Floating Windows and shortcuts bug

Hello guys! I currently use photoshop CC 2015.1.2, and since I transferred to windows 10 and started using floating windows instead of home, after a while, all my shortcuts stop working until I click on the background. It seems that the keyboard loses focus on Photoshop after certain actions.

In addition to this, some of my floating windows have no borders, as they are invisible. and I need to reopen the document, or try to resize windows with tasks this invisible residents with my mouse

Any ideas?

I would like to start by resetting your preferences.

To restore preferences quickly by using a keyboard shortcut: press and hold Alt + Ctrl + Shift (Windows) or Option + command + shift (Mac OS) when you start Photoshop. You are prompted to delete the current settings. New preferences files are created the next time you start Photoshop.

    Create a new profile as a test to see if your profile is the source of the problems.

    See basic troubleshooting: make a new profile:

    There may be extensions and plugins installed by default in a new profile, so check that in "tools > Modules > Extensions & Plugins" in case there are still problems.

    If this new profile works then you can transfer files from the old profile to the new profile (be careful not to copy corrupted files)

  • 8.1 for Windows and Firefox 36.0.1 the text in the forms box has no carriage return. Earlier versions, as forms of work. Is there any solution for this?

    Before this version of Firefox 36.0.1, the < textarea > HTML worked in my forms. View Cart returns. In the version of 36.0.1 that they no longer work correctly. However, when I enter a carriage return, it displays a space instead of a line break. I went to test basic textarea

I'm suspicious because I started to notice this immediately after a windows update last night. The laptop also known issues that he immediately after a windows update last night.
    I still have another computer running a different version of windows and Firefox and it works very well. It seems that the issue is where there are windows Pro 8.1 and Firefox 36.0.1.
    Guys do you have an idea what is happening here?

    The current version supports the white-space for a text box property and it is possible that the Web site uses spaces: pre instead of spaces: pre wrap.
    The former will prevent Firefox of text wrapping.

    You can check that out in the Inspector via the context menu.

    See:

    The white-space property is currently working on HTML < textarea > (bug 82711) elements.

    For these past few days, whenever I open Firefox, I get "well, this is awkward!" Firefox has struggle to recover your windows and tabs. I'm on version 20.0 on an IMac with Mountain Lion. I don't want back windows or tabs. I still have to close everything and leave Firefox when I'm done with it.
    If I choose Select 'Close', then I get an empty stage and not my home page. If I 'restore' I get what is listed, but I don't really want to. I want as my home page. Y at - it a fix for this problem?

    A possible cause is that you first close all Firefox Windows and then close the Firefox application.

    Some noted that closing of Firefox (Firefox > Quit) while the browser window is always open works for them.

    • Bug 845681 - close all windows and abandonment of Firefox eventually led to about: sessionrestore to appear the next time you start

  • 20.0 download, well, this is awkward (windows and tabs) comes back every time. I tried the reset didn't work out. What now?

    "" Since download 20.0, whenever Firefox opens with "well, this is awkward" (with bad healings windows and tabs) then lists windows and tabs for each site, I've been on. I choose a - blow restoration - and then I open my home page. I went to the Support and tried the Reset, retstarted and open Firefox, but the same window appeared again. This time, Windows and Mozilla support were on the list. What can I do next? I have no idea how to solve this problem. I have a MacBook Pro.

    Hello, this is currently an issue in firefox when you close all firefox windows open first and then close the application subsequently - the bug should be addressed in a more recent version of firefox.

    a workaround in the meantime, you could close firefox (via firefox > quit) while the browser window is still running or try this: enter: config in the firefox address bar (confirm the message information where it appears) & search preference named browser.sessionstore.resume_from_crash. Double-click it and change its value to false.

  • Y at - it a command line option that overrides to the "show my windows and tabs from last time"?

    One of my friends sometimes runs into a web page which causes him problems. To be sure, it must note the URL and submit a bug report, if a page causes a browser crash, but in any case, although by default, he likes the browser to restore windows and tabs from the previous session, in the case of a heinous webpage, you * don't * want that to happen. I hope that I can set up an icon so he can click on that starts the browser on its homepage instead of restore the tabs and windows when it gets into trouble.

    The value of the integer pref browser.sessionstore.max_resumed_crashes to 0 on the subject: config page in order to get the about: sessionrestore page immediately with the first reboot after a failure has occurred or the Task Manager was used for the closing of Firefox.

    Which allows to deselect the tabs that you do not want to reopen, but will reopen the other tabs.

  • Zoom window and minimizing the quirks

    I just discovered this message that solves a problem that concerns me for a long time

    More precisely: some applications of the mine should run maximized so I use SetPanelAttribute (hparent, ATTR_WINDOW_ZOOM, VAL_MAXIMIZE); to show directly the main table in full screen. According to the help of the function, the definition of the ATTR_WINDOW_ZOOM attribute still makes visible the Panel so I is not required (and do not in fact) DisplayPanel to display the window. So far so good.

    A problem arises when the user tries to minimize the main window, as in certain conditions, it is not able to restore the window more, leaving kill the program as the only solution to control again. The program, however, always runs in the background even if reduced.

    This only happens if the window is reduced by using the 'Show desktop' button in the taskbar: by using the window minimize button allows you to restore all the time.

    Just to add a little salt if the window is minimized to reduce at least once with the help of the button, the following uses the button show desktop does not prevent restore normally!

    Now, according to Yves post, if I first call DisplayPanel, then SetPanelAttribute to maximise this problem do not appear more. The first tests I did seem to comply with this statement.

    This is the expected behavior? Can someone explain why it's happening?

    If it's the expected behavior, in my opinion, at least a note should be added to aid stating that risk.

    Yes, that is what I had in mind. The idea was to try to avoid, as much as possible, showing the Panel between the DisplayPanel and call that maximizes then it (to avoid foil) and do this without permanently change the original boundaries, not optimized in terms of it, so that when the user restores his more later, it restores the correct position.

    Something like this:

    Placement of WINDOWPLACEMENT;
    intptr_t windowHandle;
    Rect oldPos.

    errChk (panelHandle = LoadPanel (0, "Application.uir of User Interface", PANEL));

    bounds of array not optimized in terms of save
    GetPanelAttribute (panelHandle, ATTR_TOP, & oldPos.top);
    GetPanelAttribute (panelHandle, ATTR_LEFT, & oldPos.left);
    GetPanelAttribute (panelHandle, ATTR_WIDTH, & oldPos.width);
    GetPanelAttribute (panelHandle, ATTR_HEIGHT, & oldPos.height);

    Override not optimized in terms of limits in order to try to avoid to display the front panel it is maximized.
    If, as a result, he eventually be enlarged to one monitor other than that desired,
    You may need to experiment with a different top/left position (or, Alternatively, not even trying to change the)

    Haut/Gauche and we hope that change the height/width will suffice)
    SetPanelPos (panelHandle,-10000,-10000);
    SetPanelSize (panelHandle, 1, 1);

    Panel before optimisation in order to bypass the CVI display bug
    errChk (DisplayPanel (panelHandle));
    SetPanelAttribute (panelHandle, ATTR_WINDOW_ZOOM, VAL_MAXIMIZE);

    We cannot use CVI function to restore the limits not optimized in terms, since it would have the side effect of
    -maximize the Panel. Therefore, we will use SetWindowPlacement to accomplish the same thing.
    Get the current location of the window and update its rcNormalPosition only.
    GetPanelAttribute (panelHandle, ATTR_SYSTEM_WINDOW_HANDLE, (intptr_t *) & windowHandle);
    placement. Length = sizeof (WINDOWPLACEMENT);

    GetWindowPlacement (windowHandle (HWND), & placement);
    placement.rcNormalPosition.top = oldPos.top;
    placement.rcNormalPosition.left = oldPos.left;
    placement.rcNormalPosition.right = placement.rcNormalPosition.left + oldPos.width;
    placement.rcNormalPosition.bottom = placement.rcNormalPosition.top + oldPos.height;

    SetWindowPlacement (windowHandle (HWND), & placement);

  • Why windows opens in a small window and I have to click on optimize to see full page. It becomes rather boring. Help, please. Thank you, art.

    I want just the screen to be magnified when I open the e-mail or any other program.

    Take the corners of the window and drag it to the format full screen. Do not use to expand. Close all other windows first via the taskbar and the latter. Windows will remember the size of the last closed window the next time that you open the program.

    Or:

    No matter what shortcut you use to launch the window, right-click and select Properties. Under the 'Run' drop-down list, choose "expanded".

  • All program files and shortcuts from the "Start" menu disappeared

    I use Windows Vista Home Premium (SP2) (64-bit).  Two days back, I've updated my windows.  After restarting the PC, all program files and shortcuts in Start menu disappeared.  The shortcuts that I myself had added manually do not work.

    Have you tried to do the restore of the system in SafeMode as stated in my answer 1 to you?

    If it doesn't/does not work:

    If you do not want to repost in the Windows Update Forum (they are the specialists it for the best advice regarding your problem), make this disc Bootable startup repair and use it to do a system restore or uninstall the updates by using the method 2nd in my 1st reply:

    Download the ISO on the link provided and make a record of repair time it starts.

    Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

    At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.

    When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.

    Link above shows what the process looks like and a manual, it load the repair options.

    NeoSmart containing the content of the Windows Vista DVD 'Recovery Centre', as we refer to him. It cannot be used to install or reinstall Windows Vista, and is just a Windows PE interface to recovering your PC. Technically, we could re-create this installation with downloadable media media freely from Microsoft (namely the Microsoft WAIK, several gigabyte download); but it is pretty darn decent of Microsoft to present Windows users who might not be able to create such a thing on their own.

    Read all the info on the website on how to create and use:

    ISO Burner:http://www.snapfiles.com/get/active-isoburner.html

    It's a very good Vista startup repair disk.

    You can do a system restart tool, system, etc it restore.

    It is NOT a disc of resettlement.

    And the 32-bit is what normally comes on a computer, unless 64-bit.

  • Strangely the large windows and icons

    Windows on my screen are strangely great. I would like to know how to solve this problem.

    I had recently installed a new graphics driver from AMD, and after noticing a few major bugs/problems, I uninstalled then reinstalled an old version. After doing so, the office has returned to normal, but the icons, windows and the taskbar are always older than resolution.

    As you can see the icons (on the left), window (Center) and the task bar (bottom) were all expanded.

    My resolution is set to the default value of 1600 x 900 and the size of the icons is small.

    Thank you in advance for the answers.
