  Because you have a notebook Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and you do not have an installation disc there is nothing we can do in this situation.

Also, it does not play youtube videos - they're starting to buffer and then an error pops up. Uninstalling Firefox and deleting the profile manually do not help, when I run it again it stil has these issues. Thunderbird shows that our private mail server's certificate is not approved, it also has problems with displaying certain messages (not reliable too). All other web browsers works fine.
