• Illustrator CS6 hangs on 10.8.2 after opening a document

  I worked with Scott W. support, but I thought I would stick this problem here in case someone noticed.

  I have two laptops, a Mac OS 10.6 and a 10.8.2 brand new. Both in Illustrator CS6 installed via the cloud solution thing, and they all have two crash shortly after opening existing documents. The minute I try to change something - move a path, add a layer, anything - Illustrator crashes with the following error message.

  Scott has suggested that I try a secure boot. Indeed, whenever I restart the computer with the SHIFT key is pressed can I use Illustrator until I stopped. I would rather not to reboot my entire machine whenever I need to use Illustrator, and I'll never remember to not accidentally he quit.

  I FOUND IT!

  I got SIMBL and afloat installed, which are powerful but hacky Mac OS X Windows management tools. After that I downloaded SIMBL and ran the uninstall program and restarted, Illustrator works again.

  It dawned on me that it had to be something, installed, so I created a new user on my laptop and ran Illustrator. I run Illustrator that the new user and it worked!

  I logged as myself. First I tried to disable all the fonts in the user through font book. That did not help.

  Then I used the dtrace command and run Illustrator on both accounts. I used the following command which gives me a nice sorted list of (almost) all files opened by the Illustrator:

  .. then I compared the two lists of files. In addition to the stuff clear cache, the great thing that my copy of Illustrator seemed to be opening was SIMBL and afloat. As I said, I uninstalled SIMBL and rebooted and voila!

  So happy to finally have corrected it. Between Photoshop and OmniGraffle and a pinch of InkScape, I pretty much replaced Illustrator, but there are moments where I really have to design vector. I'll miss afloat well.

After that that he has been detected and deleted my computer did not work well. the virus program had deleted some files from XP to base when he got rid of the virus. Well now, I have more problems. my screen is HUGE and I am unable to change the screen meanless and IE crashes after opening. until I reinstalled windows, I took my wireless card and reinstalled after installing windows. It shows that I have a good internet connection, but it still crashes. can anyone help. my XP cd has SP2 on it.

  You want to get your computer up to date. You can get SP3 from here and there are more than 100 + updates after the SP.

Each table records the receipt of invoices, but according to the source of the received invoice some may reside in INVOICE_REFNUM and others the INVOICE table. I also use DECODE on the topic of INVOICE_SOURCE, when the date less is taken from the INVOICE table that contains that field, so if the date is in the field INVOICE_REFNUM DECODE is not necessary.   There is no reason to do an outer join if you only want the lines with specific values anyway.

  What happens if the 2 tables have exactly the same invoice_date?  The query above takes the invoice_source of invoice_refnum in this case, but that can easily be changed.

  Or the other of the insert_dates can be NULL?

• Lightroom freezes immediately after opening. Help!

  I'm a mac user and use LR 6 for about 2 months. Out of nowhere, it started to freeze immediately after opening. There are two dialog boxes that appear as it opens, but they are so fast, that I can't read. I tried to restart the computer, do my updates of mac, I reset preferences, and I deleted the lrcat.lock file. Nothing did. There are more than enough disk space, too.

  Please make sure that Lightroom is updated to the latest version of Lightroom 6.4: keeping up-to-date for Lightroom

  • Go to Lightroom > Preferences.
  • Also please go to preferences > Performance tab and uncheck the box "use graphics processor.
  • Restart Lightroom and see if it works.

  I've recently upgraded to all my apps for the update of 2014, and now whenever I run an application they close immediately after opening.

  This happens with After Effects, Premier Pro & Photoshop the only app that works is the bridge.

  I tried disconnecting and going back.

  (I removed completely all files my computer Adobe) uninstalling and then reinstalling.

  I have a deadline coming tomorrow which I'm sure will now be delayed and another deadline at the end of the weekend

  No matter what help solve this will be highly appreciated.

  Try to rename files cache of SL and SL store, it might solve the problem.

  The location of the records should be

  c files:-program (* 86)-common files Adobe

  The second folder would be under the program data-adobe

  The program data is a hidden folder, so you must ensure that you are able to view hidden folders.

  Delete sessionstore.js will cause App Tabs and tab groups and opened and closed the tabs (back) to get lost, so you will need to create them again (take note or bookmarks).
