  I bought this software as a package in fall 2014, hoping to be able to run on my XP machine. I was told that I could do this by the seller, that I bought it from Dell.

  Rembert I had not activated for a year and a half. I bought the first 13 items, including Photoshop and Acrobat.

  So after my installation of mew, which they helped me with, Dell team decided to cling to the trial version and I would turn on that, which I had been told that I couldn't do before. It would have been absurd, and not sure how hard to try, but I was so mad is not to use their software locker, and do not get help in recovering the software only I probably gave up trying other options.

  Here is my current problem.  I am apparently currently not allowed to use the Software Photoshop 13, unless I am connected to Adobe?

  I don't understand, but I suspect that this creative cloud trying to regain what I thought, it was a purchase of products approved in the fall of 2014.

  I was wrong?  My activation keys were worthless?

  Maybe I did something wrong with my installation. Is there another way, I should have done, maybe?

  I like the software, have used it for years, but this makes me very unhappy. I feel that I've been duped, pretty bad.

  I don't even know if I have a license for this software, or if I bought something else.  I have an account, so it can be displayed.

  Products of elements are not related to the creative cloud, I recommend you to uninstall the Photoshop and Premiere Elements of your machine and do a fresh install from here: Download Photoshop Elements | 14, 13, 12, 11, 10

  I have prepared a slideshow with the Organizer in Photoshop Elements 6 and produced a DVD that has a good image quality but not excellent (I chose File - high setting of 800 x 600). In order to improve the image quality of DVD, I installed the trial version of first Elements 8. I've exported the first Elements 8 show and have several problems.

  1 the picture quality of the DVD produced by first Elements 8 is worse than that produced from the Organizer (Photoshop Elements 6).

  2 titles, transitions and the Bo does not show in first Elements 8.

  3 the sequence of slides in first Elements 8 is different then the slide show in the Organizer (Photoshop Elements 6).

  At the same time a menu pops up asking me if I wanted to convert the catalog to the V6. I refused because I was afraid that the catalogue of the V6 can be replaced, and I wouldn't be able to come back.

  Conclusion.

  My results are in agreement with your problems are NOT associated with Photoshop Elements 6 slide show used instead a Photoshop element 8 slideshow in the slideshow transfer to first Elements 8.

  To the test. Photoshop elements 6/first Elements 8.

  (a) 19 jpeg photos each with dimensions of 3264 x 2448 pixels (which is not recommended to pixel dimensions but which has been used to highlight the project if possible... these photos are grossly oversized since the goal is a DVD VIDEO with standard 720 x 480 image size).

  You just solved your problem. If not all, basically everything. You need 64-bit installation files for your 64-bit computer.

  You need two installation files - for extracting .exe and .7z the program itself. These two files have 64 in the name of the file if each is to be used in a 64-bit system.

  I downloaded the Bundle Photoshop elements 14 and first elements 14 for 64-bit windows.  The installation gets as much as self-extracting files, giving me the opportunity to run or open the folder that contains the files, and then tells me to restart may be pending, so restart the computer and repeat the installation process.   I have already installed both items above to a laptop via disc and this laptop doesn't work anymore. I try to install both on my new laptop that does not have the ability to insert a disc. I tried to download via the website, but when I do, it ends the download but does not appear on my computer and also don't ask me for my serial numbers.   Downloading files is okay.

  Now, when I click on the file Set - up.exe implementing the installation software starts.

  After that, I have a welcome screen asking me if I want to install or to test. I click on "Install - I bougth the software."

  After that, I have a screen where I need to connect with my Adobe ID in order to install the software.

  Yesterday, I bought Adobe Photoshop Elements and first 13 items of Office Depot store.  I was finally able to download and install the elements of the Prime Minister.  Download 13 Photoshop elements, but it will not be installed.  Towards the end of the installation of 35 minutes (which I did 8 times) I get a message saying it will not install and I need the 64-bit version.  There was not an option for versions 32 or 64 bit when I did the download.  How can I get the 64 bit version without having to pay for the product again?

It would not open, even if it had before.  I have been on a downward slide since then.  My feeling is this: you put the disc in, click once coupla and it works!  I downloaded more crap from Adobe (Air, twice; QuickTime, twice; Nursery application, twice: Download Wizard, even creative cloud) in vain pursuit to install something that could be really easy but not for reasons unknown.  I 'installed' PRE STI64 Installer - twice;  It just sits there with the Wizard download as two pieces of clay. There is no menu to allow me to use it. It's the .exe file only that I could find in the folder PRE12.

  I want to emphasize that I love PES 12, I'm not a critic of the software, I don't have any score to settle; In short, I am an ally, but this business with the premier elements leads me to madness.  I spent hours, hours of frustration with this project.

  Yet one thing, I can't find a way to change my username and remove my email address.

  I want to thank those of you who so kindly and quickly responded to my call for help.

  After you rename the folder try install the first Elements 10 it should get installed.

  This isn't actually in accordance with your license agreement.

  While you are entitled to two simultaneous/activations facilities with your single-user for first elements 11 license, you are supposed to be the main users of the computer with both facilities and therefore not to implement two facilities simultaneously.

  you and your MOM both cannot be the only one user allowed for first elements.  and, in the scenario that you have developed, you may as well use first elements simultaneously.

• First 9 accident off installation process very early, but the Elements 9 installed OK...?

  I have a double pack - Elements 9 & first 9.  Items installed fine, first, crashed on the installation process very early with the following message.  Is it just a faulty DVD?

  "Or Adobe first Elements 9 is not installed on the system or is corrupt."  Please install Adobe Elements 9 first and then try again.

  Your system has not been changed.  "To install this program at a later time, please run the installation again."

  This message flashes up to a few seconds of racing.  No sign of any application on the C drive or the start menu.  PC has been restarted several times (without startup programs).  PC is an Intel Core 2 Duo running Windows 7 with 4 GB ram amd lots of available disk space.  I repeatedly tried to reinstall and it blocks with the same message very quickly.

  Can anyone tell me please where to start from here?

  So just picked up first items 11.  Try to install on my deskstop.  Windows 8, i7, 16 GB of ram etc etc.  A lot of power to run this program.
  Loads of disk, autoplay.  I select 'install first elements 11' selection of the language, some install windows set up thing appears, works a progress for a second bar, and then it appears.

  I click on ok at the bottom and nothing!  I tried to cancel the registration/Reregistration windows installer, tried a different admin account.  Im just at a loss to know what to do now.
