First Pro Cs5 windows don't respondents not 10

Hello

After the upgrade to Windows 10, I noticed that first CS5 will not respond for 10 to 30 seconds each time I get out of the program to check e-mail, internet, and then go back to change.

My specs:

OS - Windows 10 pro set for priority of performance

CPU - Intel I - 7 3960 x 3.30 GHz

Hand drive - Seagate 750 G Momentus XT (472g free)

Storage - Seagate 2 t in Raid 0 (234g free)

Video card - Asus GTX 570 1280 MB 320 - Bit GDDR5

RAM - 16g

Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry, you have problems with this. The problem is that you are running an operating system not supported according to requirements for CS5. Windows 10 is simply not supported, we cannot give you advice other than the installation of a Windows 7 boot disk in your computer and first Pro CS5 install it. Start this drive when you work with first Pro CS5.

If you use this software with Windows 10, unexpected behavior will continue to arise. If all goes well, another user will be upward to help you with these errors if you insist on running the outdated software with a modern operating system.

    It could be a problem due to some corrupt or foreign fonts in your system:

    You can try the following steps to make sure if it is the case on your side as well?

    (1) close to Captivate and all other running applications.

    (2) go to C\Windows\Fonts - copy the "Fonts" folder and paste it on your desktop (to have a return to the top).

    (3) now remove all the fonts in the directory "C\Windows\Fonts", it would eliminate all the fonts installed on your computer, it could ask that some policies are necessary, because applications are dependent on them, therefore, ignore these fonts.

    You would be left with a bunch of fonts needed after this operation., now try to launch Captivate again.

    Note: Please be sure to keep a backup for all the fonts on your desktop.

    I have a recent issue with the titration module. First Pro CS5.5 Titler crashes constantly when opened. I can not open past projects which includes the titration module or have titles in it. Last night I was finishing a project (of course) who has titles in it. This morning when I tried to open the project, I got the BLUE SCREEN of death. I restarted and was able to open the first pro cs5.5, but it does not display the recent previous projects. It was as if everything got zero including my preferences. I tried to open my project that has titles in first pro cs5.5 accidents and she immediately. I then try just open a blank project and all is well. While in this empty project, open the titration module causes an immediate crash.

    Now, I still have first pro cs5 on the computer so I'll and open an empty project in cs5 and everything's fine. I try to open the module of titration in cs5 and everything's fine. I try to open in my project with securities and well-functioning cs5.5 cs5. It opens and works as it should.  But of course, it's a real pain because my cs5.5 after effects sequences are not backward compatible. I reinstalled first pro cs5.5 and tried everything again (above), but met with the same results. I have the latest version of windows and Quadro 3800 NVIDIA updates. I've been editing on this system for almost a year with cs5 and 3 months with cs5.5 (production premium)

    Thanks to Bill Hunt and his article and tread on the corrupted fonts, I was able to find a solution. In fact, it wasn't a police problem, it was one obscured 5.5. file that was bad. Bill that included in his thread. File: 'workingset.prsl' found in the mydocuments/adobe/premierepro/5.5/styles folder.

    I first moved the file out of the folder and first pro 5.5 module titration. He started very well without any problems. I was able to open my previous projects which involved that I wasn't able to open before the titration module. Regenerates the file in the folder styles. I can remove the old file prsl.

    Do you have other Adobe applications installed on your computer?

    Navigate to C: > Program Files > Adobe.

    Open the Adobe folder and check if the Adobe Premiere pro CS5 folder is created with files stay inside?

    As System File Checker run command once and see if \any system files are corrupt. As you had upgraded to Windows 10 we will check the system files once. Later we can try to provide full permissions for the required records.

  • Audio does not synchronize with the video in first Pro CS5.

    I recently did a minute 50 video in Shadowplay in format mp4 1080 p and 60 fps. When I look at the video using the default player on my Windows 10 computer application, the audio and video sync very well. However, when I add in first Pro CS5 is no longer syncs. I tried to use a custom preset but who has not yet worked.

    Playback is nervous as well?  First CS5 is older than 5 years and you can be on the 32-bit version?    Also be sure to what ShadowPlay produces a constant frame rate export.   First dislikes images of frame variable rate but which usually manifests as not be able to play all the.

    Try to run your file through Handbrake and set it to constant framerate and try again first.  Is not guaranteed to solve the problem, but removes a suspect.

    Your operating system is not supported: Premiere Pro system requirements for Mac OS and Windows. If the software works at all, you will have unexpected behavior that may prevent a video project.

    I suggest that you buy a separate boot disk, install Windows 7 and install first Pro CS5 on this disc. Start on this disc of any time you need to edit with first Pro CS5.

    Hello. I have following first Pro CS5 on Windows. Can you advise me how do to re install again off my records without affecting any of my Premier Pro film please?

    I ask Pro send the sequence of film through dynamic links in again so that I can burn the movie to a disc.

    Still doesn't open, but the sequence did not arrive to Pro.

    Last night the sequence came in again but took forever to transcribe, and I finally canceled the process as it appeared to get stuck and have not completely to writing on the disc.

    This morning the sequence are not yet in still.

    Very frustrating when I have a 4 hour movie I want to write to Bluray so I created now 4 separate sequences and try burning them to DVD in the chapters of 1 h.

    Reinstall still will not affect your movies.

    But I would like to make send to still and do the transcoding in the first use of the Media Encoder.

    Use the Bluray H.264 preset for BluRay. For DVD use mpeg2 dvd preset and fields is higher.

    In particular, I would make for DVD transcoding with first as in CS5 will still reverse fields.

    I'm analog video capture in first Pro CS5 it using the shuttle Blackmagic intensity (with corrector time basis in the path of the video).  My shots are stopped at 54 or 55 minutes when the computer becomes inadmissible.  What happened with the codec Blackmagic movement as well as jpeg YUV 10 bit capture. Same thing if I capture with express media (blackmagic capture software)

    I tweaked my system according to the many recommendations in the forum.

    Running CS5 5.03, backup 10 minutes automatic (same problem without automatic recording or automatic check in at 20 minutes)

    Windows 7 64 bit fully up-to-date

    I7 - 930 cpu

    Gigabyte x58A - UDP5 (revision 1)

    24 GB Ram

    NVIDIA 470 - MSI twin Frozr cooling solution.

    Restore off, windows search indexing

    Uninstalled Norton 360

    Anything else I could find uninstalled or disabled.

    Firmware and latest drivers for USB of the Station pilot as recommended by Blackmagic.

    Capture of the very successful things less than 55 minutes, but I have things any longer I would like to capture at once.

    I used process Explorer to watch what is happening.  Nothing special that I can identify in terms of process, but cpu seems to be 100%.

    With the progressive settings problems remain the same.

    I'm not aware of any limit of size of file with Premiere Pro or Blackmagic - is there some?

    Whereas reinstall but would be grateful to all points of view.  My first post so I hope that I have provided good info to help me help you.

    Adobe, case No. 183519673, Adobe engineers (Asia/Pacific) have worked on this issue for more than 3 hours with no result after uninstalling and reinstalling.

    • G - tech g-raid0 drive 2 TB (for image storage)

    • WD Caviar Green 500 GB (OS Win764bit & amp; applications)

    • WD 250 GB usb 2.0 external drive (for backup)

    • First Pro CS5 (prod prem) modded to enable nvidia gt240 graphics card be used with the Mercury playback engine

    Backstory:

    I shot a short film of 2 weeks using a Canon Rebel T2i at 1080 p 24 with shutter speed 1/50.

    At the end of the first day of shooting, I had to transfer the .mov footage off the coast of the Trandcend 16 gb class 10 memory cards with card reader Kingston for the Raid. I used a legacy firewire card connected to the aforementioned PC (it's all I got for the firewire connection at the time), and I noticed that the file transfer has been extremely slow. So for the next two days after I transferred the rest of the video on the Raid via USB 2.0 and the other files transferred much faster.

    Play the images using VLC Media Player is well most of the time, but sometimes I see for about 5 frames pixel information is lost. It is not rolling shutter or jello. Part of the pixelated frame strongly for all 5 to 10 frames. I don't know if it's the loss of data on these images? I agree with a few images here or there, I can work around it if I have to...

    The problem:

    I used the DSLR 1080 p 24 preset to set up sequences of the first Pro CS5 project. After you import the images above, reading in two preview windows randomly is pixelated, similar to the effect of VLC, but random parts. For the most part, VLC is compatible with the management of the problem. Whenever I start the first it will be Pixelize frames in different places than before. Sometimes when I run first first is good, then after a few readings, it starts to distort. After management problem for the current session, the pixelation appears in the clips that have the green status bar. Also, sometimes (randomly) some of the clips in the timeline panel have green waves at the bottom of them, or are completely green.

    I tested the raw images in VLC, WMP, Media Player Classic (after you temporarily install KLite hoping to solve the problem). The problem that all .mov files seem to Pixelize the same framework of each player. First, but pixilated times randomly.

    Tried with two mpeg streamclip and even with cineform neoscene U transcoding. Same results.

    I have not been able to narrow down what is the problem. Any ideas?

    The problem is resolved. My cache of media was written to my local hard drive (c :)), a WD Caviar Green 500 GB. It turns less 7200 RPM, as it is friendly green. After clearing the cache and redirect the path to the raid 0 drive 7200 RPM, the media reads in the timeline smoothly without pixelation. A high technology, Adobe has helped me solve this problem after a lot of troubleshooting. Thank you!

  • First Pro CS5 capture Canon XL1

    Applicant help!  First Pro CS5 does not recognize my XL1 camcorder when connected via a DV (ieee1394) cable.  I entered parameters in the camera Canon XL1, but Premiere Pro capture shows the device as 'offline '.  The PC is windows 7, 64 bit and it recognizes that a camcorder is plugged (beeps and displays an icon in "Devices and printers" when the XL1 is enabled.  I downloaded a driver XL1, but it has been dated to 2006.  I suspect that the XL1 is not save as a XL1, because I have not a compatible with windows 7, 64-bit driver.  I hope someone can tell me where I can get a updated driver XL1 or another way to get the Premiere Pro for capture (i.e. non-specific camera?).  I can't believe there is no way to capture from a camcorder XL1 to Premiere Pro on a windows 7, 65-bit of the system.  Thank you.  Dave

    I make videos of marriage for a while. My material included map DV500DVD and first 6.5 CPU Core 2 Duo E8400, 2 GB of RAM, Windows XP SP1 (DV500 does not work with SP2 or SP3).

    The above system is quite old and absolutely not usable for HD videos. So, I decided to build another machine. The configuration is the following:

    OS: Windows 7 Professional 64 bit.

    M/b: Asus LGA 1155, H67 chipset.

    CPU: Intel Core i7 - 2600K

    RAM: 4 GB DDR3

    HARD drive: 2 x 64 GB SSD, 2 TB SATA (RAID) 4 x (all drives connected to separate the controller PCI-E chipset fault intel isn't a problem here)

    I recently downloaded and installed the first Pro CS5 trial version, to see how he adapts to my needs. And I'm very disappointed. I started the first, chosen preset widescreen DV, inserted two static images on the timeline and made a mix alpha between them. Then put movie export. Not only it took too long to make, but it only used a nucleus, and the CPU usage is only 15%. Just out of curiosity, I installed first 6.5 on the same system, and he did this task about 10 times faster!

    That is, limitation of the trial version, or just first Pro CS5 cannot be used with this modern processor?

    I can understand your experience... After I installed Windows 7 and CS5 Production Premium, adding another 8 Gig of Ram for my PC, dying on the fact that my Nvidia Quadro FX 4600 is not able to use the reading mercury and literally hours of waiting for spending returns, on a hunch, and after reading about someone else who did the same thing.  Finally, I took my old PP CS3 and installed on alongside first CS5. To my surprise, with 64-bit OS, CS3 running and makes exactly the same content about 4 times faster, does not idiosyncratic seizures slow when moving clips in the timeline, no white on the error screen "not responding" messages, etc.etc. I have no problem with After Effects or Photoshop CS5, they work fine, but first CS5 is close not functional as it gets. A: 30 minutes with some effects of magic bullet, even native capture HDV format takes about 10 minutes with PPCS3... and about 45 minutes with CS5. CS3 also reads smoother and barely stutters, so that I have to sit and to return with CS5 because of choking in order to continue working. One post suggested that I don't have enough gas in the machine, dual core AMD Opterons 3.2 GHZ, disks, 16 Gig ram working 7200 and 10 000 rpm... but cannot see how CS5 can maybe make CS3 on the same stage. What I'm missing here? I'm not whining just baffled.

    I'm unable to install the first Pro CS5, the disk appears to be damaged. I've been using Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, AfterEffects CS5, I admit they get more glitchy with age (closing suddenly)- so I don't know if it's a technical problem with my computer, or maybe I do not download the right choice? I downloaded the program by clicking on Download Adobe Creative Suite 5 products. I would appreciate help. Thank you!

    FYI: I have a MacBook Pro (early 2011), OS X El Capitan Version 10.11.3, processor 2.3 Ghz Intel Core i7, 8 GB memory, AMD Radeon HD 6750 M 1024 MB graphics card.

    CS5 is released before the security feature of the CMA, requiring Gatekeeper by default app be sign before they will be installed.

    The solution is to temporarily disable this functionality in security & her preferences setting "Anywhere", before you open the .dmg and running the installation.
