  Method 2:

  If the problem persists, you can start the computer in a clean boot state, and then try to install the program.

To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows 7 by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

• Problem installing adobe pro - XI help please!

  I had already bought adobe 9 pro and then subsequently downloaded a trial version of adobe pro XI.

  I bought an upgrade of the XI pro version, but have not been able to install it successfully. It's been a few days now, and I'm almost at the end of my tether!

  At first, I just download the upgrade (thinking it would be to substitute / replace, during installation, regardless of the version was already on the system). It seems to work fine, until it kept asking me to 'buy' and then I realized that it was probably always the trial version.

  I uninstalled the trial version, but then one bought would not install.

  I thought because it was an upgrade, I had to have a version of adobe on my computer, so I reinstalled the old one (adobe 9 pro) and this installed fine. When I then tried to install the upgrade to pro XI, nothing happen!

  Have downloaded correctly, however when I went to install nothing would happen. Simply, there is no response from the computer.

  I use Windows 7 and a google browser chrome. I tried to use Internet Explorer, but who wouldn't even download.

  I tried to download the 'alternative' version as a test, but I just got an error message that my version of windows is not compatible.

  I really don't know what could be the issue. The trial has worked and installed fine, but I have problems with the one I paid for!

  Yes. Edition > keyboard shortcuts.

  In English, the keyboard shortcut is called toggle full screen. If you have problems it is, just try typing "in the search box.

• Windows 8 and first 11?  Help, please

  I'm on windows 8 (64-bit) and PE11.  Today, I lost all my work, even though I had saved regularly and I have to redo the rendering very often.  Tonight because I'm redoing my work day, I lose sync and keep clips integers disappear.  It seems to be becoming more and more unstable.  I don't really know if I'm doing something wrong or, possibly, Windows 8 and 11 elements first are not the best fit.  I noticed a few other post mentioning window 8 problems even if they seem to be different from mine.

  The head of it at my company wants to remove windows 8 and install windows 7 on my computer (especially because of a VPN issue), but I fear that I will lose all my work.

  Can anyone suggest a way, or a number to call and tell me how I can save my work, get rid of windows 8 and then re-import my work in a Windows 7?  I fear only 2 weeks of my work is going up in smoke.

  PS I posted earlier, I am also having more frequent crashes.

  1. I would advise to do a full backup of the system before your machine for installation of the OS. I use Macrium Reflect product. There is a paid version I have, but there is also a free version.
  2. Note the path to your project's resources and the .prel file.
  3. Make sure that all the assets of the project (pictures, videos, sounds) and the project .prel file are saved on another disc or flash drive. Disable PRE11 on your computer before handing over the installation of W7.
  4. After the installation of W7 copy these assets of the project and the .prel file in the same folder on the hard drive of machines (2) above.
  5. Install PRE11 and activate it.
  6. Open the project file.

  I bought the Windows from Acrobat Pro DC version by mistake and need the Mac version. I find anywhere where I can contact someone to help me with this. Please can anyone advise what I should do to fix this problem. There must be a way to be in contact with a product return/switch. Thanks in advance.

  If it is a subscription to Acrobat DC it will not count as you need for her license through your Adobe ID, however if it is a retail license then you must contact our customer support team to process the return and order a new one.

• White screen of death. MacBook Pro. Help, please!

  Hello! I desperately need your help.

  So I was with my mac, all normal until one day it freezes and I m to force close.

  Unfortunately when I tried to turn it back on, it's just stuck in the white screen of death. Most of the time, is just white screen without logo or an image folder or anything like that.

  I know that my computer is alive because sometimes (not often), the apple logo and I m able to try reinstalling OS X (but then it crashes again), but most of the time is just a white screen. I tried most of the entries and they don't do the trick (Cmmd + R, shift, etc.) Most of them Don t work and Don t anything, except for the PRAM zapping entry that is Cmmd + Option + R + P, but after resetting, it still shows just the white of the screen most of the time.)

  Is there a way to fix this?

  If you can get to single user. Order S at startup, you can use the command fsck - fy, then click on enter. If return it Mac or (your user name) change of command run again until it come back OK.  You are unable to recover, R command? or safe mode, the SHIFT key down?  If you get something different during race one user post. You have a time machine backup or whatever it is?

• CS6 products requiring a serial key suddenly after having been used fine since luanch? Does not accept my key (pasted from my adobe account). Cancelled in the first instance. Help, please!

  I had the CS6 Master collection since it was released and have had no problems with it until today. She asks me my key series (for the first time since its been installed) and said that I provided is not valid. What happens here? • Receive "Download error" after installing creative cloud. Help, please!

  This is a typical error due to insufficient permissions for the user account, follow these steps:

  Make sure that you had connected to the Mac with the administrator user account.

  Exit the desktop application Cloud Creative and close Adobe applications.

  Step:

  (1) right-click on the icon in the Finder, then select 'Go - To' folder.
  (2) you will get a text box, type in the following command, and then press the 'Return'. () Do not miss ~ symbol)

  ~/Library

  (3) then navigate to Application Support > Adobe

  .

  Right-click on the Adobe folder and select ""GetInfo ' option. "

  Expand the sharing & permissions section.

  Click on the padlock icon in the lower corner on the right. Enter your administrator user name and password when you are prompted, and then click OK.

  Please click on '+' symbol, it will open the list of user accounts. Add currently logged in username and administrator option,

  Then indicate ""& read/write " permission currently logged in username and Administrator option."

  Click the gear icon and select apply to closed. Close the dialog box information .

  Once you had provided all permissions to the Adobe folder, try to install again to follow same steps that I mentioned in the first answer, it should solve the problem.

  The models are common for the 6 CC CS versions and first pro.

  Please download and install the models for CS 6.

  Then navigate to the location below

  For windows: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Premiere CS pro 6\Presets

  Copy all the styles of IE 3 folders, etc from the copy and the presets folder library

  in the first CC pro presets folder.

  For Mac: Go to applications folder, you will see a folder CS 6 from first pro

  Copy the contents of the folder presets in the first CC pro presets folder.

  Restart the first pro and locate tiltes.

  Just reply to the case where you are facing any problem.
