  PRPROJ (project file) file is JUST an XML database with links to media (where these files are located on the computer), and games of instructions on what to do with them. There is no media file in the. PRPROJ file.

  Yes, you can use it on both machines.  In terms of the single application, you must sign in and out but on all the Apps you plan you can stay signed in on the two machines.
