  Welcome to the forum. I think you will find us a friendly bunch and here to try to help.

  During the installation of media (not downloadable), regular installation should also install business content. If it doesn't, your method to do a separate install for functional content should then install. Functional content (Adobe name for the material of library) contains most of the DVD/BD menu, the themes/Instant film effects and Presets and also many more titles.

  It does not, either the initial installation, or with your secondary system is confusing. It should install seamlessly.

  A thought may be to download the content of functional files, as if you install from the download version. With a download, we need two files, the program, then the functional content and installation is then in separate facilities. I think that download pre 7 files are always at the link in this ARTICLE. Note: both files are archived and are in the format 7z. The files SHOULD be unpacked and their folder structure must be intact. Then, when the full Extraction has been completed, simply click on the executable. In the case with the downloadable version, you must first install the program (you already did that) and then install the separate functional content. It is possible that your media is damaged, and a point that affects the installation of business content. It was me, I'd get the functional content of download from Adobe site file and try that.

  I have trouble to back and forth from first to speedgrade. For example, I can send the images to speedgrade, my image quality and come back to the to first with my settings in place. However, how to get back in the category of speed (of creation) if I need to add a finishing touch? It seems that the only options are just all send in grade speed once again, but there my previous settings in place I start from scratch... I hope I made that clear.

  Moment of clarity: is the link Direct from PrPro/Sg and dynamic links to the PrPro/Ae. They are not even close to the same process of sub hood, and due to the proximity of the nomenclature selected to more trouble they should have created. Adobe LIKES having both be a 'DL'... and 'their' it is very clear. Given that we users like usually jump using long verbiage... including the two acronyms it is STUUPID on someone the part but oh, that's just my personal opinion spouting off here... and Yes, I spoke with members of the staff of Adobe in the conversations of real (like many others) life and 'they' know my thoughts. So I'm not dissing anyone here that I haven't talked... and laughed... on this subject in person.

  Then... you can take your project in Sg, grade it, click on the back of PrPro icon & return to work in PrPro, but when "send you to Sg' to return to the Sg of the prior work does not appear?

  If this is the case, it's weird and NOT expected behavior. I go come & constantly back... sometimes within PrPro, sometimes actually just starting Sg and choose a project of PrPro I know I need to change some more. It is recorded above PrPro, should it show me latest project settings from there.

  To be clear, the process requires that whenever you go forward and backward, to each stage... the project is saved & so updated. If say you let open Sg, even more on a project work on PrPro but does not save, then just raise Sg again... There will be a project file updated yet so that it works on. So... work in PrPro, "send to...". ", the project is saved, & you leave. Work in the Official Journal, either use the 'save' icon or click the 'Return to the PrPro' which requires a backup operation... then PrPro, use it "send to" new requiring a save operation.

  Since I updated my software last month, I have problems to load my pictures from my camera (Sony A77).

  The camera produces the MTS files in AVCHD format, which hassen been a problem before. But now I just get an error:

  Any ideas on one solution other than transcoding images before using it?

• Several major problems with Firefox - crash, loss of bookmarks and history, totalling amnesia

  On my Windows 7 Professional 64-bit system, I met worse problems I've had with Firefox (all versions, I tried the oldest and the newest, who currently use 37). One day, I rebooted by computer, and when I started Firefox, it was completely broken.   Well, I think that the problem at least explained that now and patched up right now. I went to a COMPUTER specialist at work and after work things have stabilized.

  The computer I'm is a Department that usually connects to a server. The profile data is actually stored via this server, and when I lived the problems, I was at home and that it was not connected to the server said. Normally it is supposed to be a current synchronization that stores things like that to a task on my computer - but for some reason what not really, or at least not properly. That's why I couldn't find a profile.ini file - it was only stored in a place that could not access the computer. After getting to work and do a few random files and other reading, Firefox and Pale Moon are fully functional again, and I can't find the files profile.ini appropriate on the server (they are not yet on my computer, and I don't know how to read locally).

  The best solution to the problems 'offline' we had was through a VPN so that I always have access to the server. I would like to get the files on my computer so that I wouldn't have to worry about this, but it's a question that needs to be addressed separately.

• Time Capsule airport problems

  I have several questions, setting up a home network, but I want to start with the problems I have with the time Capsule.

  Until 2 days ago, the time Capsule was working fine.  My setup is the ISP router connected to the Capsule of time and the Time Capsule hard connections on a USB for extra storage and ethernet to an iMac.  Also several peripherals wifi like the pads and phones.  No problems.

  This past weekend, I started to set up a home network by adding an ethernet (TP Link TL SG108E) switch to one of the ports ethernet on the Time Capsule.  Of the switch, I have then several ports around the House (recently redone to include an Ethernet cat. 5) connected now to two Apple TV and a security system at home.  No other device is currently connected to the ports and all connected devices work without any problem.

  The time capsule.  In the past 24 hours, the time Capsule disappeared from Airport utility.  I can see the wireless signal and connect to it.  I use the time for constant Time Machine backups Capsule and continue without any problem.  I can see the Capsule in the Finder, can connect you and the USB that I have connected to the time Capsule, but no time Capsule in the utility.

  My future plan must use two of the ports around the House with Airport Express devices to expand the WIFI, but as I can't see Time Capsule in the utility and I can't install Express devices.  However I tried to put in place one of the Airport Express devices and the process has begun to extend the Time Capsule network, but then I got a message "unexpected error".  So, first thing first, problem of Time Capsule.
