  Open a PDF file with content flash in Adobe Acrobat XI results in a message saying that Flash Player is not available and must be installed, but it is already installed.

  I'm on Windows 8, IE 10 where Adobe Flash is already installed and therefore does not appear in my control panel.  When I click on a link in an e-mail to a site that requires Flash, he ALWAYS asks me to install Flash.  I know that I can copy and paste the Web site when I go to my office, but it seems that I shouldn't do that.  I use a g6 Pavilion.

  I have conntacted HP Support cat this morning and it seems that the problem is now resolved.

  We went to tools in IE and clcked manage add-ons and made sure that everything which was referred to in Adobe has been activated.  Yes, in my situation I haave active helper link Adobe PDF and shockwave flash on.  We have also checked the box for all websites in compatibility mode.

  Before that he had me download Firefox, however everything that we did after doing this we did on IE, so I doubt that had nothing to do with implementation.

  He said that MS does NOT haave a fix for this problem at this time.

  My Nighthawk R8500 router with the latest firmware, V1.0.2.54_1.0.56, does not recognize my SanDisk Ultra Fit 128 GB USB 3.0 Flash drive when it is connected to the router USB 3.0 Port. The Ultra Fit is formatted in FAT32 and works fine when plugged into USB Port 2.0 router or my laptop.

  At first, I thought maybe USB 3.0 Port on my router wasn't working at all, but it recognizes my SanDisk 16 GB Cruzer USB 2.0 Flash Drive that is also formatted FAT 32. Unfortunately both my laptop have USB 2.0 Ports, so I don't know if the problem is with the router or the Ultra Fit Flash Drive. Everyone knows about this problem of their Flash 3.0 player is not recognized in USB 3.0 Port their router, especially with a SanDisk Ultra Fit? This problem can be resolved through firmware? I'd really like to take full advantage of the speed of USB 3.0 as I like to share files through my router via ReadyShare and ReadyCloud.

I don't get an error message, but when I return to mozilla plugin check, it shows that I need to update the reader, as if I have not done. Does not reboot the PC (as well as the shut-down/re-start).
