Flickering flash animation at the beginning

IM new to flash animation. I'm using adobe flash CS5, my animation flickers at the beginning, anyway to remove this? Thank you

Twinkle seems to be an empty picture frame being included in the animation at the beginning or at the end.   If you can't tell by looking at the calendar, just manually scrub the timeline and see if you can spot where it is... either at the beginning or at the end.

Your embed code for the swf file needs some work if you can see only with Chrome.  I looked at the source of the page and I see if a height value of "0" is specified, that could be the problem else.  You should let Flash publishes the code integration and then copy into your page.

    I am interested in the manual creation of curves and channels of animation (frames/Motion Tweens) in the Flash environment, then saving as a class I can use later.  I would like to use the class to control the animation even on any given object only for the user to use when executing my proposed application (SWF).

    What is the procedure to do something like this or are there examples online that I can follow?

    I added a new flash moovie on my site, the problem I have is that in Mozilla, Google Chrome and possibly more the scrollbars disappear, but in IE they show perfectly.

    does anyone have any ideas why this would happen.

    Sadly, I can't show a url that I must leave the old page until I know what the cause of the problem.

  • Need help inserting flash animation in the article...

    I inserted the video into flash movie. I loaded the .swf and .fla files on a server and is gone in the properties of the flash movie and pointing to the server to retrieve the .fla file & file .swf controls.  I can listen to clips from the movie in flash without problem.

    I am wanting to use the object code that has been created within the .html file that was generated by the flash and insert this into an article to display the video.  I traced the .swf file in the code object to point to where it resides on the server, but the video will not play using the code object only. Is there a way to do it using only one object or code without the need for integration scripts?

    (I'm using version CS4)

    If the swf file does not reside in the same folder as the html page that loads, so if the video is dynamically loaded into the Flash file, chances are the targeting in the swf file needs to be adjusted.  If swf files target just the video of his single file name, try to put the video file in the same folder as the html file and see if it is responsible.

  • How to loop a section of sounds and animation not at the beginning of the animation?

    Hello, I'm a total noob to Flash in the hope of doing something quickly reliatively. I'm using version Flash Professional CS6 track for this purpose. However, I am a little unsure of how to work this loop button. What I'm trying to do is create a small interactive game. I would like to have the opening be an animation of title which plays only once and then comes to a music section and 2 buttons ('play' and 'how to play') that will make a loop until the player decides which to click. When I used the loop tool, it created a section for me to drag around. I dragged to include sound and animation of the section I want to loop. However, when I tried to play the animation at the beginning, she skipped the opening and went straight to the loop part. In addition, there not completely loop. I'm quite inexperienced and still learning, how can I get the Flash to play at first and then search the section loop and have it loop continuously until someone pushes the button? None of the tutorials that I've seen so far has on this topic and if it involves entering code then I am at a loss. Thanks for any help.

    What you seem to be describing could be done using a movieclip for animation in a loop.  Create a movieclip symbol and build this animation loop with the sound on the inside.  Plavece while, in a framework at the end of the animation of a master schedule.  If you place a stop() command in this framework as well then stop the main timeline and animation in a loop (movieclip) is expected to play on its own at all times.

  • Audio will play not except from the beginning

    Hi, I am currently learn to animate using Flash CC 2014.

    So, I understand that for import audio in Flash, you create a layer for it, I did successfully.

    But my problem is that I've seen in the past (in flash animation tutorials), if you look at the timeline of the animation, you can hear audio playback from where you were and if you highlight, you can even hear the sound scroll and backward with your mouse.  But when I do, I don't hear anything.

    I can't hear the audio if I play the animation at the beginning, but if I'm going to be animation and synchronization of the lip, he'll grow extremely painful for me to have to play through the entire animation to hear what I have to animate then.

    Y at - it a fix for this or is there a setting I need to apply so that audio that I imported cheek whenever I keep the playback head?

    I use the Flash on a Mac if it is any help as well.

    You target ActionScript or HTML5 Canvas? If AS3, you can select a setting where audio exists and in the property inspector, choose to have the sound 'stream' that synchronizes upward well as you wish. If the target of canvas, you can choose only the types of sounds 'event '.

    Makes m4a files, QuickTime Player, that you can open in iTunes, click on save as MP3.

    But I do not have it. Working with audio in Flash is much more successful if the WAV sound. Use an audio conversion program to a WAV version, use Flash. It may be MP3 in the final swf or the files of the HTML5, but keep as WAV while working on the FLA.

    The converter that I use is this one:

    It can also convert to OGG format, which is useful to support Firefox.

  • How to add a symbol at the beginning of a project?

    I have a pretty complex Animate composition.  I want to add a simple symbol/Animation at the beginning.  I tried to insert time and it did nothing.  Basically, I want to just move everything with a couple of images.  I thought to transform the balance of the composition into a symbol, but a lot of interactivity is based on the labels on the main timeline of the scene, and it breaks when I try to convert it to a symbol.  I don't know what I'm missing here?  Any help would be really appreciated!

    If you select everything on the timeline you can transfer all right. Make sure everything is orange in the mounting area before moving it. You can then add your symbol at the beginning. You may have to disable everything you just move a 0 and then when you want the rest to appear.

    I have been using the width = "100%" height = "100%" thing in my code HTML during the incorporation of my flash animation for the development of a rich internet application that needs to use all the space the browser works well.
    However, what I really need to do, is make height = "100%" less 80px at the top of the website banner. I tried to use the height = "100%" margin-top = "80px" and similar things, but it makes no difference: Flash always loads with a height of 100% under my banner 80px send me scroll bars (I can't because I'm control scrolling in my application using the ScrollBar component and two scroll bars confuses just users).
    Any HTML gurus out there have ideas?

    Before your graphics load, if you do not have a preloader it will be a "flash" of just the background color of the canvas before appear the graphics.

  • Avoid the fast blink that occurs when testing a Flash animation that has a syntax error?

    I teach the development of games using Flash Professional CS6, and one of my students has photosensitive epilepsy. He finds that the "strobe" effect that occurs when he runs the Test film on a film with errors in his script triggers headaches which can be a precursor to an adjustment. Obviously this makes it very difficult for him to complete his laboratory and the assignment of work. Is it possible to prevent a Flash animation running if it contains a syntax error?

    I created workaround by adding a bunch of additional images for the beginning of the movie, which displayed a message "SYNTAX ERROR," If the script does not work - it gives my student seconds margin quite the movie, before the start of the stroboscopic effect. I have a single image at the beginning with a goto statement that jumps over the frames of error if the code has no syntax errors.

    This seems to work ok, but it's an ugly solution - does anyone know of a better way to deal with this?

    Another solution is to use Flash Builder (IMO you should teach this workflow, because it is more suitable for non trivial projects), and then you have several options:

    1. After an ACE code change, build automatically
    2. If you have not changed the code, project > Clean
    3. If you have set up your project so that you get the buttons Flash project, you can click the a (compile in Flash)

    These options will simply build the Flash animation without playing, and you can see the warnings or errors in the Panel right before clicking the button Play or Debug.

    If all this is just too much for a beginner student, you can still post the film, which creates the swf file without play, watch the Panel of warnings/errors and then launch the SWF in any other way (for example, by double-clicking on it or the HTML page generated).

    I have a Flash animation that spans about 300 images, then I love to run backward when it has reached the last image, then replay from the beginning and loop here.

    So really before-> end frame->-> loop play again (loop)

    Is there an easy way to this script? I think I can understand the first image, but what would be the last image?

  • Movie poster frame flashes at the beginning of the slide in Keynote.

    I have movies as part of my presentation that start with black and then fade toward the top (the build is in the film, not applied in KeyNote). I put a poster frame for the movies it's seconds, after having melted upward, so that I can tell what movie it is.

    However, in Keynote, the poster frame flashes briefly, and then the film plays with degraded sound of black. How can I avoid Flash first of the poster frame, but have always displayed in the box of my presenter?

    It is a by-product of the unfortunate to use a poster frame which is not the first frame of the video.

    One solution is to:

    • place a rectangle on a new slide and dimensions form to cover all of the video image
    • Add the video to the slide
    • Set the color black or another color if appropriate
    • Add a Build Out with a dissolution or blur effect (Inspector > Animation > build on)
    • Click the build command and move the form to the top
    • define the shape with the previous generation
    • set the video work with Build 1
