  • iMac crashing every day, why?

Quite frustrated as to why my iMac (early 2009) crashes all day, sometimes twice a day. Here are the technical details:

    Using OS X vs 10.8.5

Processor - 3.06 GHz Intel Core 2 duo

    Memory - 8 GB 1067 MHz DDR3

Graphics - NVIDIA GeForce GT 130 512 MB

I read that the upgrade of the OS would be useful, but I use Adobe PS CS5 daily and can't afford to risk having problems help

This software. I can't afford (financially) to buy a new computer at the moment and would prefer not to use cloud software.

In addition, bearing in mind that it might be a problem of memory, when I use PS or Firefox, I try not to use both

at the same time, but even that is not serious. And it seems to happen when you use the program, not one or the other.

Maybe I should stop using Firefox for a while and go to Safari? Maybe this would help?

Finally, is it possible just to upgrade to a newer version (compatible w / PS CS5) without having to go to El Capitan?

    Any suggestions out there?

    Hi debbiecatron,

    · You receive an exact error message or the error code when the shock wave crashes?

Check if the same phenomenon occurs with Internet Explore. If the behavior is with Google Chrome you will need to contact support for assistance.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones from someone else on my BB screen

At the top of the main screen between the battery life indicator and signal strength the BB shows the current time, the day of the week and month & day - and especially since it displays AT & T and a name... until tonight, my name appeared there and all of a sudden its someone else.

How can I get my name back on there, its scary seen looking at my phone and see someone else's name?

It looks like you can be connected to a Wi - Fi network instead of your own.

In your screen menu go to connection management then scroll and select Options Wi - Fi. It should give you a list of your saved wireless profiles. You can then select the profile that is not your, click your menu button, and then disable or remove the Wi - Fi profile.

I hope it works for you.

Apps of cloud crash all the time to gel since the first day after a few minutes of use.

Without the help of Adobe I tried to use the AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.

In the user guide for AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool Adobe says contact us if there are errors in the log after you run this tool and guess what there are errors in the log file, but there is no way to contact the Support from Adobe and to get this other file for them. I've been a customer of creative cloud for months, and use that I got from her was ridiculously low all this lack of reliability. I really miss the days you installed only once a year and maybe fix something and then you were set for a year of cruise with your Adobe products. I am very disappointed, and unless Adobe can help I'll leave Adobe forever because there is no excuse to sell something that does not work and do not provide support at the same time. In a last-ditch attempt to get the resolution and since there is no other way for me to get this log file for Adobe I paste the contents of the log file of the AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool here in hope that some support and product engineer will do something about it. Here is the log:

  • What is the best way to update a folio produced by someone else?

I need to update the files that have been created by someone else and have already been published in folio producer. The client gave me access to the folio via producer folio DPS.  What is the best way to get access to the InDesign via Folio Producer files? Or so I have to go back and get the InDesign files? Sorry if this has been covered somewhere else recently, but all I saw were older. Thank you.

You cannot access the ID files by producer folio. I usually work in a dropbox folder so everyone on the project has access.

  • Flash Crash on all browsers

Over the few days flash Crash on my laptop.

Video does not work, the games will not work on sites like Youtube and Miniclip.
I tried Google Chrome, IE and Firefox and flash crashes on the whole.
This leads me to think that it is more than one system / Windows 7 than a browser problem.
I'm looking for solutions and have: -.
Uninstalled / reinstalled the browsers and Adobe.
    It does not work.

    I found a solution.

I uninstalled the latest version of Adobe and reinstalled a previous version.
  • At the opening of Flash crashes

Since about 4 days ago, whenever I open my Flash CS4 project file, Flash crashes. EACH TIME...

In addition to the resettlement, is there another solution? I saw someone else having this same problem and that did not help.

    Help, please!

If you are on mac and then open fontbook and then check all the fonts and disable all fonts that have flags... I think especially franklin gothic is the question... then, you can be very well.

  • Resolve repeated Shockwave Flash crash Firefox - EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION_READ

    Hey all,.

Thanks in advance for your comments.

I worked on a client computer and I get frequent crashes. Previously, the logs show the same error but indicated in the metadata for a plugin obsolete. I removed the plugin and accidents happen again (at least once a day).

In newspapers that bit that worries me is that Sophos may be the culprit and maybe hinder or prevent intervention of Flash to function properly.

    Newspapers:
    https://crash-stats.Mozilla.com/report/index/4e75c9e8-A7D9-4DD5-9618-7f62a2150407
    https://crash-stats.Mozilla.com/report/index/0aeaa8cc-e028-45a2-B928-a816d2150407
    https://crash-stats.Mozilla.com/report/index/22697c7f-d2a6-4049-b02f-422b62150406

The following actions have been recommended in various articles of Ko and I take them without resolution:
    -Updated Firefox
-Uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version of Flash
    -Hardware acceleration disabled for Flash
    -Disabled hardware acceleration for Firefox
    -Removed previous plugin (LogMeIn).

    Greatly appreciated

Each of the 3 reports is different:

    (1) flash crashes

It uses protected mode (you can see the entries of the EXE in the blocked thread). It is not stable on all systems, unfortunately. There is a new parameter hidden to test with this option off:

    (A) in a new tab, type or paste Subject: config in the address bar and press ENTER. Click on the button promising to be careful.

    (B) in the search above the list box, type or paste the flash and make a pause so that the list is filtered

    (C) double-click the preference dom.ipc.plugins.flash.disable - protected mode to change its value from false to true.

It cannot take effect until all the Flash was discharged for a few minutes, or you close Firefox.

Before the preference has been added, how to disable protected mode was by creating or modifying a parameter file. The following/post pages provide different approaches to that if it is necessary (if Flash EXE process continue to appear in the processes tab, Windows Task Manager, even after changing the preferences of Firefox):

To download the Flash completely (closing and restarting Firefox could help) until it takes effect.

    Any improvement?

    (2) related to D3D11 crash

Firefox has recently started to use this most recent version of DirectX. I'm not sure it's important, because the accident could have happened with the old version, too.

Two of the reports three crash related to this report indicates problems with a different graphics card/chipset driver. In this case, if an updated driver is not available or not useful, the solution is usually to disable Firefox to use hardware acceleration.

"3-bar" menu button (or tools) > Options > advanced

In the mini ' General' tab, uncheck the box for "use hardware acceleration when available.

This takes effect the next time you exit Firefox and start it again. Any difference?

    (3) OOM = Out of Memory crash

With the use of the memory system to 81%, Firefox has apparently failed to get the memory block, he asked from Windows and died. I hope this isn't a common problem.

  • Shockwave Flash crash

How can I prevent the Shockwave Flash crash? It happens a couple times a day for now.

    Hi Renee,.

I would like to know the name of the web browser with which you encounter Shockwave Flash crashes. I would cover solutions for Internet Explorer and Google Chrome web browsers widely used.
If you are a user of Internet Explorer, then go to the Tools menu, select the option "Manage Add-ons." Disable Shockwave Flash Player and restart it. Now click Start | Control Panel | Programs | Uninstall a program. Select this program from the list that appears, click on the "Uninstall" button Download a new stand-alone version of the site Web from Adobe here: http://get.adobe.com/shockwave/ . Click on "accept and install" and go through the instructions on the screen. This solution is given assuming that your Shockwave Flash Player files are corrupt.
If you're a Google Chrome user, then your efforts are very different. Google Chrome comes with a built-in version of Shockwave Flash that if misconfigured with all standalone versions installed on your system can lead to accidents. In this case, you must disable the integrated version and let your stand-alone versions work only. Go to Chrome, type "subject: plugins" (without the quotes) to the address / address bar, then press ENTER on your keyboard. Don't you see the Flash plug-in? If so, click the "+ detail" to expand and disable the integrated version that File Path refers to... Directory of \Application Data\Google\Chrome\Application. Let the version independent another permitted. Once you have finished, remember to update your version of Shockwave Flash Player standalone from the official Adobe site.

  • Flash crashing and video playback/Streaming problems

Recently did a reinstall of Windows 7 and have experienced problems with Flash and video playback in general. Questions may or may not be related. I have not detected problems with the opera and so I think that these are problems of Firefox. 3 major video sites that I use are (HTML 5 player) YouTube, twitch.tvand Crunchyroll.

    (1) flash very quickly and systematically accidents

       * Specifically noted when viewing streams on twitch.tv
       * Often crashes within a minute, almost certainly within a few minutes
       * Crash logs provided below

    (2) reading crashes

       * Occurs on all 3 sites
       * On twitch, stream freezes (but Flash does not crash). On YouTube, loading circle comes up and video freezes
       * If this occurs on twitch, Flash less likely to officially crash

    (3) volume cuts

       * Occurs on all 3 sites
       * If this occurs on twitch, Flash may still crash after
       * I've had volume issues with my system in general, with volume occasionally cutting in gaming programs, such as League of Legends and Hearthstone. That being said, I do not experience this issue with Opera and this only occurs on video playback in Firefox.

    Attempts at Solutions:

       * Disabled hardware acceleration in Flash
       * Reinstalled/Updated Flash and (I think) made sure there is only one version of Flash
       * Reinstalled/Updated Firefox
       * Cleared cookies/cache/other stored web data
       * Updated all drivers

I wouldn't stop using Firefox as my preferred browser and works fine on all my other devices, but if the problem persists, I'll have to. Any help or insight is appreciated!

Unfortunately, I have tried all fixes of cor - el without success.

However, I started to use audio drivers Realtek instead of Microsoft and everything seems to work more smooth. Will update later when I did several tests.

  • Flash crashes at every time after going to Windows 10. Help

I have upgraded to Windows 10 yesterday. Since then, NO videos will play with Flash. It crashes every time. It crashes almost instantaneously. I have updated Flash and all my plugins are now listed as Up To Date. Still it crashes every time. Help.

Based on an article I found to support, I unchecked the box on Flash running in protected mode (which is the default). That solved my problem.

    Thank you.

  • Adobe Flash and other questions about Flash crashes

There are several cases of Adobe Flash crashes if I use Firefox, IE or Google Chrome - browsers and simply reload the page corrects this BUT repeats again and again.

I am running Windows 8.1 64 bit in which the Flash program comes apparently integrated in the operating system as a hybrid 32/64 bit. When I inspect the add-on version Flash in Firefox, and an audit of the update, Adobe points out, correctly, that my system is 64 bit, English, Firefox Windows. Then when I do the same thing in Windows Internet Explorer, by checking the version shipped, I get a message that KB2999249 is available as a download fix Flash problems in Internet Explorer. Since this installation, the Flash has collapsed in IE [yet].

So my question is: How can I be certain that when Firefox reports that Flash is "day" that he is indeed a version 64 bit compatible? Note that the download from Adobe site identifies only one version available for Firefox, IE and Google - the current version is the 15.0.0.152 file: NPSWF32_15_0_0_152.
The "32" in the file name part suggests that it is a 32-bit application and, if so, where can I find NPSWF64_15_o_o_152 [if exists]?

I check my addition of the Manager of ons regularly, even obsessive. I still have the last flash.
