Flash player 10.3 image distorting, in firefox

I work on windows 7 32 bit, with flash player 10318134 and tried with versions3.6, 4.0, and 5.0 of firefox.

My problem is 2 parts, first on www.alliedelec.com head of banner rotation, the first image size is skued so the image is distorted.

Secondly, on http://www.alliedelec.com/Eaton-control-automation/ at the bottom of the page, the size of the video player has been enlarged so cut of the Player bar and cutting the video menu to the right.

This issue is only in firefox. First of all, I thought it was a problem of firefox since I've just updated to firefox 5.0 so I lowered my 4.0 version and 3.6 however has not changed. Then I realized that when I updated firefox to 5.0 I had updated my flash to 10318134 drive. I uninstalled flash player and reinstalled without change.  I was not able to find an earlier version of flash player.

Help, please!

Thank you

Amy

Sometimes, if you have set the 'zoom' from the browser via Ctrl + or Ctrl-content, it can cause Flash to be cut off content.

You can try pressing Ctrl - + in Firefox and see if that solves the problem where the video player controls are cut?

  • Flash player not working not properly on firefox for windows 10 installation

I recently installed 10 windows on my PC and just discovered that I can't watch anything on firefox with the flash player plugin, it does not crash but instead of a video, the screen is just green but it is solid, and when he tries with other browsers, it works fine. I have attached an image in order to highlight this...

The green screen is an old problem with the Flash plugin. To work around the problem, you can disable the plugin to use hardware acceleration:

On a site with Flash, right-click the media and select settings, then the first mini tab and uncheck the box to use hardware acceleration.

I don't know that Firefox can or removes it Flash "local storage objects", which is the kind of storage of the data of the Flash Player asks questions on. There is an add-on for this, so I suspect that this is not automatic:

  • Flash Player 11.4 ask for reinstalling (Firefox or Internet Explorer)

    Good evening

Whether in Firefox or Internet Explorer, Flash Player no longer works. Firefox or Internet Explorer continues to ask put it back.

Here are the specs of my computer:

    -Firefox 15.0.1

    -Internet Explorer 9

    -Windows VISTA SP2 32 bit

-Flash Player 11.4 (the problem appeared with version 11.3).

    -Norton Internet Security

    (1) I contacted the Norton support and they say that this is not on their side.

    (2) I have contacted the Firefox community: I tried a lot of things the members recommended - without success.

In fact, the Iget in Firefox error message is something like "for my safety, disabled Firefox my version of Flash because it is obsolete"! (but it's the last!)

    3) I tried this - also found in this forum (someone had a similar problem): http://forums.adobe.com/message/4323109#4323109

    and it doesn't work!

Hoping someone has an idea... to fix this (boring). I've been on this weeks!

    Thank you.

  • Flash Player Adobe does not work in Firefox 5; How can I fix it?

After upgrading to Firefox 5, when you attempt to view the video, I was prompted to update Flash, I did. I can't always see video, all I see is the link to Adobe to upgrade!

Plugins installed in more details of system... your ad doesn't show that you even have Flash installed for Firefox. Do you know that there are different versions of Flash, one for IE (ActiveX) and the version of the Plugin for other browsers? Adobe provides the right version of Flash for the browser you use when you go to their download page.

    1. download the file of configuration Flash from here:

    Adobe Flash - Plugin version.

    Save it to your desktop.

    2. close Firefox using file > exit

Then check the Task Manager > processes tab to make sure that firefox.exe is closed.

    {XP: Ctrl + Alt + Delete, processes tab =}

    3. then run the Flash configuration from your desktop file.

    4. run Firefox and test your installation here: https://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/

    Hi davep66667962,

Installer online team has identified the DPI setting as the culprit of the script error.  If it is set to 100%, 125%, 150% or 200%, it will lift the script error.  The workaround is to change the DPI setting to one of them.  Installer online team expects to have a fix for this next week.

  • I get only a quarter of a screen on Flash Player on Firefox.

Contains only the upper left quadrant of the screen of the Flash Player. The rest of the screen is blank or the original static image. This happens on YouTube and any Web site that has Flash Player content. The computer is a Macbook Pro of the retina using OSX 10.8.4. I uninstalled and reinstalled Flash Player (twice) and uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox. The problem does not occur when I use Safari.

  • Since firefox has blocked Adobe flash player how can I veiw videos online?

My computer and the operating system are archaic - xp - and a very old computer, but flash player ran in the past. Firefox blocks any attempt to update adobe flash player citing vulnerability. And yet, they don't give NO option to watch videos on your tube or any other site. What can I do? I click on the box always allow, but Flash Player is still blocked.

On Windows XP, you can consider using the Extended Support Release - Flash Player 13.0.0.305. New versions of Flash offer features that Windows XP cannot use - features only available in Vista and more recent operating system of Windows.

Scroll down about 3/4 of the way to the bottom of this page.
    https://www.Adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html

Enter the windows > browsers Plugin-> EXE installer version.

But before you install it, you must first run the uninstall program Adobe Flash to get a clean install of Flash.

  • FireFox hangs with Adobe Flash Player

I use Firefox 35.0.1 and I've installed Shockwave Flash 16.0.0.296. As soon as Flash starts, Firefox freezes and thaws until it can not be used at all. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the flash player and I have also used Firefox refresh option. This problem started a couple of days and I don't know what I can do.

UPDATE 2: Now Flash Player does not work on some sites, & when it does not work, it does not freeze FF. I have uninstall Opera before that then maybe the software had something to do with the problem?
