Fn key on screen visual aids won't go away

My function keys used to work fine, but all of a sudden when I pressed the fn then try to say and change the brightness, the assistance of Visual on screen will appear and indicate at the top of the screen that the function works, but when I release the Fn key, visual aid remains at the top of the screen until a) I use another key function that creates just the same problem only in the upper part of the screen or (b) I go back to the user login screen and come back to see my normal desktop.

How can I do Visual AIDS disappear as they did?

Thank you

Hello

Enter settings flash cards. Turn it off for a while and turn on again.
I hope that the flash cards will be displayed when you press the FN key.

If this is not the case, let us know.

  • House of indicator screen blackBerry Smartphones won't go away

I have an indicator at the top of my screen that, no matter what I do won't go away. It resembles an indicator of voicemail, but now I have no voicemail. I tried leaving a message in the voicemail box and then remove it, but that didn't work.

Does anyone know what this flag is for? See the image below.

    Thanks in advance.

Exactly the thing that happened to me yesterday and I spent a LOT of time with Verizon Tech Support.  First of all, it IS an icon of the voicemail.  It seems that the problem has something to do with Visual Voicemail, which I had activated/provisioned.  When I got my first voicemail and listened to in Visual Voicemail, I had a devil of a time remove and eventually did, but this icon remained.  What tech support finally did was disable Messaging voice Visual in the network, then sent me a new voicemail that I listened to the way "outdated", then deleted.  When I removed it, the home screen icon finally disappeared.

Now, I am reluctant to return to Visual voicemail service... and more, I found that having to enter the password for voicemail visual voicemail every time was a pain compared to the fact to be able to set it up in the opening of session of voicemail on the BB.

  • Windows 8 brightness control is stuck on my screen and won't go away

I have upgraded to Windows 8. It seems to work normally, except there is a brightness adjustment in the top left corner of my computer screen and it won't go away. It is about 1 inch long, and it does not work - if I drag the brightness indicator down, it automatically goes to the top. This control is on each screen that I use and it blocks the visibility of what I look at. Can someone help me to eradicate this annoying brightness adjustment?

For me, putting off the power and the monitor got rid of him.

  • No sound with audio volume on the screen box (won't go away)

I have a computer from a1747c with a monitor of w19e with internal speakers under vista (updated)

Suddenly the audio volume box appears centered on the screen and began to go to 0 and that's where he stays. And the internal speakers do not work. I tried to plug in headphones and external speakers, which both DO not work, but this audio volume box will not disappear on the screen. My thought is that the speakers are out?

I also went in for speakers Device Manager which States that everything is working properly. I can live with the external speakers, but this box just won't go away... Any ideas? or is it a problem of repair shop...

    Thanks for any help!

    Liz

Having satisfied this market since March or so I came to the conclusion that it is the buttons on the monitor itself! your work? one of them? THE MINE NOT - AT ALL, NONE OF THEM. The way I found to get rid of this box is to hold down the button ON / OFF on the monitor for about 20 seconds (until he died)

I would like to know if that's what get you...

UPDATE for anyone to find this discussion of 2015 in searches on the web.

    (1) many editing functions are disabled (greyed out) in Live View mode.  To make them active, you must switch to Design view.  See screenshot.

    (2) if the Design mode is not available from your menu drop down, it means that you are using the Legacy fluid grid layouts.

    (3) inheritance characteristic of the fluid grid Layouts is no longer being developed, which means that it will no longer.  So if you plan to install using FGLs for new or current projects, think again.  There are much better alternatives.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones icon won't go away

A small white icon that looks like a cassette is display on my home screen. It has no figures with it. I think this is a voicemail icon, but my mailbox is empty: I checked it several times.

Can someone identify the icon and then tell me how to get rid of it. I already have my battery several times different (but not for 30 minutes as a post suggested a missed call icon that won't go away).

Here you are at choice,... follow these steps in order until it is resolved.

    1. Call your voicemail and clear the message.
    2. You can call your BB from another and leave a message. You BB, call your voicemail and clear and delete your messages.
    3. Hard Reset BlackBerry by holding ALT CAP (right Shift key) and DEL (or removing and reinserting the battery)
    4. Change your theme and see if it persists and return to your desired theme. (Options > theme > select.)
    5. Clean and reload your OS.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones Blackberry 8520 - icon won't go away?

    Hello

The logo shows from the Blackberry App World, with little through arrow and the Red Star of notification. I have the newest app world, all my applications have been updated last night. I did the battery pull, I left the battery out for half an hour and put again, and I have reinstalled and uninstalled various applications. The logo is always in the corner of my screen at run time, and it won't go away. It's really bugging me!

    Can anyone help?

Well, if there is no new messages on the app world or updates to all the other apps then I'll go with my 1st theory by saying it's bugged. Facebook and Appworld do for me on occasion, where a message icon won't go away, and the only way I make them go away is to uninstall and reinstall. Doesn't hurt to try.

    Snogging face is Addon (Extension)

To uninstall a possibly unwanted extension, please proceed as follows:

    1. In the Firefox Firefox window click on the top left and select Add-onsor, if the Firefox button is not displayed, click the Tools menu, and then click Add-ons.
    2. Once the add-on Manager has opened in a new tab, click the Extensions button on the left side of the window.
    3. You should now see a list of your extensions installed on the right side and buttons on the right side of each extension.
    4. To remove an extension of Firefox, simply click on the Remove button. You should see a message that informs you about the deletion of the add-on.
    5. Note that some modules require a restart of Firefox to make it disappear completely. To perform a restart of Firefox after removal of add-on, click restart now in the message.

I removed the character and the addon because it was filling up my workspace toolbar with useless junk. The only part that is still on my firefox that won't go away, is in the tabs.
