to 2880 x 1620 Arriraw 4:3. is it possible to edit the material directly to the first without rendering? predefined sequence is recommended?

First version is CC 2015 version 9.

    Mac Osx 10.11

First of all, a yellow bar above a timeline is neither unusual nor a problem... it is just a warning that it is y * could * have an opportunity to frame ignored or two in reading. Most of my sequences always shows yellow lines, no matter what I am using media and never have to worry about reading. Red line, then you can go ahead and make this article for a better reading.

Second... PrPro creates clips to match media, without ask you about it, when you 'drop' a clip on a blank mounting board or the "new item" icon. Do it either and you can right click on the sequence and choose 'Properties' and it will show you what are the parameters of the sequence. When you delete a clip on a blank mounting board or the new icon, what do you see in your program monitor? It shows well the media?

Third, on the import of media via PrPro Media Browser panel, click to activate 'Ingest' as shown below...

Now, click on the key to the right of the option Ingest, i.e. the dialogue options "settings to ingest.

    Gives you several options.

You can just copy the disk to a drive on your machine, simply to transcode without doing anything else, create proxies, or copy it into a new Dorit and create proxies. Of course, as you can see, there is also an option to add a pre-defined Ingest that you create.

When I chose the option "Proxy Creat" simple, she chose the Cineform 1024 x 540 preset to match the proportions of the size of the image of the original media that has been selected and the other things as indicated in the summary section to also match the original media. There are several other options that he gave me in the preset area by clicking on the arrow pointing down.

Fix cela, then access your media in the media browser panel, select one or several files, do a right click, import... it uses Media Encoder to make the creation of proxy, there are a few steps more... you should be able to move through them.

Also one last thing... that sign + right I'm on red here?

Click on that to make up the dialog "Button Editor" and made drag the button "Enable proxy" (the blue thing circled in red) in the assets of buttons buttons area. You use this to activate/display proxies or the original media.

She always makes the original media. And they have a few useful bits in the help files...

  • Adobe first Pro CC export crashing

Hey! I have been using Adobe Creative Cloud for some time on my Macbook Pro now, but all of a sudden (apparently after recent updates) I can't seemt to be able to click on the button export without the application crashing. I have 8 GB of RAM, but also a SSD 480 GB that aren't completely or even close during this time. It appears a bubble immediately after clicking "Export" said bubble

«Sorry, a serious problem has occurred which requires Adobe Premiere Pro stop.» We will try to save your current project"

So I thought it was a little problem. Its been 3 times now and I can't seem to do anything until this is resolved. Can I fix it myself? Or y at - it an update on the way? Any info would be great! Thank you very much!!

NOTE: My Macbook Pro running the latest version of the OSX Mavericks software as well.

  • Crash on export

Well, it is a frustrating day.

I have the last CC of Lightroom, I think it is 6.6.1 operating on El Capitan 10.11.6.  iMac 5 k.  Most of my photos and my library/catalog is on TB2 external drive of Gtech TB 8.  I upgraded the RAM through 16 GB to 64 GB OWC

I tried to export 81 photos of LR.  For the last 2 days.

Before this started, I had no problem.  Same process, same computer.  I could export until the cows come home home.  I did the update CC 6.6.1 thinking that might solve some bugs.  But it does not.

That's what I know so far:

    * I can be in LR, and it doesn't crash.  Mainly just when I export and about half way through.

    * When it crash, mouse is black screen, does not respond for a second, then the error text white on black rebooting screen and iMac to the login window.

    * The last time I had console upward as the accident happened and the Console crashed everything first.

    * I did the repair disc on HD and external hard drive.  (no error reported on the HD, it seemed to fix something on the external, or it just took awhile)

    * What happens if I start with TB disk attached or not.

    * Yesterday (before the LR CC update to the current version), the iMac was sleeping on a black screen which would then become insensitive in LR (or creation).  Apple Genius looked through the code and cannot find whatever it is immediate, and it doesn't seem to happen when it is NOT connected to an external drive.

    * I changed the cables of TB, I unchecked "put hard drives to sleep" and the black sleep does not seem to happen now, but it always crashes on export.

Someone knows something like that?  My next step will be to try to use another computer and see if it does the same thing when I load to the top of this library and the hard drive.

    Thank you...

dj_paige after you isolate the problem to this computer with this RAM and read some other forums for a similar problem, seemed like the only logical problem was the OWC RAM.  I used the application called Rember to test all together and individually, and after hours and hours and days seems them 2 16 GB OWC sticks were bad.  They sent and 2 replacements.  After graduating from the successful with two pieces of RAM testing, I kept those and refer others.

Downside is that it kept crashing and losing days of my time.  Upside is is not in the software and I can export until the cows come home House now...

  • Media Encoder crashes when exporting from Premiere Pro

Media Encoder crashes when exporting from Premiere Pro. I am the queue several files to export and Media Encoder will crash. The computer system has 32 GB of RAM and videos of export fine in first, but which requires export each individually. Each video file turned down and some can be quite long (more than 3-5 hours). Nothing else is running on the computer that take over memory.

No idea why Media Encoder will crash?

Try turning off the GPU acceleration.
