  Even after I delete the messages indicator, they appear as "Flagged" in the Mail application. How can I remove them from "Flagged"? Please note that I don't want to delete them.

  Thank you for using communities Support from Apple. After reading your post, I see that when you clear a flag to a message in Mail, they always appear in the box to the Flagged letters. I use the mail every day, so I know how it is important to be able to manage your messages, and I'd be happy to help you!

  The first thing I would say is to leave the Mail app following the instructions here: OS X El Capitan: Quit apps

  Once you have left the Mail app, press in and hold the SHIFT key on your keyboard. While now Shift click the Mail icon to open the application again. Check if the messages in question were removed from the mailbox Flagged.

  If you still see the messages there, try restarting your Mac by clicking on the menu  Apple in the upper left corner of your screen and selecting restart... from the menu drop down. Once the computer is back on, check if the messages are always under the Flagged mailbox.

  I am new to this world any iPhone, but by accident in the email that I had touched the flag all option.  I tried through and deleting and continued past each email, but they always appear as reported.   in our society, we use a single particural (customer service) e-mail address in several computers. An important feature is 'mark' an email, or use colors (with some numbers, aka labels I think?). For some reason, not always to mark the function works. IMAP is implemented to all computers properly, so could anyone help why flag feature just works sometimes?   IMAP also supports message tags, but the implementation is server specific. Some mail server products support, other are not. It is a bit a lottery when you try it first and if the vendor changes software vendors, then back to the lottery.

  I have been using Mail Version 9.3 (3124) to receive and respond to emails from email accounts different (gmail, yahoo, hotmail + private mail server) and identification of the important emails with my workflow. Thursday, I had 80 marked emails and while I work on a different mail program decided to change each email previously Unflagged.

  I rebooted the computer several times, but I have now 2508 marked emails at random for 2011 (I was not working with Mac at this time there and didn't use of flags).

  If I understand correctly, all emails within the mail app on your MacBook Air are now reported instead of those that you have chosen to score.

  A possible solution would be if you use Time Machine.  You would be able to restore messages from above all the emails were marked incorrectly.  Here are the instructions on how to use Time Machine:

• How can I remove the design of the flag behind my navigation tabs?

  Today, the Firefox home page asked if I wanted to put my country's flag in the menu bar or the toolbar (I don't know which). The change is applied, but I want to go back. I can't figure out how. The splatters of paint are totally entertaining and I can not easily read the options in the top menu. The area I'm talking about is the Firefox browser behind my navigation tabs.

• Keep changing to red all the flags in Apple Mail

  When I use indicators to tag messages in my Apple Mail app, they all end up going to red. It happens when I change to another folder and come back or after I exit and restart the application. I like to use different colors to remind me of emergency or to do or wait to do etc etc... It would be really useful to be able to use the different colors. If anyone has had this problem or knows how to fix?

  Thank you brining your color of flag of changing the questions here mail in Apple communities. I can offer some troubleshooting steps, but without having some information isolation for this issue, we cannot immediately solve.

  The first thing we need to know is if the problem occurs in Safe Mode and a Test user. Safe mode will tell us if the problem is related to an element start or plugins. A Test user will let us know if the problem is related to your account, or at the system level. For Sade Mode, please open this article: try safe mode if your Mac does not start-up. Once in Safe Mode, test and see if the problem still occurs. If this is the case, please go and make a Test user. You will need to configure the e-mail account, download the mail and test here in the test user.

  I assume that you have installed a Persona. You can remove this by typing about: addons in your address bar, press ENTER, and then goes to the appearance. You can delete the theme here.
